Gorgeous shoes, easy to walk in despite the height. Ball of foot has no cushioning - best to order a size up and add inserts. The rest of the shoe is very comfortable.

I wore these shoes in Las Vegas and did a lot of walking! They were comfortable for the most part. By the end of the night my feet were hurting, but that would be expected in any shoe. I did have to use a bandaid around the arch of my foot because the strap was starting to create a blister. Overall very pleased with these shoes and can't wait to wear them again.

Nice, and good height. Width was good but my foot is not plump so it was a little loose around the ankle and top but did fine.

This black patent is really shiny and makes the shoe look cheap. They are really comfortable, though.

I have received so many compliments on these shoes! I hate wearing heels, but these are almost bearable because the zipper provides foot/ankle support (without that weird ankle strap look some shoes have). I first saw these years ago and they are still being sold, so obviously they are very popular. I am a happy customer!

Shoes looked as pictured. The size is true to size but they were narrow. I will have to return but it's a good looking shoe.

So... I purchased this shoe based on the look and the excellent reviews. Last night I got around to possibly wearing them for the first time. Just walking around the house to get ready, the balls of my feet were not enjoying the shoe. This is a really attractive shoe, and for those of you who are used to heels without platforms, you will probably not be as affected as I was. But being a shorty, I wear platforms constantly so I found the lack of stepping area comfort to be bothersome. There was just not enough cushion for me. Unfortunately I am sending these back. But from the reviews it sounds like I am in the minority. Good luck!

Michael Kors Berkley T Strap in Black - so sad this didn't work for me! Great arch support for my high arches and roomy enough for my wide forefoot. Hubby thought they were sexy. Unfortunately under the ball of the foot was really hard and there wasn't enough room to add padding. Went with Franco Sarto Betsy instead. Thanks Zappos for free shipping both ways!

Very comfortable. They started hurting 8 hours after wearing them but that is like every shoe. Received many compliments. Perfect height. I'm usually 8.5. I ordered a 9, fit well.

This is a really pretty shoe. I don't usually wear high heels. I find them very uncomfortable, but these I can tolerate. They sparkle beautifully and add Glam to any oitfit.

The shoe is gorgeous and sexy, and I love how they look. The heel height is comfortable. But I need more arch support and there is no padding at the ball of the foot. I'm keeping them because I don't intend to wear them for long hours and will see if I can still fit comfortably with a gel pad for the ball area to increase the amount of time I can stand to wear them.

The shoe is gorgeous. But there is zero padding. You would be walking on shiny silver hard plastic. That could be remedied with pads from the store! Too bad it's not already in this lovely shoe though.

This shoe was extremely uncomfortable from the moment I put it on. The footbed is extremely hard and the toe opening dug into my toes.

I absolutely love love the look/style of these shoes. Unfortunately I could not get them zipped up more than 1/3 of the way over my feet. I did not think that my feet were necessarily large and I usually wear a 7½ or an 8. I ordered an 8 and could not even get them on. I am very sad. I will be returning these as I do not think that the style is right for my feet. If I ordered an 8½ I fear it would be too long and still not wide enough to zip.

Did not really like these shoes...bought them for a wedding. They were flimsy and tucked under and irritated my foot...couldn't even walk around the house very uncomfortable!

This shoe is gorgeous. I ordered a 7.5M. The size is spot on but it is very narrow so it was too uncomfortable to walk.

Really cute shoes, but not comfortable at all! Do not buy if you need to walk around. Unfortunately threw out the box when I received it, otherwise I'd return.

Not for high arches! Bought these as a possible option to wear to the VMAs, and while they looked and felt great, I was unable to zip them up since my arches (and the heels of the shoes) are very high. They fit perfectly in every other way, so I knew that another size would not do the trick. Sad to return them, as I really liked the look.

Beautiful shoe, perfect arch, but no cushion under the ball of the foot. I felt as if I was walking barefoot on a hardwood floor.

I love Michael Kors and I love Zappos (had to get that out there first). These shoes are sexy and comfortable; everything you'd want in a heel but I've only worn them twice and already the color is wearing off of the toe and around the ball of my foot. I work in an office, behind a desk most of the day so for them to already be showing signs of distress is unacceptable. Maybe after 10-12 wears to work or a few nights of partying but just 2? Has anyone else experienced this with this shoe? The style is perfect but the manufacturing of the shoe seems very poor, especially for the price of the shoe. Michael Kors is my fav for handbags but this may be my last pair of shoes from him.

This shoe is so hot! I'm only returning because I need a half size larger. I would have loved an exchange but it is not available at this time. I will be looking to repurchase the correct size in the near future.
