The memory foam doesn't make the shoe more comfortable than the original Santa Cruz. They should get rid of it. I've bought 3 pair and the material covering the foam is coming off on all three pair. The last pair happened wearing them to work for 5 days. I really like Crocs, so this is very disappointing, because I think these would be the only shoes I'd wear if they weren't falling apart

I ordered size 14 I wear size 13 .14 fits to tight makes my feet hurt .i don.t like them

I have 3 pairs of the original Santa Cruz in different colors. I absolutely love them. I really like the look of the new Santa Cruz 2's, which is why I purchased them. Same size as all of my other Crocs. Bottom line...I cannot even get these on my feet. Very disappointed. Will be returning...but out the $7.50 for shipping.

Don't like the new insoles

I am not sure way Crocs decided to change the width of the original Santa Cruz, but the second version is a lot more narrow at the end before the toes. I have 9 pairs of the original Santa Cruz and found them to be the best everyday shoe I have every had. My one complaint was the black/black color was more charcoal gray then black. I still went through 5 pairs because the match the best with what I wear. I just wish the area around the big toe was a little reinforced. My first four pairs all eventually ripped at the big toe area. I was hoping the newer version was going to be better. The color is perfect, finally a true black on black that I can wear with dress pants or jeans. My only complaint is they narrowed the width before the toe area and therefore making the new version is not as comfortable.

I wear a 10.5 in most shoes. I bought these in a size 10, they were too small. I could barely get them on my feet. I exchanged them for a size 11. My heels were both bleeding in 5 minutes. I promptly threw them in the trash.

Actually bought two pair of same kind. Husband did not like the inside being made of rubber as the previous version of the shoe was cloth on bottom. We have returned one of the pairs for refund and only kept the other because they were worn once. Dissappointed the shoe changed design as he has worn them for many years now.

My husband has purchased several pairs of Crocs loafer style footwear. We ordered these in the same size and they were too small. We had to return them.

I am a huge fan of Crocs but this product was uncomfortable and rubbed blisters on my heels.

shoes are very uncomfortable compared to old santa cruz crocs. Insole is not soft at all and sole is plastic like. Shoe does not fit like old santa cruz. Was a loyal Croc customer but no more.

I returned this shoe because it is too small. It was suggested to go one size smaller for 1/2 size. The bad thing is if I reorder a larger size I will not get it for the same price. That does not seam fair. Difficult to rate the shoe since it did not fit. I liked the look.

Item was returned. Top inside of the sole had small bumps molded into the plastic. Very uncomfortable and felt like small rocks inside the shoe.

This shoe is not set to the correct size. It's about a size or 2 smaller than what they say it is. I got a size 15 and I normally can wear them if they are a true 15 but these didn't fit. With all of the padding on the inside and the small space between the bottom inside and the tongue your foot won't fit easily. Instead of forcing my foot into the shoe I'm just sending it back for a refund. Be careful ordering the wrong size. If you think you're a certain size go up at least one more.

Not Happy about the manor in wish I received these shoes I purchased them as a gift and the shoes arrived in a shipping bag, they weren't even wrapped individually.. Would appreciate a response to my complain.

Got defective piece after missing item from my order. Better to buy from store rather online.

Not worth the expensive price

My son did not like them at all. I wish returning them was free. He is on the west coast and I am in North Dakota!

Not only did these shoes start to fall apart soon, I was promised a refund, it never came. Even after several reminders with a promise for a refund after about 6 mo there has been no refund.

Most comfortable shoes ever, but buy several pairs because for some strange reason the big toe of my left shoe wears out in a month or so...none of my others shoes do that, or have ever done that. And buy foot powder because the shoes are going to start smelling quick I wash them probably once a week and everything holds up fine, I think they even look color faded some, but in time your big toe is going to be popping out.

This is not great! This company has never heard the saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it" So they have redesigned the laid back frayed casual Santa Cruz. Some colors already gone! What a stupid corporate decision!!

Up to now, I've always had great luck with a particular size in any Croc show. After walking for less than 5 minutes in this (same-sized) pair, however, the rear lip started irritating my heels on both feet. Having to get to work I continued on. Final result: torn off skin on both heels, which ultimately got infected. I had to use neosporin and bandages for a week. No fun...Returned them -- I hope I receive my refund soon...

Very disappointed. I have loved my past crocs, but this is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever owner. I though my feet would adjust, but they are basically unwearable. The grip on the back is too strong and it causes blisters. They also seem untrue to size..

Junk....I returned.. the shoe insole was rubber. The insole in store on this shoe is cloth over foam .. very comfortable. The rubber insole is junk.
