Super cute, comfortable flat!

Love the look great for work I have them in three colors but the square part of the heals wears out quickly but otherwise I love them

Love these shoes. Have multiple colors. They will stretch over time. Leather does wear fairly easy.

Very pretty shoe. It has a padded soul, but otherwise gives no support. It runs quite wide.

The shoes rubbed the outside of my feet some when walking for more than an hour. Short walking distances was fine.

I normally wear a 9m. I didn't read the reviews (which I always do) but I am glad that I did not since they actually fit a half size larger. They were super comfortable aside from being too big. I ended up exchanging them for a half size smaller. Hopefully they will fit better.

These were beautiful shoes, leather soft and comfortable, color as represented, and I would have loved to keep them. I gave only 4 stars because they were too long in length but only a bit too wide, and I did not think a size smaller would have fit in width. I'm difficult to fit, depending on the shoe I wear between a size 9 to a size 10.

I LOVE these shoes and am ordering a second pair after wearing out the first (almost daily wear on my morning and evening commute for over a year). The other commenters are accurate - they do stretch out over time, but a shoe/sole insert helped tremendously once that happened. With or without the insert they were incredibly comfortable and styled well with any outfit, even when going out for drinks after work!

I really like these shoes, they are comfortable, fashionable, and great for a business casual environment.

These were just too roomy when I tried them on, theywere falling off my foot. I ended up purchasing a half size smaller shoe at a department store.

I absolutely love the look of these shoes, but I am torn. I bought them to walk around New York City for an upcoming trip. I ordered my true 9½ size, but they kind of slip off a little when I walk. I am wondering if I should try the 9 and pray they stretch? The reviews look as if they stretch, I am so torn, I definitely want these exact shoes for my trip! Zappos was amazing as always!

Very comfy and well made! They fit my narrow feet well. I have flat feet & do a lot of walking in the city. I think these will be perfect for work. A great basic black flat.

I'm having a difficult time breaking these in, but am hoping they'll loosen a bit with wear. I still can't decide if they are a half a size too small or just tight because they're new. I'm going to stick with a size 8 and hope they stretch out. They're much better looking in person than in the pictures. The little pads on the bottom are not nearly as visible, and the shoe is very narrow and sleek. The buckle does present a challenge for my toes, but it's not unbearable, and I'm hoping it stretches out too. Overall, I like this shoe, but am still a little nervous about the fit.

I love this shoe. Unfortunately, it ran about a half size too small and doesn't come in a larger size. So, I am returning.

Beautiful shoe. It does stretch out a bit within the first few wears, so I would recommend getting your normal size. Very comfortable and unlike other flats, it doesn't feel like your feet are directly on the ground (extra cushioning). My only complaint is that the back of the shoe (at the heel) tore up after a few wears. It's not a big deal because its in the back and at the bottom, but I would expect a pricey shoe to be a little more durable.

Cute little shoe - kind of a cross between a ballerina flat and a loafer. I more than likely would have kept them if the metal MK piece on the forefoot would have been black instead of brass. In fact, I never would have ordered then had the photos shown it as brass. Disappointed - but not terribly. The do dip down fairly low in the front - so if you're not a fan of toe cleavage or you have a sensitive big toe-bunion-knuckle, these are not the shoes for you.

These flats are just ok for me. I found the stretch quite a bit after wearing them a while.

If you want to look like big foot, buy these flats. I wear an 8.5-9 and my foot looked HUGE in these. Very unbecoming. Also, you see your toes and I hate that. Too bad because I normally love Michael Kors shoes. I had to return these.

I had these in gold leather and absolutely loved them - they were the most comfortable shoes I had ever owned. I was very disappointed when this white and gold pair arrived. They looked great, but the material was a weird plastic that was like putting sandpaper against my skin - so uncomfortable I couldn't wait to get them off and had to return them. Stick with the leather.

Very narrow toebox and I would prefer the top to come back a little further so you can't see a bit of my toes but overall the shoes are very cute and versatile. I wanted a pair of red and a pair of purple flats found this color to be a good combination of both so they will go with many different outfits.

I love this shoe, agree with ordering true size and they will stretch. Wish rubber under heel were back further though as leather behind rubber shred during first outing. At this price, didn't expect that.

These are very stylish! But they are too wide! These shoes stretched after I wore them once! I love them, but now I am not sure if I will ever be able to wear them again.

I am a shoe lover. Once I like a brand, I usually become a repeat customer. Because these shoes only lasted one season, I will not buy this style again. Stray pieces of thread needed to be trimmed from this shoe constantly. The foot bed was comfortable, that was the only feature I liked about this shoe.

You definitely have to order your size and break these in. They feel tight at first but after wearing a few times they will form to your feet. There are very comfortable flats but my only complaint is that for the amount of money you sent, the quality wasn't the best. After a few wears I noticed that the back of the shoe started to wear. At this point I will continue to wear them but I would never invest in this particular style ever again.
