I wanted a comfortable, supportive walking shoe for both pavement and dirt. This shoe feels and fits great! It's just what I was looking for, and it's stylish, too.

This is probably my 20th pair of New Balance running shoes. As usual, great quality, very comfortable and these are also really cute looking too. I got the silver/purplish color. Very happy with them!

I have several pair of shoes similar to the New Balance WR737 and kind of forgot how comfortable this brand was. The lacing system is easily changed to provide fit according to my narrow heels and wide toe. The reason I chose New Balance this time is the availability of the wide width. The size chosen was 7W and I had been wearing 7.5B or 8B but had been told by a shoe salesman that was the wrong size for me. No need for all that extra toe room to satisfy a need for more toe space. The WR737 is perfect and after 9 hours standing and walking on my body is no longer aching. Perfect fit, perfect shoe plus the color I got is kind of cool looking. This from a 70 yo nurse.

I ordered these shoes for my 76 year old mother as her first pair of actual running/walking shoes. I have not seen her in any other shoes since she recieved them (next day I might add). These shoes are great! They are very comfortable and fit well. The fact that I can cinch them up tight with the extra holes along the sides of the ankles is great, too. This really helps the arches. Most of the time I need a narrow shoe and Zappos is the only site I have found to have such a large selection. Zappos service is awesome and I recommend them to everyone. Whenever I need shoes, I go to Zappos.

Zappos.com offered great customer service and a timely arrival of my order.\r\n\r\nThe shoes is quite satisfactory, I just wish there was a little more arch support. However, for the price, the New Balance WR737 is of the higest quality.

I really like these shoes. I ordered about 9 pairs to compare (nike and new balance) and these were the best. I first thought they were too light to give support but I was wrong. I have used them for fast walking up steep hills, aerobics and weight training--perfect for all these activities. They are actually so comfortable I just keep wearing them after my workouts. I had knee surgery 6 years ago so I have to have the "perfect " shoe for my workouts. These work! They were true to size and color was perfect. Even if these shoes were pink and purple, I would have kept them due to the comfort and support they offer. I love Zappos for letting me find the perfect shoe.

I bought these shoes for training for an upcoming half marathon. I got them last Friday and ran eight miles in them the next morning, then 4.5 miles of speed intervals today. They're unbelievably light, yet supportive for a runner with a neutral gait. They're true to size and width. Very much recommended.

Great service, Zappos. Hat's off to one day turn around. I love these running shoes. They are comfy from the start, although I thought they would have a bit more cushion in the heel of the shoe. They fit my wide foot very well and true to size.

I got the New Balance WR737 shoes because I've worn NB in the past and loved them. I work in a restaurant, so I'm on my feet for hours and hours at a time. The first time I wore the shoes it was to work, and they were great- true to size, no blisters, no breaking them in, nothing. I also love that they came in wide because not a whole lot of athletic shoes do and I have fairly wide feet. I'll for sure keep getting the NB's when I get new work shoes!

I bought these shoes for my Mom because she has high arches and therefore needs good cushioning shoes. As soon as she tried them on, she was so happy because they felt perfect and so comfortable to her. I bought her the same brand of shoe 2 years ago and she still wears them because they are so durable and still remain very comfortable.

Light with excellent stability and cushioning, this shoe is perfect for my underpronating feet. I love the color combination and have received compliments on how stylish these running shoes are. I work on my feet and have found relief. Love that they are mostly made in USA. Thanks NB!

I always run in NB shoes and recently tried the WR 737. I have run several races in these, including 13.1 last weekend, and I've never been more comfortable! Great shoes, true sizing.

These shoes are great! I've been very pleased with fit and the cushion. I use them for hiking, biking, walking, and running errands. I have not taken them running yet, but based on my experience of them so far, I think they'll work fine for that. I'm also a big fan of the color as they're a lot less flashy than many of its counterparts but still manage to not look like "mom shoes." Well done New Balance, and thanks Zappos!
