I own 7 pair of these. No kidding. I bought one pair about a year ago and they turned out to be the perfect work shoe. I now wear them every single day. I have all sorts of foot problems and cannot tolerate high heels. These are low and sturdy enough so that they don't bother me at all yet they still look professional and feminine with a suit. Bottom line - when I wear these to work, I think about work, not about my feet.

I called their customer service department from my hotel to explain what specific type of shoe I was required to purchase for my new flight attendant job. My company was very specific with the type of shoe, such as, heal height, stitching, etc. Zappos was very friendly and LISTENED to me as I read my work policy description. They researched their data base, called me back and gave their recommendations on several shoes to choose from. They also offered free shipping, free returns which made it easy for me to order several shoes to make sure they were comfortable. Comfy soft shoe - I have wide feet and bunions, but this shoe fit like a glove and is comfortable. It looks nice too!

This shoe is very comfortable with a great fit. I have hard to fit feet as one foot is larger. This shoes fit both feet and I have no problem wearing them all day at work.

Dressed-up casual & feminine - A great shoe. Flattering heel height, looks great with work pants. I like the feminine understated look. Fit is good, true to size for my 7 1/2, generally medium width foot. I tried on many black flats & loafers before settling on these.

This shoe feels almost too good! I have never before gotten a shoe that fits right out of the box. I have worn it 3 times, and it still feels great. I have many problems with my feet, with none of them being more than a short fat foot with bunions and hammer toes. But I get compliments on this shoe and I don't feel like it looks "old ladyish." Finally! I have found shoes that fit my fat foot with bunions and a hammer toe, and doesn't fall off when I walk! I am so happy to find these! Now to find out what colors they come in! Thank you!

These are made from very soft leather, so they can accommodate wide feet well. However, there is not much cushioning at the sole - they felt paper thin. The style is nice, they do not look too motherly.

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding. I'm a sneaker lover so I searched for a comfortable dress shoe. The reviews of this shoe were very complimentary. I am not disappointed. I've just worn them around the house but I'm thinking I'll be able to dance the night away and still be able to walk the next day! It also helps that Zappos is such a customer friendly company. No pressure - didn't fit - send them back, no cost to me. I like that.

Darling shoe, cute little flower detail! Even though most people won't notice the flower detail, it makes me feel good to know it’s there...kind of like wearing your prettiest underwear below your t-shirt and jeans and nobody knows except you and whoever you decide to tell :). I ordered 1 half size up to a 9.5 just to accommodate a thicker winter sock. That did the trick; otherwise, I would say they run true to size. The slightly negative heel is perfect. One suggestion: it would be the perfect shoe if there was a pull-on loop at the heel because they are slightly difficult to get on and I am afraid over time I will break down the back of the shoe by forcing my foot into it while standing. I guess I should just sit down, heh, and put them on properly.

Shoe does not hit my arch in the right place, which I have found in other David Tate shoes as well. Width is good but toe box could be higher.

I walk at work all day, and these are nice, dressy low-heeled shoes. I had read the Zappos reviews, so ordered them 1/2 size smaller than usual - and they fit just fine.

Good shoe for narrow heels toe box does not cramp - nice low heel that works at dressy events. Comfortable enough and classic look that is timeless.

Fit like a glove right out of the box. Nice heel height. Not alot of cushion, but perfect for the desk job.

This is the most comfortable dress shoe I have ever owned. I have fairly wide feet, arthritis in my heels, and all that goes with aging, but these shoes are wonderful!

Finally a great quality shoe that fits! Sometimes the Narrow width does not work, 7N in this little dress shoe is comfy and suits me to a T. Nice leather, well made, dressy, stylish for my age.

Great shoe for a wide foot, had surgery on both feet and this works for a dressier shoe for me. Flexible too.

This shoe has a nice understated style with a roomy toe box, and the only reason I'm not keeping it is that I wanted one that was a little dressier.

I do a lot of walking in my job and, with problem feet, I need a basic black low heel pump. This is good quality and fits well. It isn't overly stylish but doesn't make my feet look like I'm wearing "comfy" shoes either. For me, the toe box fits a little snug, especially over my big toes, but it's not a deal breaker.

I bought these for my daughter who is in high school and she loves them. They fit her wide foot well (we got the WW), are very comfortable, and have just a little heal. She wore them at the state science fair (standing for four hours) without a problem. They do run big, though. My daughter normally wears 8W or 8.5W and for this she finally settled on the 7.5WW.

I am often uncomfortable in heels, but these are very comfortable. They aren't 'high style' but look nice (not grandmotherly). I'm happy!

These shoes are kind of plain but perfect for work, nice arch support, low heel, and very comfortable. Nice leather too! I've been wearing them with skirts and dress pants.

These basic low-heeled pumps never go out of style and can even pass for dress-up wear. I have narrow feet and it is very hard to get pumps that stay on when I walk. I ordered these because David Tate usually has narrow widths that are truly narrow! These are not as narrow as they could be for AA's but AAA would be too tight so I can manage with a plastic insert. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I would recommend these if your needs are like mine.

This shoe is great for fit around the toe and side of foot. I found the Narrow to still be too wide in heel and slipped in and out of shoe. Good toe room in narrow size. Found shoe true to fit expectation except for heel. It would work with a strap.

I needed a basic pair of black pumps that I could wear all day to work or events. These fit the bill perfectly. As soon as I slipped them on, they were like a comfy pair of old shoes. I didn't even need to break them in. LOVED these and I'm on my second pair now!
