MBT M Walk - I love these shoes! They improve posture, balance and exercise lots of tiny muscles. They are comfortable too. My only complaint would be that they are heavy so I probably wouldn’t travel with them.

MBT's M. Walk - Great shoe! For the first time in months I'm able to walk more than a half mile without my knee tightening up--which was very painful. I also applaud your service department and the ease with which they let me return the initial shoe for a different model. (I have to give the look a 3 because the shoe is pretty clunky to look at but it more than makes up for that in comfort!

GREAT SHOES!!! I really love these shoes.. I ordered them after seeing them in a Bliss Catalogue and researching them on the internet to find out all the benefits. I wear a nine and half normally, but a ten fit the best. I love to walk in these shoes, not only are the comfortable but really help to tone those hard to tone places if you know what I mean. I have always preferred to be barefoot but now i hardly take these off! I ordered from Zappos because shipping was free and quick!

Love 'em! I've had these shoes for two weeks now, and wear them as often as possible. Although the looks could be improved upon, I love these shoes! When I walk I feel it in my butt, thighs and abs. Just this morning I checked in the mirror and, yes, these parts are looking better -- after only two weeks! I can't wait to see how they'll look in six months. I have never before spent $250 for a pair of shoes, and still cringe when I think of how much they cost, but plan on buying the MBT sandals soon.

I love my MBT's...even though they may look a little silly - I love these sneakers. They are comfortable and fun to wear. I also enjoy working out in them and feel that they force my legs to work harder. My only complaint about them is that they do look a little silly but overall they are extremely comfortable (and I have tons of problems buying shoes). Just as a warning, I usually wear a 7.5-8 but needed an 8.5 in these.

Great, great great shoe! I am really excited about getting this shoe today (after ordering on Saturday - really, speedy!). I have worn them around my office for a couple of hours and am already feeling a little sore!

Orange Crush - I love these shoes. They really do work your legs and rear out! My posture at the end of the day is erect and not tired and slouching. I had absolutely no problem learning how to walk in them. I do wish now I would have gone for the 2 inchers. They do not have much traction on wet pavement and you need to be careful of that. Now I'm thinking about the sandals but they aren't all that great looking. BTW absolutely go up a half a size!

MBT - This shoe has lived up to its reputation. I find it very comfortable, and can feel the extra workout, particularly in my lower body. I walk a little over three miles every day in them.

Better Late Than Never - I decided to give these shoes a try for two reasons: First, to help prevent a recurrence of back pain due to a slipped disc, and secondly, in the wistful hope that something could help me achieve proper posture, though no amount of exercise, physical therapy, or even the use of a shoulder harness had ever been able to do so. I am happy to report that these shoes have made a difference. I get fewer "twinges" in my lower back, and my overall posture is improved. Maybe not perfectly, but when wearing the MBT’s and I catch a glimpse of my reflection in a window or a mirror, I don't inwardly cringe to see the usual slumped shoulders! They were not difficult to learn to walk in (the video contains about 30 seconds useful info and 30 minutes of sales pitch) but I did have some soreness in the ball of one foot the first few times I wore them. Also, whoever finds these shoes "true to size" must be wearing nothing but athletic shoes. My dress shoe size is a classic 6M, and it took a size 7 1/2 in the MBT to get the right fit. My advice: add 1 1/2 shoe sizes to your usual size. I wish these had been available years ago. I have very high arches and finding shoes that fit comfortably can be a challenge, but these fill the bill.

MBT'S - I love the shoe. Very comfortable, but I found it did run a whole size smaller. Great for walking and just doing things around town. Would buy another pair. They are great!!

I love these shoes! I bought the MBT's a few weeks ago. I ordered them on a Friday and I got them on Monday. No cost for shipping. Thanks Zappos! The shoes are really comfortable. Make sure you size up because they run small. I wear a 7 and I went to a 7 and 1/2. Make sure you watch the DVD that comes with the shoes so that you know what to expect and to make sure you get the full benefits of the shoe. This shoe makes you pay attention to how you walk and forces you to use your entire body to walk which is what it is designed to do. I am looking forward to the full benefits of this shoe.

