I ordered two pair, one a light tan and the other a dark brown(coffee?) I returned the light tan because it was too tight. When I talked to customer service they told me they only made that model in a relaxed fit, so they should be the same. I returned and got a new light tan, tried it on. It was better but it is still not sized like the dark brown. it is much tighter, am hoping it will stretch a little. Just letting you know you have some QC issues because they are not being built to the same specs.

Probably the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned but, as many others have mentioned, a hole develops at the big toe fairly quickly. I've had four pair and each has done the same. I've tried the Santa Cruz 2, which seem to be much more durable, but don't find them anywhere near as comfortable.

They don't replace the old style in that the tongue is to high. It cuts into the ankle. Also, the insole is quite stiff. It could have been a bit softer. I'm trying to stretch them to get that roomier feel my old crocs had.

I had a pair of these a few years ago that had the smooth inserts. I remember the day I purchased them, another customer a the store - who had a pair on - said "Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned." he was correct. Unfortunately, we had a puppy who felt they were the most comfortable shoes he could chew on. I have tried to replace the pair a few times, but all of the new ones have the textured insert as opposed to the smooth insert of the original pair. As a matter of fact, I use the old inserts in a blue pair I found on sale. The bottom line is that I have some diabetic neuropathy in my feet and the new inserts are unbearable after a relatively short period of time. I will replace these inserts with some aftermarket ones, but I definitely miss the original style. I can't speak 100% for anyone else, but other than that these were/will be one of my most favorite pairs of shoes I have ever owned. BTW, other than that, I would have to say 5 stars all the way!

I love these shoes have had 6 or 7 pairs gone through. But now I ordered 3 pairs online on sale and 2 pairs so far are more loose then normal. Not sure if this is a defect or not but I might have to exchange them.

Nice insole but a half size larger than my other Croc slip on

Hard to put on

Its nice & comfy if you wear socks. It hurts by the tongue if I go sock less.

These run so much larger than my other Crocs. Good looking shoe, but way too big. Disappointed.

they are two narrow

Needs more flexibility, too narrow. Difficult to put on.

Love the shoes as I am replacing an old pair exactly like the new ones. However, do not like the new plastic/rubber insoles that are full of bumps to message your feet. Makes the shoe very tight, hard to slip on, and very uncomfortable. Fortunately the insoles are removable so I took them out and put my old insoles in. Problem solved!

No inner soles

Second time I have purchased these shoes, I like them. The shipping was the slowest I may have ever had for something purchased online. In today's world, not acceptable. Shoes are fine. 3 stars for Slow Shipping

This was a good purchase. Unfortunately, the strap on my shoe broke after a week of wearing them. It isn't a huge deal to me, but now I have one shoe with a strap and one without.

Fair product. But don't like the insole. Different than other ones I have. Doesn't feel good on the bottom of my feet.

As someone else stated, of the 4 pair hubby has worn, they all west out at the big toe.
