Super comfy shoe. I can wear it all day & walk for long distances. I saw that another costumer had problems with the laces. I haven't had those problems, but the laces on the shoe I received are not leather; they are a round fabric. Anyone ordering anything for the first time can feel sure that Zappos will provided the great service they promise.

I love the shoes and I love the service. Returns are not a problem... some of your competitors need to sit up and take notice. I'll be back!

Wow - I have a short wide foot that tends to be hard to fit. I took a chance on these because of the Zappos’ return policy. It fit me like a glove and I was able to wear it all day at work without a problem. I will buy another pair because of the fit and comfort. Great shoes! I stand on a concrete floor all day and my feet feel great at the end of the day. Just what I was looking for.

Love these shoes - I have been a nurse in the ER for many years and recently moved to a position where I can wear normal clothes. I bought these shoes for jeans and slacks. They look great with both. I have wide feet and they are comfortable with normal socks. I would not be able to wear thick socks.

Love these shoes; I stand at work 8-12 hours each day - I LOVE the style, I have a hard to find size; 7.5 EE.; this is a great shoe for standing all day; I work in retail and stand for 8 to 12 hours each day. The fit was right on. It is comfortable to stand in and looks great with dress pants or jeans. The first day I wore them to work one of my co-workers had to order a pair for herself. Zappos service was soo cool...I got them the next day...how fun...I look forward to purchasing more shoes from Zappos and trying different styles of Born.

Great shoe - I recently purchased these shoes and they are great. They run true to size, and they are so comfortable. I work on my feet 8 hours a day and my feet feel great at the end of the day.

Born's Delgado - I'm experiencing trouble with the arch of a foot and tie shoes were recommended by my chiropractor to stabilize the foot. The fit is the best for my narrow heels. I work in a corporate office and the shoes have a business-like appearance. However, both soles squeak. Normally I would return shoes with this problem but necessity and the benefit outweighs the return of my money for this quality defect.

Born Delgado! The most comfortably fitting shoe. I want to wear them to bed. They look cool, the perfect oxford. Wish you guys had them in brown, would have bought them too. THANKS!!!!

I purchased my Ultra Uggs about a month ago, I was a little nervous about the sizing. I take a 9.5 so I ordered a 9, they were a little uncomfortable for the first 2 days and by the 3rd day they fit perfectly.

Great Shoes - These shoes are very comfortable and a great jean shoe. The shoe does not allow for an orthotic much. I did use a Dr Scholl arch support in mine, but I am a person who has to have extra arch supports all the time. When I wear them, I forget I have them on and that is a rare and special shoe that delivers me that kind of comfort. They are a 10- all the way. And with Zappos service- there is no way you will go wrong with these.

Born Delgado - This is my second pair of Born shoes, and I love them. They are well made and give great support to my foot. I wish Born made more styles in wide width.

Great shoe! I was looking for something similar to the Dr. Marten’s and these are similar in look but better in comfort, they are much softer than the doc's. Definitely a good choice.

This is an amazing shoe, one of the more comfortable Borns available today. I wear orthotics and they fit in perfect. I tried many styles, with this shoe on one foot, and another on the other foot, by far this shoe WON!!!

Sturdy, sensible, ultra comfy. Reminiscent of the shoes I was forced to wear in elementary school because of my square-ish feet with high instep - only those Stride Rite oxfords were definitely not cool at the time. Now I'm grown up -- have sworn off pointed toes and high heels and surrendered to a C/D width with roomy toe box. These shoes are my new best friends. Comfortable with socks from the first step. I love them!

Great Fit! The shoe is very comfortable! It looks like a well made leather shoe, not a sneaker. There are no seams around the toe box so there is no rubbing on any toes. It is true to size. I need a wide and it fits perfectly!

I am a loyal BORN customer, and have been for several years. I wear jeans most of the time, and BORN shoes are the most comfortable knock-around shoes I have ever worn. This particular pair is very lightweight and the leather is very soft and will conform to your feet. I ordered them in dark brown, but switched out the brown laces for dark brown leather laces, and now they look great! Perfect fit every time, and never a need to break them in. They are perfectly comfortable from the first wearing! Do not hesitate to order these for great winter shoes that are perfect for a day of being on your feet the whole time. These are very comfortable shoes in 9-1/2M. They 're stylish enough to wear with black slacks to the office, and sturdy enough to support long walks outdoors. They're also waterproofed (important for walking in the rain). My only complaint is the tread pattern is wearing quickly (raised bumps across sole and heel). I tried countering this problem by buying Borns men's shoes in equivalent size (US 8) with better tread design. Unfortunately, the Borns men's shoes in equivalent size were obviously larger than the women's. This should be an objective linear measure. According to Zappos size chart a 9-1/2 US women's = 8 US men's = 25.4cm = 10". Unless it's Born, who doesn't make a smaller men's size. I wish Born would discover that some women actually WALK in walking shoes, and would like them to last for a while. Zappos was totally awesome throughout this shopping process with customer reps going above and beyond. Despite falling out of love with Born, I still love Zappos.

A very nice shoe but won't take orthotics. This shoe is nice. It looks great, is light, has buttery soft leather and nice padding, but it's got welted construction meaning that the insole cannot be removed and I can't wear them because I use orthotics. Oh well. I'll keep looking.

Very comfortable - It's reasonably attractive in a granola sort of way, but not super cute. I have a wide foot and it feels fantastic.

Too soft - I like the look of this shoe, and have had a hard time finding simple oxfords like this. So I am keeping it. But I needed to get orthotic inserts because I felt this shoe gives me no support. It feels wide and the leather is very soft -- which is comfy on the skin, but leaves me feeling wobbly.

The comfort of the shoe itself is outstanding. I work long days on my feet on concrete selling floor, and these shoes are supportive and comfortable. For me, however, the shoe laces are a big problem. They're made of leather, dyed to match the shoe, which is a nice touch, but they loosen way too easily, even when double-knotted. If it weren't for this, the Delgado would be my "go to pair of shoes". I don't have time to stop and tie my shoes every 5 minutes. One of these days I guess I'll buy a pair of regular laces to see if it makes a difference.

Comfy...but - I purchased these for a trip to Paris. I also took the Dansko Professional clog. This shoe looks sturdy, but feels almost like a slipper when you are wearing it. That normally would be fine, but walking 5+ miles in Paris, you don't want to be wearing a slipper. Also, I could feel everything through the sole, pebbles, whatever.
