Lead weights - that's what these feel like. These shoes are "Super" heavy. I saw all the great reviews and thought they might be great casual shoes. I was very disappointed. They look okay but that's the only positive. They have very little arch support, which seemed to be in the wrong spot. I have wide, average/low arched feet. I can't imagine walking around all day wearing these flat anchors.

I like the style and the fact that they are washable, which for white sneakers is a real plus. However, they are the most uncomfortable sneakers I have ever purchased. They are very stiff all over and have no arch support. They also run large and I had to order a second time, 1/2 size down. I normally wear an 8, but even the 7 1/2 was still a little large, but I went with it because the 7 would've been too small. I have been reading the reviews and I really thought I was going to love this shoe. However, every time I put them on, I take them off and put them back in my closet. I am very disappointed, and sadly I am returning them.

I've worn Jack Purcells for years but wanted to change it up with these White Superga shoes. Unfortuantely I think I made a mistake. While I think they're very comfy, very cute they have not held up well at all, and I haven't worn them anywhere other then an average day of walking and work. They get ridiculously dirty and the fact that I'm wearing them in the office or on the street, well that seems excessive. They're fraying all around the edges and I have had one of the eyelets/grommets pop off. I generally can keep tennis/athletic shoes for at least a couple of years and I've only had these for 3 months. Disappointed in the quality for sure.

Very flimsy canvas upper. Toe box fairly narrow right at the little toe edge. Not a great fit for my feet.

Not sure why 7 1/2 too small and 8 was giant.

Wide, runs about a half-size small, incredibly heavy sole, overall clunky feeling shoe, and the interior and heel seams are sure to create blisters......not worth the hype or attention they've received in trend lists.

The back of this shoe is so short! I walk right out the top. It’s too bad because they are adorable

The fit was ok but the material is causing a blister on my feet every time I wear them for only a short period of time therefore I have worn them very few times.

Loved the look us these shoes!!! But they were too wide in the toe area.

The package arrived in a battered shoe box which had obviously been handled roughly. The left shoe had eyelets which were just sitting on the shoelace - maybe pulled off when the previous person tried it on. I am always a 40 and this 40 was about a half inch too short. Hard pass.

Super cute shoe but life is too short for an uncomfortable shoe. Especially when there are so many other brands that make a very similar style shoe. The toe box is so wide it bulges weirdly when tied. It felt like what a clown shoe would fit like. There is zero padding or arch support. The insole was glued to the bottom of the shoe. I was very hopeful for this shoe but honestly a pair of keds would probably be more comfortable and I haven’t worn those in 30 years. I am starting the return process today.

I’m so bummed, I wanted to treat myself but there’s a big bubble in the foot pad, circled. I have a picture of the right vs. left for reference. I bought these for a vacation in 3 days.

The most uncomfortable shoe, no support, the canvas material is so hard and ruff on the feet. The heel is loose so foot slips and makes the material rub blisters.

These do not look like real Supergas to me. I bought a pair of the same exact shoes directly from the Superga store in NYC in 2020. I compared these to those... these are quite different. They are shaped differently. The ones from Zappos are longer and MUCH wider. The rubber on the sides of the sole is yellow-ish. Maybe they're just made in different facilities than the original ones I have, but I am returning this pair.

This sneaker slipped off the back of my foot. I even downsized and it still slipped. Disappointing. Has to return again!!

This show is so uncomfortable and rubs my foot and several places causing sores.

These were just both bottom heavy and chunky with no flexibility- I've no idea why they are so popular.

I was really looking forward to these shoes. I love the look but for me the fit was odd, painfully narrow on the sides but wide across the top. It caused the fabric to pucker on the top. I had to return the shoes.

can you provide an exchange option? the label fell off during the first wear. see pics below.

Love the style, but the shoes were much too big (not true to size) and rather heavy with little cushioning. I returned them and did not try to do an exchange. The arch support was probably going to be too high for me, but that’s hard to judge since the size was wrong. I was disappointed that this purchase didn’t work out, but kudos to Zappos for their free shipping and returns.

I can’t answer any of this because I did not receive what I ordered. Received a totally different item. Furthermore., after spending some time customer service via chat,I was told Zappos would send out the correct shoe butt have not received nor have I even heard back from them. I immediately returned the shoe that was sent. Horrible service.

Shoes were as expected however I had barely worn them when they got wet and the right shoe turned blue/black all around where the shoe meets the sole. It seems like something leaked from the sole onto the internet shoe but it only happened on one. It became worse and darker when I tried to wash them as instructed. I have not had this happen before and it looks terrible.

So disappointed! I washed my white Sneakers and the glue ran onto the top and stained the whole toe area. I’ve tried washing them again and setting them in the sun, to no avail.

No arch support. Could not keep

They are heavy and hurt my feet. I was hoping for a nice comfy pair of white sneakers to replace my Converse and Vans.
