Wanted to order this produce, Santa Cruz at 50% off. When I go to the check out it shows full price. What is with that??

Purchased 4 pairs and they all wore out the big toe. Won't buy them again until they fix this.

This company seems to have caused their own demise. They claim 50 off, but the prices at the 50 off reflect what the goods should be selling for in the first place. The website asks for the gender and size, etc, but then the viewer is offered shoes not available in the size they selected. Too often, when one finally does find a pair they might care to purchase, the sizing is off and the product is not comfortable enough. This company is a mess, from top to bottom. Waste of time. Farewell.

Very very small size 15 couldn't even fit it on my foot.

Didn't last long with hole in one of the shoes with the big toe.

The color was different from the picture. I would like to return these shoes.

I bought them on 6/27. 2 weeks to get here. Wrong size. Way too small even though I ordered a 1/2 size bigger. Still waiting 4 days and 2 emails for how to return for size. Thought I was going to be able to wear this summer. They then send email for review.

Product arrived defective - cut webbing. To add insult, had to pay return postage.

Ive ordered these Cruz for years. NOW for some reason the shoes are too narrow. I wish they came in wide. It seems with each order some are more narrow than others.?

Got the shoes in, next day my husband wore them for half a day while at the hospital waiting on our grand baby to arrive, he gets home and has blisters on the bottom of his feet near his toes. He is diabetic and this is not good for him. Return policy says if they are worn you cannot return them. So now we have a pair of shoes that we can't return or wear. The other pair we bought, different style are fine no issues.

Shoe looks great but not comfortable. The back of the shoe on the heels is stiff and rubs and can cause blistering.

the back is not soft and hurst my achiles. am sure it will wear in but scratchy for now.

Shoe was comfortable until the sole fell off in one of its sections. Very disappointed for the price.

Sizing is the only issue. 11 to small 12 to big. Still to narrow

It's colour fades away quickly and then they don't bother helping you. All they advise is don't wash it, don't take it out in the sun. I think I should just frame it and hang it on my wall.

After the 3rd day of my husband wearing them, they began coming apart. The stitching was unraveling, the soul came off along the side, and the fabric was coming unglued. No arch support. Very poor quality!.

Hurts my feet

Insert on shoe failed. The failure was after the warranty period and Croc would not sell me a replacement set of liners.

had trouble with the fit as the top creased up on wearing. Also difficult to put on...not easy

I bought them for my son. He says they're thin and keep his feet cold all day.

not wide enough big guy here returning for refund please offer wider sizes would continue to purchase if they fit my large feet.

I'm a size 10.5 and purchased 11's they were too big. Got charged a restocking free

Not a good experience. Also not risk free shopping. I ordered these shoes and even a size larger. They were not flexible enough on the tounge to allow my foot to get in without stress. They didn't fit and to return them without purchasing another pair you must pay return shipping. They will take that off of the refund. There is risk and I am now not fond of crocks.

It was a while ago so I don't remember specifically what I disliked about the shoe, other than the top part fit badly and tightly. Which is unusual because I've loved all my other croc purchases. Oh well, I guess everyone's allowed to get one wrong.
