Very nice, but runs very large I think, I wear large or xlarge if it's slim fit and I bought medium size and fits large to me.

This shirt runs a little bit big due to it being considered a fishing shirt. This shirt is excellent for larger size guys. My only complaint is that the outer shirt is 100% cotton which causes it to be wrinkled and needs ironing if you plan on wearing for a general outing.

A shirt that will out last most. Worth the value. Note: the shirt runs large in my opinion.

Love the shirts that I purchased and will continue to purchase more. Great for fishing or any other outdoor activity when it is warm out. Also have received lots of compliments on how they look.

I bought these shirts to add to my already substantial collection. They are solid and steady performers as I have owned them for over a year.

This shirt is great, but runs almost two sizes bigger.

We love the shirt and style however it is very wide fitting so we had to order a size smaller than we would in a typical tshirt.

Great price and quality. They do run large since I ordered some large and had to change them for medium.

Ordered shirt for dad because he only wears solid colored button down short sleeve shirts with pockets. Very hard to find in our small town. It turned out to be too big so we will just be exchanging for one size smaller.

I have every color in this shirt. Have been wanting a lavender, and they finally have one . Wish the color were a little richer.

So my review makes sense: I live in Florida, wade the Indian River fishing, fly my plane, & use reading glasses. Two pocket shirts are a must, and the Columbia Boneheads have four pockets, a plus, and a separate pen pocket. English fitted & hand sewn are EXCELLENT. For off the shelf, Boneheads are top of the line. Boneheads cost a little more, so do real Levis, for the same reason. They are better.

May buy more, great all around shirt

but, upon arrival , one of my shirt choices had small almost undetectable oil? or ? stains. Rather than send the product back,(I thought the stains would come out in the wash) I decided to keep the product. Overall I'm satisfied and hope to continue ordering other items; should I receive another item with a small imperfection, I'll return the product promptly.

Great shirt, lots of pockets. Difficult to iron (MUST BE IRONED for public ware!).\I normally wear a large to XL. The MEDIUM is a perfect fit!

I only have one complaint about the shirt, which is that it runs very large.

Great shirt, love the pockets, But your size is way off. I wear a large on your older shirts and they fit well. But after ordering large and having to send them back for mediums, and even they are too large for me, I will order small next time. Large fits a middle linebacker like a tent!

This is a great shirt. I just wish it was wrinkle free.

I am used to the lighter Bahama Shirts this shirt is good but a little heavy for my taste we bought these for our annual Fishing Derby trip to Vermont for the Lake Champlain International Fishing Derby Fathers Day Weekend where its a little Chilly on those summer nights up North.

When I first put this shirt on I loved it and it looked great, it was big and a little long but these fishing style shirts by Columbia have all been pretty large and then I washed it...I followed the instructions and it was so wrinkled I couldn't believe it...very hard to iron if you were to try. If you were to dry clean they will always look super but I thought they would be easier to care for. I had hoped they would be simple wash and wear and look great..not really the case. This shirt has a lot of velcro and if it snags the inside white mesh it leaves very noticable snags...it is not noticable when worn but kind of a bummer to see on the first wash.

always appreciated Columbia gear, good quality, good looking for casual & dress. Light weight, Airy, Durable, would recommend.

My boyfriend LOVED it. very lightweight. it can be dressed up or dressed down! and he got a lot of compliments when he wore it! ONLY down side was the large looked extra large on, but he tucked it into some jeans and it fit a little better. Loooved the gulf stream color!! looks awesome & it's a great summer color!..i'll be ordering him a longsleeve bonehead in the gulf stream color, also.. but maybe in a medium this time!

The men's bonehead short sleeve shirt is a solid shirt overall. With some minor adjustments it very well could be excellent. My only complaints with the shirt are that it fits larger than what it is sized, specifically in length, and the breathable shoulder flaps on the back seem to catch on anything above waist height, creating a risk of rips and tears. So, Columbia, my suggestions would be to shorten up the length of the shirts, and to decrease the size of the shoulder flaps by raising the bottom of the opening, thereby reducing the risk of rips and tears. Other than that the shirt is well constructed, and breathes very well. The high quality fabric and stitching should last me a while.

I still have three that I purchased over 10 years ago and used for my tarpon trips in the Keys. They were/are great shirts. The new version, 7 of which I just purchased, are similar except for the thickness/quality of material used. My originals were made in Sri Lanka....the new ones made in India. They just don't have the "heft" or feel that my old ones do but I am sure I can get them into shape. They seem "thinner".

I usually buy Tamiami style in XS but this Bonehead runs much much bigger.
