Excellent - These shoes are fabulous and absolutely comfortable. They are the best!

The most comfortable pretty Dansko so far! I have many pairs of Danskos and I do think Sally is the one I like best - a wide shoe bed is one reason. Just plain comfortable, you forget it's on until you get a compliment. I needed to buy a size up. I'm a size 7 and needed a 38. They look very sharp with pants as well as skirts, especially Cordovan I think.

Cute yet functional... As a 2nd year medical student preparing to stand on her feet 12+ hours/day starting in June, I eagerly sought out a cute yet functional pair of shoes. Dansko's Sally clogs are by far their cutest and most stylish design. Do I feel a bit childish wearing this "mary-jane" style... not one bit. It sure beats the original ugly duckling clogs! I've already worn these shoes a few times and I really like them. In my experience, the shoes take a bit of "breaking-in," so don't be alarmed if something hurts a bit in the beginning (i.e. back seam hitting my lower ankle). To solve this problem I just bought shoe inserts and now they are even easier to break in.

TOO, TOO TIGHT! For narrow feet only - I originally got this in my true size, the size that I got the Dansko Marcelle in (which I love). Sally is short, and Sally is narrow. I got a size larger, but still had to have width added with stretching - and still these are not as comfortable as I had hoped. I avoid wearing these shoes, and I would have returned them if I had not worn them out into the world one day. Sad story.

These are the best shoes ever! I have them in two colors. Great for work, I can move around in them all day long, in comfort. They provide great support, and they don't make noise when I'm walking!

These boots are only good for looks!!!!! If you buy these boots for winter please make sure wherever you live there is no snow fall. I wore these boots in the snow and they were awful because the boots are as absorbent as a paper towels. After a few minutes of being in the snow my toes started to become wet because the boots are not water resistant. They are no good up against wintery weather or rain for that matter. FASHION BOOT ONLY!!!!! Very disappointed for what I spent my money on...

Sally - At first I thought these were too small, which was weird because Dansko runs pretty true to size, but now that I've broke them in, they are great.I wear a 5 1/2 shoe, so I usually get 36 in Dansko. Love these, I may get another color when I can.

I love this shoe! This shoe fits well, with socks or without. I love the extra cushion they've put in the heel and in the arch. These shoes seem to have more support and flexibility than my other Danskos. (Also, shopping through Zappos was a pleasure!)

Great shoe and great service - I had tried these shoes on at a department store so I knew how they felt, but Zappos was the only place that carried the cordova color that I wanted. It goes with just about everything and is very distinctive. Since I usually just get black or brown shoes this was a risk for me, but I have found that I can wear them with just about anything. This is my second pair of Danskos, I wore the first pair all over England and never had sore feet, they are extremely comfortable. The service from Zappos was excellent; they arrived 2 days after I placed the order with free shipping.

Solid shoe - I got these to replace my everyday Danskos, and boy am I happy! They're a tad narrower than I'd expected, but still very comfortable. I have high arches, so I was a little worried the leather across the foot might cut into my foot, but it doesn't. My other Danskos are size 38, so I started off ordering a 38, planning on possibly having to send back for the 39 based on the other reviews here. However, 38 worked fine for me! I'd say if your foot tends to the small side of the size you usually wear (for instance, my feet tend to be between a 7.5 and an 8), your normal size should be fine. Otherwise, size up.

Great cute shoe. I love Dansko's they support your foot and arch. They are comfortable to walk in. I love these.

Dansko Sally - The computers rating system did not work properly; therefore for "look" I gave the shoe 5 stars. They look great with jeans and a skirt. For "comfort" I gave them 3 stars, I have a wide foot so I purchased the 8.5-9 size (normally an 8) and they were still slightly snug around the top of the foot. In a few weeks they stretched out and now they are truly very comfortable. Finally, overall I give them a 4.

