I bought one size larger than the size chart indicated, and it's a good thing I did--I didn't think I could get them on the first time I wore them! I was absolutely miserable in the tights for the first 3 or 4 hours of continuous wear (I wasn't creepy sweaty and just wore them around the house) and was thinking seriously of returning them. However, after that 4th hour, they began to give better. Subsequent wearings were much easier to pull on and position, and my comfot level is just fine. I still suggest to anyone, however, that you purchase one size greater that what you normally purchase.

These tights are fantastic. When you first take them out of the package, the task of putting them on may seem daunting because they LOOK like pants for a small child. But, rest assured, they stretch a LOT. Perhaps there should be some sort of special tool to get these things on - like a shoe horn, only larger. Regardless, once they are on, they are supremely supportive and comfortable. Excellent range of motion. I’m in the thick of marathon training, and I wear them on my long runs. I truly believe they help me run farther with less fatigue, and the compression speeds recovery of the muscles after the run. I will most likely be investing in another pair.

These tights didn't make me a super-fast, sub-4 hour marathoner, but they do make my long runs MUCH more comfortable and my recovery much faster. My knees and hips don't ache anywhere near as much as when I wear regular "compression" tights, which are now relegated to being recovery wear. They are VERY tight to get on, but it only needs an extra 30 seconds, provided you follow the instructions. I am 5'7" and a size 12-14, and the Large fits perfectly.

I purchased these to run the NYC Marathon - fantastic pants really do provide support to the knees and in my case I needed hip support. I believe that these pants helped me break my personal record...my legs did not tire. I would highly recommend them especially due to the fact that I qualified for the Boston Marathon while wearing them! Also, the Zappos team sent me a good luck card along with my purchase - What a fantastic company to deal with! No, I do not work there!

These tights are wonderful! I also have the full length ones and they are completely worth the money. Not only do they look great on but they help to stabilize your knees during long and short runs and they aid in recovery time. I would definitely recommend them.

The CW-X 3/4 Stabilyx tights are now my favorite thing to wear to the gym! Great for cardio and also provide plenty of support when lifting wieghts. I would highly recommend these to anyone for working out! Perfect fit!

I had seen these compression tights on a friend and new I had to have them! They fit great, and relieve stress on your knees when running. I am an endurance athlete, and am hard on my clothes because of frequent washings. These have held up well, fit and look great, and I get compliments on them every time I wear them.

I found these through Wacoal and got them due to knee issues from Osgood Schlatter's years ago. I spin and exercise and they provide extra support. The price is outrageous but clearly worth every penny to me since I am online and contemplating another pair (black/black 3/4 stabiliyx). I also add that having lost a great deal of weight, these tights hide a multitude of sins while providing that "exoskeleton" support. I feel great when wearing these. I wash using Forever New and line dry (quick process).

These tights rock. I purchased them after a friend's recommendation. I was experiencing IT band pain with only 12 days to go before the Chicago Marathon. I was hesitant to try something new so close to the race, but I'm so glad I did. They definitely helped support my knees, as well as my hamstrings. Although I was tired at the end of the marathon, my legs felt surprisingly fresh. I had negative splits and no IT pain! I was concerned about chafing, as I'd only worn them on a 12 miler and a few short runs prior to the race. But there were absolutely no problems with chafing (I did use Body Glide and wore underwear). Temperature-wise they were perfect also. Chicago was chilly, 33 at the start, and I felt comfortable. I've also worn them in 60 degree weather long runs since and they are not too hot and breathe well. My only recommendation would be to add a little zipper pocket in the back for gels, etc. The full length tights would have helped support the calves and Achilles, too. They are my next purchase!

Not as good as the Pro! I have the CW-X 3/4 Pro Tight in M, and they fit beautifully. These in M are saggy to the point where they don't stay up over the knee, and I have to stop and readjust during runs. They look cool, but the Pro is better at supporting your quads/hams and knees. The Stabilyx is thinner than the Pro as well, so it's less of a compression tight.

The fit and size were perfect and felt amazing during a run. However, sweat was highly visible between my legs and looked like I peed on myself. Other than looking like I peed on myself, these leggings are pretty good. Not sure if I'll wear them again...

Great workout pants. I use mine for lifting weights and general cardio. They are compression. You do have to start putting them on much as you would pantyhose, but once past the knees it is easier. Extremely long drawstring which I don't know what to do with the extra. Very stylish and I get lots of compliments on them.

Truly helped both my knees and lower back. I have 2 discs that cause me problems, and the lumbar one does not like me to run. Works like a butt sports bra for those with booty. I ran the entire 5k turkey trot and then went to work 12 hrs that night. I would normally have to walk about half of it but did great. I'm 67 and 160. Med is a good fit.

I bought these to give me a bit more knee support while weight lifting. These really do add stability and are very comfortable. I disagree with reviews suggesting sizing up. I am closer to the large end of the "small" size at 5'6" and around 130#. The small fits perfectly. These tights also add a nice level of warmth, but not too much. I think these might work well in most temperatures. I do agree these are worth the cost. I like Lulu and Under Armour crops, but these surpass both in quality.

These are great! Love the higher waist. The compression is perfect, but overdone. So cute, too! They are a little warmer than the typical Capri, but not so much I'd only wear them in winter.

I am 5' 0" and weigh 137 lbs, I bought the small and the fit is perfect except the legs still seem too long, but that is the story of my life. You burn approximately 450 calories pulling these on. No lie, I worked up a sweat and broke a nail. However, I ran faster with less muscle fatigue...will definitely be buying another pair!

Very supportive! I was looking for some tights for exercise of all sorts--not just running--that would hold all of my bits in, and these are it. Really like them. Purchased a medium 'cause of previous reviews. They are very tight at first, but they do loosen up after a few wears. I'd say they are worth the money--I cringed at the price, but I've already worn them so many times.

I haven't been wearing my other running pants since I got this one. The fabric is very comfortable. Even though it's a snug fit, I love how the fabric feels on my skin. I was between sizes so I bought both to try. I decided to go with the larger size so I don't have to fight to get the pants on. So far I have not noticed significant improvement on my performance or recovery speed. But it's still my favorite running pants.

I use Under Armor under my martial arts uniforms but they seemed to wear out quickly I read the reviews and at the price I was hesitant but am so glad of my purchase. They fit snugly, but the fatigue in my knees has been greatly reduced. They have held up nicely with constant washings. These are worth the extra money. I am a large in these but a medium in most other brands so the reviews are right on. I am 5'4" and 150 pounds.

I love these running pants. I have two other pair of various lengths by this same company but these are my favorite. I especially like the fact that they are not low-waisted! Great fit. Gorgeous. I am 5'4" and 148lbs. I purchased a Large.
