For steel toe shoes these are pretty decent. I had a choice between something like these and a really cheap Walmart pair. I chose these as they looked far better and the last Walmart pair I had felt terrible walking in all day. Part of where the steel toe is stitched into the shoe is a little bothersome to the foot, but besides that a great feel and wear so far.

These are the second pair I've owned. First were the grey, now the blue and I will easily purchase a third pair when the time comes. Recommend some inserts if you have to stand for long periods of time.

Put in a new pair of insoles and I am good to go. They are very light and ended alot of leg discomforts. I will be ordering another pair next spring.

This is an awesome shoe. It is stylish and appropriate for work. It's comfortable and fits true to size.

Love these shoes! The only pair of steel toes that I've tried so far that don't completely squish my toes! Very comfortable! The cloth on the inside of the heel does wear out after time, and I add supportive insoles to mine, but for the price it's a great choice. I wear mine every day at work and they last me 6/7 months. No complaints! I use the size conversion chart and get mens size though because they are wider.

My husband bought these for work and has loved them. His old steel toes were heavy and after a day of standing on his feet and running up and down stairs, it was getting to be a lot. These are very light and don't look at all like the typical steel toes. He has even been stopped for not wearing appropriate shoes and, instead, was complimented. He did put in a gel insole, because he's on his feet for 10-13 hours a day, but he said the shoes were fine without them. My only complaint is the white laces, they get really dirty, but those are easy to replace.

This is a very nice steel toe shoes...style, comfort and safety combined together in this shoes. Usually my casual shoes are sized 9. But with this one, I ordered 8.5 size and somewhat similar to my size 9 non-steel shoes shoes. A half size larger than marked.

Great shoes. The shoe is light, even though it has a protective toe, and is very comfortable. I have had several good comments about how nice they looked too. Everyone is surprised they are safety toe shoes. I\'ll buy another pair when it\'s time for new shoes.

Work day = 12 hours of walking on concrete floors about 80% of the day. So far I love this shoe. I wanted a "shoe" with a steel toe for some time and when I saw these I was excited to try them. I got TWO pair because the price was reasonable and work paid for both. I did get them a 1/2 size larger, based on other reviews, and they fit perfectly. After about 1.5 months now I feel no pain in my feet from the shoe and feel they are fully broken in (only took a week or two). The soles are non-slip and feel great and the overall flexibility is good for walking many hours per day. Since I bought two pair, I won't have to buy more soon, but when the time comes, at this point I would buy them again.

On my second pair. The ONLY steel toe shoes I will ever buy again! Awesome! Very comfortable. On my feet 10 hours in a foundry, it's like wearing your regular shoes to work, and everybody else has on big clunky uncomfortable boots. Thank you Converse and Zappos, there is a God!

Comfy Steel Toe - I have bought several pairs of steel toes and these are the most comfortable. Buying a half size larger allows my foot to accomodate the steel toe without discomfort… and they look a lot better than most.

Very stylish - This shoe is too nice to be using for work. Very comfortable. It will be a lot better if they came in different width sizes.

Excellent - I needed a steel toe shoe for work but boots weren’t to comfortable to wear all day, this sneaker has the steel toe for safety and is comfortable to wear all day. Very happy I chose this sneaker.

Comfortable work shoe - This is a comfortable work shoe. It's perfect for the summertime. I live in the south and it's very hot and work boots aren’t going to work in temperatures like this.

Excellent fit. Nice to have an "athletic" type pair of shoes that still has a steel toe (wish it was a composite-toe, but it doesn't weigh the shoe down) and electrical hazard rated.

There good shoes pretty stylish. They look kind of bulky on me but they are steel toes. The comfort is good for being on my feet for 12 hours a day.

These shoes are very comfortable and light weight considering they are steel toe. However, if you're gonna be on oil or slick surfaces so be careful. Not non slip.

This shoe is very comfortable, but requires some break-in. Overall, it is nice to walk in and the steel toe is not obstructive. One issue that I had was a defective stitch in the toe box. It was an issue with Converse's manufacturing, and not Zappos. However, I contacted Zappos customer service, and they promptly sent me a replacement pair. It arrived the next morning!I was apprehensive about purchasing a shoe online because I wouldn't be able to test it out, but with the exceptional customer service, I have no issue recommending Zappos. This is a good safety shoe, though some more arch support would be nice.

Never again. Not a good quality, the backs are worn out, the soles are starting to wear out. And they are skinny. And not very comfy.

I need steel toes because I work in a factory where they are required. However, I only drive a forklift so my shoes do not require a lot of wear and tear. After less than three months, the lining on the inside has holes and the material underneath is rubbing against my feet and heels. I don't recommend these at all. The comfort level is average, arch support is less than average. I was hoping this shoe wouldn't be just about looks on a steel toe, but that's all it really is! If you absolutely need a steel toe, spend a little more for something with comfort and durability.

Looks great, but is garbage. Fit different than any I had tried on and the sole promptly began to fall off the shoe after about 15 days of wearing them on polished concrete floors for 8 hours.

These are sold at a great price and they look great! They also are great at doing what they are supposed to. The only thing is that the shoe size is larger than marked, so I had to return them and get another size.

I wore these everyday for about 9 months straight and they were great the whole way through. They are still my go-to work shoe 13 months into their lives even though the leather over the steel on one shoe has peeled back enough that I can play a cowbell solo with it. The only reason that I haven't gotten another pair of these is that they are out of my size. I recommend these to anyone that wants a comfortable, casual work shoe.
