Your customer service is not very good.

Donald appreciated receiving a new pair of Crocs for Christmas. One main complaint / preference is to have half sizes. When wearing the size 9, it's a little small & big toe makes a hole in the end. A size 10 is a bit too large & becomes sloppy in the fitting.

These are my third pair and they are still a great shoe. The fit is perfect right out of the box and you could ask nothing else from a casual shoe. This will probably not be my last pair.

Great pair of shoes (I own several pair). Very comfortable, fit is perfect. Every man should own these. Crocs are the only shoes I buy!!

These are the perfect shoes to wear during summer.Why? Because canvas allows your feet to "breathe" and you don't end up with hot, sweaty feet. Plus these shoes look so darn cool and casual.I will be ordering more in different colors.And yes they don't weigh anything at all.You'll be surprised how light they really are.

These are the only shoes I wear due to a foot injury. I can leave these on almost all day. I think the insoles are the key.

This is about my 30th pair of Santa Cruz shoes. One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I would recomend them to anyone. Please don't ever stop making them.

I've only got to wear them once, as we're in the middle of snowmageddon, but they are the bomb. Comfortable, look great and got plenty of compliments. I've held off buying crocs up to now, but probably add a pair or two to the arsenal.

I think you should bring the yukon flip back.

Wear a 12, bought a 12. Fit is ok maybe just a touch snug. So wish you had half sizes. Shoe is difficult to put on but once it's on it's a comfortable wear. Great insole. Using as slipper now and will use as a regular shoe in warmer weather. Will definitely consider purchasing in another color. I recommend.

Tight at first, but broke in to be the most comfortable shoes!

I was able to slip these on without socks. However, when I put on socks, I had a hard time getting them on. Once on, however, they were very roomy. I would not buy them again.

I first ordered a 13 which I have bought the last 3 times and they were too big and gave them away and bought these 12's and they are too small it seems the sizes are in consistance

These shoes look good and are very comfy, but from the first time they were worn, they were starting to have strings hanging off the sides. I get that that the rough edges of the shoe are part of the look, but I'm having to keep trimming the strings so that my shoes don't look like they are falling apart and now the material is getting dangerously close to the seams. I'm very concerned that they will continue to fall apart more.
