Not Happy about the manor in wish I received these shoes I purchased them as a gift and the shoes arrived in a shipping bag, they weren't even wrapped individually.. Would appreciate a response to my complain.

Got defective piece after missing item from my order. Better to buy from store rather online.

My 12 year old has went through two pairs and on his third. I think these are the most comfortable shoes.

I love my crocs! So why shouldn't he love his?

D Santa cruz fit and look good. Did take longer then I thought to get to FL. Maybe the Christmas post office rush.

Nothing like CROCS. I could barely get them on and they the toes were too short and the whole show is too narrow for anyone that likes Crocs for their width.

The shoes are great. One thing that does concern me is that they all have a small hole in the heel lining. Is this normal? My previous crocs do not have this hole, and as I tend to wear them without the inner soles, I'm concerned they'll wear out more quickly around these holes

Not worth the expensive price

My son did not like them at all. I wish returning them was free. He is on the west coast and I am in North Dakota!

I really love the Santa Cruz shoes by crocs I always order two pair at a time because they're so comfortable I have really bad feet but when I wear these they are very comfortable to me they're wide and have a whole Lot of room in them .i sometimes cut out the back end to make him like the Santa Cruz convertibles they used to make I make myself now what a great product .

TL;DR - The current image color of the Santa Cruz espresso on the site does not match the product (Dec 16, 2015). If this gets fixed, feel free to remove this review. My first experience with Crocs was awesome. Picked up some black Athen flip flips and a pair of dark charcoal Santa Cruz. These lasted me for years and were the best investments in shoes I've ever made. When it came to replace them I looked online and popped the black Athen's into my cart and then headed to the Santa Cruz page. The charcoal color wasn't listed but I noticed the "espresso" color they had listed was exactly the same as what I had so I added them to the cart and checked out. When the package arrived I was so excited to try them out. As I opened the box and pulled out the shoes I became emotionally disorientated from the combination of excitement and anticipation to severe disappointment and disbelief. "This is not what I ordered" I thought staring I immediately checked to make sure I ordered the right color - yup, it says "espresso". I logged back onto the site and looked at the Santa Cruz espresso shoe - it was exactly like the dark charcoal color of my old pair of Santa Cruz. "What's going on?!" I thought. The ugly brown doesn't even exit on their website. I was putting together a bunch of screen shots to document and send Crocs to get this fixed. But where was this ugly brown coming from? I clicked the video almost on accident... BOOM! There it is in all its horribly ugly browness.... That is not what I ordered. I ordered the nice dark charcoal color that someone labeled as "espresso". I'm currently in the process of returning the brown shoes. Please - updated the site images to match product inventory. This will decrease your returns. Now, if you're read this long then you may be like me who has to read lots of reviews while doing your research for online shopping. I really hate that I have to return these since I had been waiting so long, but that's not the shoes fault. If you're contemplating getting a pair - do it! Crocs are awesome. I only wish I didn't have to return these. PS Let me know when you have the beautiful dark charcoal shoes in-stock. Thanks

Great shoe. this purchase was a Replacement after a number of years. Easy on and off at the airport.

Best shoes I've ever bought

I am handicapped with joint replacements and foot neuropathy but able to get around with your great santa cruz shoes! They are the answer to my comfort and mobility! Thank you crocs!!

Too much money for a shoe that doesn't even come in a shoe carton. No wonder you have complaints regarding damaged shoes. It is very comfortable and I wanted to try the Walu Express Leather Loafer at 1/2 price but you didn't have my size in black. The blue one looks the best but your reviews read like too much damage to the leather. Put them in a shoe carton. I have your flip flops at retail and they are the best lin the market. I spent 30 years in the shoe manufacturing business and traveled the country setting up shoe shows. I knew the tricks of making perfect samples and especially great photos. You guys are experts at making good looking photos but stick to the sandals business.

Nice! Been wear them for years

I love the look of these shoes and they seem like they would be comfortable and practical to wear for a ton of different occasions. ... However, my son is typically a size 3.5 in sneakers, so I ordered the size 4 Crocs (since they only come in whole sizes) ... The shoes are HUGE on him! Easily a size and a half to big. ... Since Crocs has an AWFUL return policy (Grrrr!!!!), and I don't want to pay $7.50 to ship them back, and then pay full-price for the smaller size 3 (I bought the size 4's during a sale which is no longer offered) - I'm just stocking these shoes away in his closet until his feet are big enough to try wearing them.

I buy 2 pair of these every year. they feel so good. they also look better this year.
