The top of the toe portion of the shoe is really short front to back and doesn't seem to hold your foot in well. So weird.

The left shoe was at least 2 sizes larger than the right one! This was a return, it was badly packed. Impossible to say if it was true to size, etc. I appreciate the free return, but it shouldn't be necessary for a shoe I've worn for years!

Fit well, however after 2 months the seam split. The stitching was not done well. These were worn in the house. Returned

These slippers win the prize for WORST PRODUCT I have ever ordered from Zappos. At this price point I did not expect top of the line quality. Even so, they are flimsy and poorly constructed from sub-standard materials.

The 8s were too big and the 7s too small. Bummer--both went back.

I have purchased these slippers many times. Very disappointed this time. Box was marked 7.5. I have put inserts in them and my foot still comes out. I can’t wear them And I can’t return them as I threw out the box. Never had this problem and will never purchase again,

While these were cute and soft, they have little structure such that I felt like my foot would slide off the sides of the shoes. The rubber sole was very thin and gave no support. Returning these slippers.

Don’t bother wearing these outside they look like house shoes the sole isn’t made for outdoors

Slippers were too short and also tight in the toe box.. Had to return.

So frustrating! I ordered these for my daughter in her size (a 7) and received a "7" but they were so big she gave them to her sister who wears an 8. So then we ordered a 6 thinking they must run really large and received the six and it's way too small. I guess we give up?

I was looking for a comfortable warm slipper to wear around the house. I thought these were cute and that I could even wear them to run out to the car or throw out the garbage. I wore them all winter and they stood up pretty well but they are extremely uncomfortable. They are very wide, and I have a wide foot. My foot doesn't sit comfortably in them at all. I also have to wear them with socks at all times or little pieces of dirt get caught inside somehow and get stuck to the fuzzy part making it very uncomfortable to walk in. The string on the top kept coming undone when I would tie it so I had to cut them and just tie them in a knot. It doesn't help that they don't come in half sizes as I had to order up making them large all the way around. I would definitely not buy these again nor would I recommend them.

These were great slippers, but at 3 months of use, the entire front end of one has unraveled. They may look great, but they don't last long. I'm very disappointed and won't be buying Minnetonkas again.

Honestly, I don't "love" this shoe, but I do 'love' Zappos. I just didn't have time to return the shoe. I find that adding the hard sole to this moccasin defeats the feel of a moccasin...Nice leather and lining - just doesn't need the sole.

Awful slipper, extremely wide, as flat as a flip flop but actually flip flop feels like more support. Returned, not a quality product, really surprised.

From the first day the laces wouldn't stay tied, so I would trip over the laces and it made the slipper so loose they wouldn't even stay on. It is extremely annoying and I don't feel safe on stairs. Within the first month there was an inch long tear along the seam at the toes, then shortly after came another very long tear at the big toe that is three inches long and getting larger. I am very surprised at all of the good reviews. I am not hard on slippers.

These are nicely made, however they are hard to keep on your feet. They slide off when you walk. I did not like them.

Zappos. What to say? They are the best. In all areas of their functions. The employees are all so happy helpful. Kind and have an exemplary code of ethics. Completely service oriented...and are just as helpful with a return as a purchase. They have created a very happy honest environment for all concerned. Their selection of merchandise is the finest and most complete. What else is there to say? They are the best.

I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered up. Now, if I don't wear socks, they are too big for me. They stretched quite a bit after just a few wears. I also found that the lining for really worn down within a week. They're still cute and warm, but if you're looking for soft slippers that hold up, I wouldn't recommend these.

I first bought a size 9 in this slipper and it felt like my toes were smushing against the front of the slipper. So I went a size up and they still felt that way except they slipped off the back of my foot with every step. I then tightened the leather strings and this helped but one of the strings broke during the process. I feel this shoe is overall poor quality and poor fit. The color is true to the picture. I won't be buying this brand ever again.

The quality of these seem to be quite poor. The sides do not rest flat against your foot. I do not recommend these.

Super cute but unfortunately too small. I usually wear a size 7 so I ordered these slippers in size 7 and my toes are way too pinched. I will return these and browse for other options.

While price is great, quality is very lacking. I bought a pair of Minnetonkas 20 years ago and wore them all winter long for 18 years until our dog chewed them. So, I was excited to replace them with another pair from this company but I disappointed in these. They are flimsy, inside and out though probably about what I paid 20 years ago. This is not a great style for cold climates. I'd opt for something that comes up higher on foot and ankle. I wear an 8 and purchased size 8 they are a little loose but not too bad. A 7 would be too small. There isn't arch support, but I didn't expect that in this slipper; they are comfortable. I'll be moving on from Minnetonka for my next slipper. I'd rather pay more for quality and will get that back in longevity.

Loved these shoes...at first. Wore them for not even 2 full hours and looked down to see the the seams were coming apart on top. I have never seen a shoe fall apart that fast. I wish that they would have been a little better quality. But...Zappos as always was awesome! Called them right away and was given a credit and was informed that I didn't need to send them back since there was really no point. I ordered a new pair of slippers right after and have already received them today!

These look nice and comfy and warm, but sadly, I have to return both the size 8 and size 9. The 8 (my usual size) was clearly much too small (very cramped), and the 9 is much too big (falls off my feet big). But they don't appear to do half sizes, so I can't get an 8.5! I do have long, narrow feet, so others might do better than me, but it's disappointing these don't fit.