MBT Comfort - These are great -- but I had to try three pair until I got it right. The shoe is undersized. I had to get a pair 1/2 size larger.

Interesting shoe - I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered the shoe in 1/2 size and 1 size larger. I tried the shoes and ended up taking the 1/2 size larger. The MBT video was helpful in describing how they should fit, so I recommend playing the enclosed video when trying the shoe. Otherwise, a great workout shoe, and the first time I wore it, I could tell the difference in less knee pain than with my older workout shoes.

Pleased with MBTs - I really like this shoe. I bought it to minimize the pressure on my spine. The cushioning is unbelievable. I did not find them difficult to walk in at all. Now if I go back to my old sneakers, THEY feel funny. Overall, nice footwear.

Fantastic Shoes and Service - My podiatrist suggested I try these shoes because I have neuromas in my toes and other foot ailments. I have found these shoes to be comfortable and supportive and fun to wear. The MBT's have prevented me from bending my toes which protects them from increased injury. And I got my shoes in two days, instead of the 5days Zappos said it would take! Fabulous!

Great for baby boomers - I am an avid walker and for the past few years I have suffered from knee and hip pain after my daily walks. The MBT's M. Walk has eliminated this pain and I am truly enjoying walking again. Thanks for making a wonderful shoe.

A shoe that is a workout. The MBT sneaker is not the most stylish of shoes, but it accomplishes everything that the company claims. I have found that it has improved my posture and work my legs more. Because of the design it is harder to walk and to balance, but your body adjusts within a few times of wearing them.

Thank you - Thanks Zappos, you have come through again. The shoes may not be the best looking but they have saved my "hurting" feet. I walk several miles 5 days a week and I already feel better. Be sure to order one size larger as they do fit a bit tight. Be sure to watch the video before walking around - and remember these are "NOT" sneakers - in the sense that sneaker are. Enjoy!

OMG - This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. Walking in them is literally like heaven on earth!

All they say they are - All I can say is wow! I have back problems and these shoes really help. I love these shoes. I am also short and they add a little height, I don't know if it is because I am walking straighter. They do run small so I would go a full size larger next time, not just a half size.

Lots of compliments - The first day I wore these, I had a hair appointment. Two different ladies came over to ask where I'd purchased them and if they were comfortable. They are - it took me a few days to be comfortable with the sole, but now love them. I can walk a few miles and my feet don't hurt. The shoe runs small, so I had to exchange for a larger size; consider ordering a half or full size larger.

MBT M-Walk - Yes, they are pricey - but worth it!!! I cannot believe the difference they have made in regards to my knee pain. They are also so comfortable - just keep in mind this style runs a bit on the small side. Also, I am vegan and this style is completely synthetic.

Changed my life! I have 5 pairs of these wonderful shoes. 30 yrs ago I had a serious fracture of my ankle. It has become increasingly difficult to walk since I have end-stage arthritis in this joint. These shoes have made a huge difference in my mobility! I LOVE them. Most of the severe pain is gone and I can walk again. Thank you MBT!!

A really great walk! MBT's M Walk is a wonderful pair of shoes to take long walks in or for just run around doing errands. These shoes really take a lot of pressure off the lower back and force you to stand correctly which makes you feel much better. They also look kind of cool, not too orthopedic. I had heard they run a little short and snug so I just ordered up one full size and it is perfect. They even come with a video that shows you how to walk in them.

Lov'n my MBT's - These shoes are great! At first they rubbed my heels after each walk, so I ended up wearing them every evening around the house to really break them in. Now I have zero problems going on a 1 1/2 hour walk! I can definitely feel my posture improving as well as the little muscles in my legs. MBT's are not the most fashionable...but I love the look of my green/grey/black M Walk's. The M Walk style seems to run small, I normally wear a 10 running shoe and I had to order a 10.5. Overall the shoes are great...You've got to try them out!
