Zappos provided great customer service! Initially, I received the wrong size. The box said the right size, slippers inside were not. Zappos made my exchange of sizes easier than I ever could have thought. They had the correct size on my doorstep within two days! My customer service representative was awesome. I highly recommend Zappos!

I absolutely adore these shoes! Warm, fuzzy to the touch, and delightful to wear around to school, work, or just walking around the mall. The only complaints would be a small fit - order a size smaller! - and that if you untie the bows to pull them tighter they may undo themselves quite a bit. Overall, a lovely shoe and a steal on Zappos!

Love, love, love these I wear them everywhere. They arrived in record time and I would use Zappos again!

Very comfortable. A little wide for my foot but I untied the bow and adjusted it to fit. My dog ate one the slippers the second day I had them, but I like them enough to reorder right away!

These are great..really well made. Extremely comfortable. I wore them almost nonstop on a recent two week trip to the Utah desert and they still look brand new. I even hiked in them! I chose a half size smaller and they fit perfectly!

Love these - on my second pair. Warm as can be, so really more of a slipper in my book. Initially bought these for wearing out & about, but the look was a bit much, particularly when (with the unavailability of half-sizes) these were a little wide even for my big size 11 foot! I'd recommend ordering a whole size down, especially when socks are pretty redundant with these plushy bad boys.

I was very pleased with this shoe. I had been looking for one like this fro some time. Thanks to Zappos I not only found this one but two others in this style that I bought. I will be buying more in the near future. Thanks Zappos!

I love these slippers! They are so pretty and warm...love how thick the inside is. My feet are usually always cold but not with these awesome slippers!

I have an old pair of brown and black Minnetonka slippers similar to these so I felt the need to purchase the gray as well. After reading reviews, I decided to order up to an 8 when I'm usually a 7. I figured that I would just wear thicker socks with these if they were a bit large. They ended up being quite a bit larger than I expected. Every step I took had them flopping off my feet. I contacted Zappos, they had a size 7 shipped out to me that day (excellent service, as per usual). The size 7 seemed to be too tight at first and I thought I would need to return them as well. They really do stretch out well though. I've had them for almost a month now and they feel absolutely perfect. They really don't have much arch support, but since they mold to your feet, they do provide enough support for even my high arches. The style is cute and the gray color is just as pictured. I love these and will keep purchasing more Minnetonka shoes.

Great slipper, very warm, perfect color. Have worn them every day for about a month now, still look new, no wear showing on the outside of the slipper. The fluff on the inside mats down after a while, but are no less soft or comfortable. I am a 6 1/2 and bought a 6. They were a bit snug, but stretched within a day of wear. The 7s were much too big and slipped when I walked. Go down 1/2 size versus up. Bought a pair for my sister too, she loves them. The leather tie sometimes comes undone, but all in all a great winter slipper!

This is my 3rd pair, great go to slipper. Comfortable and durable. Can't go wrong with these.

These are perfect if you have very narrow feet and you can tighten the width even more with the laces and they are an excellent buy. I love Ugg boots so tried all of their slippers, but they were all too wide. At a fraction of the cost, these are similar in quality and just as comfortable, even more so if your narrow feet make it impossible to buy shoes!

I love these! So cozy and warm. I'm a 7 and the 7 fit me perfectly. They are so warm that they are still on my feet now at the office, instead of my "real shoes." So perfect for a chilly day.

I'll admit it; I've worn these outside the house. Super comfortable, warm without being awful (I tend to overheat when my feet are too hot), and pretty sturdy.

Thought they might be too small when I first got them, but like others wrote they stretched! Love them! Super comfy, stylish and cozy.

My daughter wears a 7 but they were too tight for comfort. I will return for an 8. Other than that she loved them. The color is very nice and was true to the website. She was sad they didn't fit because she loves how comfy they are. I would definitely recommend sizing up on these. They would probably stretch if I kept the 7 but why make her suffer until then? If I get an 8, then there won't be so much stretching out to do? To be continued.

These slippers are great. So comfortable. Being leather, they were stiff at first, and loose on the heels...I have very, very narrow heels...but within just a few days, they had reshaped and conformed to my feet and they stay on great. I got these for houseshoes since they are lined, and they are just wonderful. True to size for me. I wear an 8 usually, and these are 8's, and fit fine. They felt almost too short when I first put them on, but they are perfect now. Love them!

Always very comfy. I normally wear a 7.5 or an 8 and ordered an 8 to ensure comfort. They felt short! STILL, very comfy. Just sending back and ordering an 8.5. I love Zappos!

Great slipper for the price. I ordered a half size larger and it is perfect. Not a lot of cushion or arch support, but still pretty good.

My eleven year old daughter loves them, all her friends bought some too. Trending now in her school. Quality at a great price.

These shoes run a little big so grab a size smaller than you normally would. That said... they are comfy! Slipping these babies on in the morning is the best part of getting out of bed.

I love these slippers. They are so comfortable and very cute. They look so much better than other slippers to wear around the house, and the rubber bottom allows me to step outside, if I need to.

I purchased these for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. She has worn them out in the inclement weather and they still have the sole attached, which makes mom happy. They arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. I would definitely order from zappos again.