Good shoes but narrow - I have a number of pairs of Danskos and am happy with them. My main problem with Danskos is that they make so few of their styles in a 35 (I have a small foot). So I ordered these in my standard 35 to find that they were tight across the foot, so returned them for a pair of 36's - my first size 36 in any of their styles. What a surprise!

Dansko Sally - I first ordered the Dansko Sally in brown. Other reviewers said it ran a size small, so I was uncertain of which size to order. Because Zappos makes it so easy to return things, I ordered my normal size. It fit perfectly. Yes, it is a bit tighter across the instep which could be a problem if your foot is wide. Anyway, as I am on my feet all day I have to wear comfortable shoes and Danskos fit the bill. Loved the look as well. I can wear them with pants or skirts. Loved the shoe so much that I ordered it in black as well.

Another Dansko great shoe - Super comfortable straight out of the box, no breaking in period. This style of heel for Dansko means that the fit is a bit narrower than other Dansko styles. I had to order the size bigger than normal.

Comfortable and pretty - These are SO comfy and the color cordovan is really nice, I am a size 8 and the (38) fit good, but size up if you have wider feet.

My first Dansko's - I have only one problem with my new Dansko's "Sally"- I don't want to wear anything else! I had been having pain in my foot and my daughter recommended the shoe. Her Danskos cured her previous foot pain. Boy was she right. I walk straighter, have better posture, and can be on my feet for hours without pain! Plus they are really cute.

Gotta luv a Dansko!! Sally is soo comfortable. I walk around on a hard floor all day and these shoes have my feet saying. "Thank you, thank you." I knew I would love these because I have other Dansko's. I love the style and the color. Well worth the price.

I love it of course! I am practically always happy with my Dansko purchases. I must own more than 10 pairs of boots, shoes sandals clogs, etc. This pair is comfortable in a different way. More padded sole/arch support than usual Margretes & Marcelles. Attractive burnished red-brown color too. Many compliments from others. Another great shoe. Yippee!!

My new favorite pair of shoes! These are great! The usual Dansko quality and comfort. I have several other pair of Danskos and ordered these in my normal 38. The fit was right on. They look great with skirts but also work with jeans. Enjoy!

These are AWESOME - I love these shoes! I've always loved the idea of Dansko shoes, but never bought any. I bought the brown ones which I liked a lot, but felt like the black ones would be a little more fancy. But you should know, these aren't particularly "evening shoes" although comfortable as anything. I'm planning on taking them to Europe the next time I travel!

A Dansko is a Dansko - The delightful fact of this Dansko that is unique to their previous similar styles is that the "Sally" is light in weight.(I bought 1 in brwn & 1 in blk- for trip.)It has great support and is cute w/jeans (LONG jeans mind you), or slacks, and casual skirts or jumpers. In reducing weight of shoe they have not sacrificed the stiff sole which for me is a necessity as I have big toe issues (arthritis-can't bend). I have a high arch, and rather thin feet and everything is comfortable-the vamp, and straps, toe box, and heel seat. I would say as typical for Dansko I would like to have more cushion like the Merrels have. (BUT my severe plantar fasciitis was significantly better having worn them all weekend.) Then we could treat ALL my issues!! They definitely aren't the best for fast walking around airports and cities like my MBTs. The Sally's give you a bit broader style choice.

Beautiful but small than others - I love this shoe but need a half size larger than normal in this one compared to other Danskos.

Cute and comfortable - I love the fit of these shoes. The width of my feet is average and these shoes fit perfectly. If you wear these shoes without socks as I do, you will need to give them a little bit of adjustment time to be completely comfortable.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn, period. I have hard to fit feet, and plantar fasciitis in one heel. The first day I wore these shoes to work, I had zero pain in my heel. I know it sounds corny but it literally feels like you are walking on a pair of really supportive clouds. I will be ordering another pair in black. These are my first pair of Propet's. If they make all of their shoes like this one, I will definitely be trying different styles in the future.
