Great shoe for the money. It's not easy to find true waterproof boots for boys (odd huh?). These fit well and are comfortable according to my 10 year old. He needed them for scouts and camping.

Excellent! My son said these were more comfortable than his sneakers and they survived a week in Sabattis Adventure scout camp with no problems at all. Zappos was fast and perfect as usual. Had these at my door the next day!

Great boot for my boyscout: durable!

Had to return this item. The arch support is in a funny place and my son thinks it will give him a blister when hiking.

I actually purchased these for myself because of the wider toe box. This is my second pair of these boots. I wear them almost every day because I work outside. They have no break-in period, super comfortable and durable. My last pair lasted over 2 years and the laces didn't even break. Love them, will keep buying them as long as they are made.

This is my second pair. I am an adult woman with a small foot and just could not find hiking boots that fit and were comfortable. A clerk about 4 years ago suggested I try this pair of boys Timerlands. They fit perfect. Just tossed them and bought my second pair...hope they're selling them when this pair wears out.

Actually, I brought this boot for myself. I wear a women's size 6 shoe and can wear a youth size boot. Saves money too! Wore the boot all day. It kept my foot warm & dry. And they're very comfortable!

My son finds these boots very comfortable and nice looking. He uses it for hiking and going to school. When he wore it on a rainy day, it worked well on the muddy trail as well.

These are great boots. I bought them for both of my sons, ages 10 and 13. The waterproof aspect makes them most useful. Actually my husband has this same shoe and loves it too.

It's a nice looking boot and my 12 year old liked it when he put his feet in but didn't like it after walking around the apartment for just a little bit. He said the arch felt too high which he's never had a problem with arches before. We decided to go with a Columbia boot that looked just as nice and was also waterproof.

Ordered a 6 1/2 for my 10 year old son but we did not keep them as he felt they were too tight in the toe box. I've experienced the same issue with adult boots from Timberland and I don't wear wide fitting shoes. Boots look great and the construction is top quality as you would expect from the brand. I would say order a 1/2 size bigger unless your child has very slim feet.
