I really wanted these shoes to work. I have wide feet and so the pair in my size was too tight. I went up a half size and it almost worked, but the heel is super slippy and the shoes are pretty stiff. Also no arch support, so I would have worn them with inserts...which makes the heel slippage even worse.

I won't be ordering these a second time. They weren't a definite "no" when I got them so I kept them to give them a good try. I've been wearing them for four months, mostly when I have been on my feet for a big portion of the day. My main issue with them is how heavy they are for canvas shoes. When I take them off, I am so relieved. If I had seen them in person before purchasing, I would have passed them up. They do not flex easily so when walking long distances, I feel like I am slapping my whole foot down. Maybe it's because they are so thick on the bottom. And not a cushiony thick either. Just solid. They are a little wider than I had expected but not at my widest part of my foot. The shoes widen closer to my arch than at the ball of my foot. If you want flexible, lightweight, canvas shoes, pass these up and keep looking. I know I will.

Great shoe! The only exception being the sizing. I ordered my normal size but had to return them due to the shoe being too small. I ordered a 6.5 but returned for a 7.

I really wanted to like these cute shoes but, alas, even while walking around my house, my feet were uncomfortable. I couldn't keep them.

I had to exchange them for a half-size smaller. I'm always a 9.5 but that was too big for me. The new size 9 is perfect. I really like them. Since these seem to be unisex shoes, if you're a woman you might keep that in mind, that they do run a big large.

Didn't find these comfortable. There is a bump in the insole - I guess it's arch support but it just feels like you're stepping on something.

The reviews stating that these shoes do not fit in the heel (too loose) are accurate. I wore these once and found them exceptionally uncomfortable due to the poor fit and lack of support.

I had high hopes for this shoe. They are way too clunky. Tied them really tight and still slipped off my heal.

I've been buying Superga shoes for awhile and I was so excited to see the Light Grey color... something not so start and as I'm usually getting my toes stepped on by kids, this would really work for me. Just know that if for some reason you need replacement laces, you can't get them. You have to get white instead and they look like crap! Too bad such poor customer service and a huge oversight.

These shoes are very cute. The main issue was they are quite wide and run small otherwise so not the most comfortable.

Very thin sole, and not much depth for slightly arthritic toes but the width was fine. Just not for these older feet.

should not have listened to reviews to size down a half size. they were way too small. i might have liked them if they fit.

I really liked the look and feel of these shoes but I have narrow feet and they were just too wide in the toe box. I wish they would have fit better because they're very cute! I ended up returning.

Really cute shoe. Could be worn with anything. It's just now comfortable. I thin converse are much for comfortable. I had to size up because the width in the tow area was too small. Im usually a 7 and need to try the 7.5. No arch support and a very stiff sole. They are so cute so I wanted them to be more comfortable!

These shoes are very cute, but they're very wide. I have an average width foot. The issue may be as another customer pointed out - they come in a unisex size. Didn't work for me.

They look really cute, and I thought they were the perfect alternative to Converse Chucks which are killing my feet. What immediately striked me was that the sole was very heavy. But the biggest problem was the fit. I have a European 37, so I got the 6.5: they fell off my feet. So I ordered a 6: I almost couldn't move my toes. So I returned both of them. In these shoes I also fell a very big difference between by 2 feet, which I normally don't feel.

Shoes look every bit as good in person as the photos, but the sizes are WAY off. I'm a size 11, and Superga's 11 1/2 was still too small for me. Had to exchange them for a size 12.

Great looking shoe the fit is a little off. I usually wear a 12 but the 12 was too big. So I tried a 11.5 but it was too small. Zappos did let me try on both shoes at the same time by sending me both pairs (and I just send back the one I don't want). However I loved the look and style just didn't fit the length or width of my foot unfortunately.

I don't know what anyone is talking about... I followed the recommendations to order a 1/2 size down from my normal size, but they were way too tight. I had to go a 1/2 size up. Not sure if I'll keep these, tho. They are cute, but the sizing is odd, maybe because they're unisex.

I've bought so many pairs of these shoes, I really love the casual, simple elegance and style.... The problem is the inner lining in the back of the shoe ALWAYS tears away from the heel. This just leaves a torn patch of cloth rubbing against your foot, or you have to cut it out and your heels rub on the back with no lining, not comfortable. The other problem, is that after 1-2 washes they really start to fall apart. The rubber around the toes separates from the canvas, and the rubber starts to turn yellow. It's strange because I've bought literally dozens of these in white over the last 2-3 years, but the quality of these just doesn't hold up, be warned.

I like these shoes a lot and they are super cute but definitely not a shoe for walking in. I bought them and then took them to New York City and at the end of the day I started crying my feet hurt so bad. I will wear them again when I am just at school but I do not reccomend for anytime of walking.
