I should have read the reviews first. I ordered a 7 and they feel like a 7 1/2 to an 8. I only bought them for around the house, so I'm not too worried about retuning them, just thought I'd share for others in the future!

I love them. I'm a size 6 1/2. After hearing from some people, I ordered a size 5 in cinnamon. My friends say they run very large. That was a mistake. I ordered a 6 and they also didn't fit. I now have returned the size 5, have a size 7, and am in the process of returning the size 6 ones. Zappos handled the problem very well and definitely satisfied me as usual. However, since I am a 6 1/2, they are a bit wider than I would like. They are still comfortable all the same and I am going to order another pair in chocolate. I highly recommend them if your size is not a half size. If you do have feet that fit half sizes only, they are slightly less recommended, but you will still be contempt with the outcome.

While I love these slippers for comfort and fit, I was very disappointed that the leather ties broke the very first time I tried to tie them when they came untied. With each attempt to retie them the leather ties broke again and again. Very poor quality leather ties. The problem is that now these slippers are falling off because the leather ties aren't tight enough and the ties go all the way around the whole slipper.

nice slippers... I wear 7 1/2 and ordered size 7. Too short. I don't like my slippers too big, so I ordered a 1/2 size down. I shouldn't have. Will re-order in 8.

I have a high arch in my foot so wearing these for too long hurt my feet. They are also kind of big. I usually buy an 8-1/2 or 9 in shoes. I bought a 9 but I should have gotten an 8.

Great for a driving shoe. My daughter wears these to work as she is required to wear flip flops and it's a bit cold in NY in the winter for that. She changes shoes when she gets to work and these keep her feet warm for the drive without her having to wear socks also.

They're adorable, but they won't last.. The bottoms are already flattening and getting less and less soft after only a few weeks. These need to be worn for only a little while for them to stay in a better condition.

Shoes bigger and wider that expected. The "fluff" lining isn't fluffy.

I love Minnetonka shoes and I'd been lusting after these for the longest time, and when I saw they finally had the chocolate brown in my size, I snatched them up immediately! They're super comfy and warm on the inside, but when I first wore them they were too stiff and gave me blisters, so I recommend breaking them in first. Also, there's basically no sole to the shoe so when you walk it hurts a bit, but still overall a good shoe!

The slippers are well constructed and the quality of the materials is great. But these have no arch support. These are definitely a house slipper only. Although a little disappointed about not having enough arch support, I am still happy about my purchase. Not sure if I would repurchase though.

I was looking for a cozy slipper to wear indoors to beat the cold, cold Connecticut winters, and these Minnetonkas rock. I considered splurging for the Uggs mocs. The Uggs seem warmer and a bit more durable. However, their price tag just didn't make sense for how I was planning to wear the mocs: indoors only. If I wanted slippers to wear outdoors, I'd definitely go for the more durable Uggs. But, considering I'm only wearing these things indoors, they're the perfect mocs at the perfect price.

I also agree with the above reviews. I wear a size 8 but had to return them and get a size 9. My toes wear touching the very top. Even if I kept them and let them stretch I still felt a size up would be perfect. I'm excited to get my new pair.

I had to order a size down like everyone else said. Even with that it felt a little short and wide. The moccasins stretched out length-wise after a day of wearing them. I also tightened the lace that runs around the shoe. Very good quality though, and keeps my feet toasty warm. I know these are technically a slipper, but I wear them out sometimes too!

Bought these moccasins because I thought they were cute! They're super comfy and soft, only complaint is that they run wide as other reviews have mentioned!

Order down! I wear a 7.5/8 and I went with the 7. They were very snug when I first wore them, but a week later they had stretched to the point that I could easily wear them with thick socks. I would have been really disappointed if I'd gone with the 8 because they'd be unwearable. I have wide feet and there is plenty of room. I got these to replace a pair of Ugg mocs in the same style because they're considerably cheaper. They don't feel quite as luxurious, but are definitely worth the price. I tend to beat my shoes up, so I didn't want to drop a ton of money. These are well-constructed and keep my feet very warm!

Good slippers for this price. They are comfy and warm. However, I did get the bottoms wet when I ran outside to get the mail and they leaked. Not very durable for outdoor wear. True to size.

PROS: Super cute style. Soft inner lining. CONS: Runs small! Don't ignore the other reviewers. I bought my true size (9), and they were so small. My toes were poking out the top and were very uncomfortable. I exchanged them for a size 10, and the fit is much better. No arch support. Walking around the house for a while is OK, but after walking around for a full day, my heels start to ache. I bought a pair of these slippers from Zappos in 2011, and they were fantastic. I loved them so much! After my pet managed to destroy the first pair, I decided to rebuy them from Zappos again. The new pair was very different! First of all, I bought a size 9 in 2011 and a size 9 in 2012, and the new pair was a full size too small. Either my feet grew a full size in a year (doubtful!), or something changed in the manufacturing. Also, the new pair seems to be taller, and they hurt my feet after walking around in them all day. I never had that problem with the old pair. Finally, even though I love these shoes, I feel the quality of the manufacturing has gone down. The sewing doesn't seem as sturdy. I noticed that the price is lower than it was last year when I bought them, and I'm afraid the quality has suffered a bit. Still an OK slipper though.

So comfortable!! I'm a size 10, and this ran true to size for me. Very cozy, good for indoors and out, and you really can't beat the price.

These slippers are great! My second pair. I wear them inside and even outside on occasion They are stylish enough and have enough sole for a quick run into the grocery store! Warm and comfortable. I have a narrow foot and they are a bit wide for me but is not a negative as that makes them easy to slip on. I have worn UGG slippers and found the sheepskin wore away much faster that the lining in these and these are less than half the price.

My daughter absolutely loves these slippers and actually wears them as shoes. Her size WAS snug, so needed to reorder next size up. Otherwise, really nice quality item.

I typically wear a size 7.5 or even a 7 but I ordered a 7 and it was really tight. I thought these fit very small. I just returned it for an 8 to see if that's any better. Other than that, they seemed to fit wide and were very cute! Very thin rubber sole would not be good for heavy duty wear outside.

I really like these, but I don't love them. They run about a size to small. I'm just wearing them around the house so it doesn't bother me so much. Just wish there was a little more room in the toe-box of the shoe. Other than that they are cozy and warm.

First, let me say that they're a very comfortable slipper and my feet instinctively search for them on the floor as soon as I get out from under the covers each morning. However, the laces don't stay tied, and this leads to a lot of annoying re-tying & tripping. Also, there are no half sizes, so a nine fit me fine at first, but now is stretched-out and too big. Last, they get kind of scuffed and dingy with wear, and I wouldn't consider wearing them outside. Trivial complaints, all in all. They're a great slipper in general.
