On website heading says "waterproof" but no where in description does it say waterproof in list of features. Checked other similar shoes and it says waterproof in description. On shoes I received and on box it also doesn't state they are waterproof. Tried calling and can never get someone on phone.
So I guess I'll find out when it's raining.

Had a similar style of Timberland Pro boot which I loved and held up well. Those were out of stock so I decided these would work. When I got them they felt a little snug but I figured they would break-in. Well, more than a month has gone by and these are NOT my favorite pair of boots. They make my feet hurt because they are too tight in the width of the toe box. Also, one of the top lace hooks has loosened and has a gap between the base of the hook and the leather of the boot, I think because its rivet wasn't tight. Taking the photo of the hook I notice a lace eyelet has pulled out of the leather too. My last pair of Timberland boots were great and really lasted (twice as long as most of my work boots). I have recommended Timberland Pro in the past, but these must have been made the afternoon before a holiday because the overall quality is lacking (lace hook and eyelet) and the fit is too narrow for my feet (especially the left boot).

They are not as wide as I hoped for 10.5 w . It is a lot smaller than cat 10.5w. Very snug width. Comfortable sole , but too tight.

I liked this boot but it was too heavy to wear all day, every day.

Expected so much more from these boots. I bought them in September and noticed today that the sole was separting from the boot. Used there chat service and was told that pro boots have a special replacement procedure and would get email explaining how, still waiting.

Shoe fit narrower than other Timberland shoes I’ve worn. The shoe is heavier also. I’ve worn a Timberland Titan steel toe style shoe for many years and loved the fit and feel. Couldn’t find a steel toed version so I bought these. Not nearly as comfortable.

I can't find one work boot that combines all the attributes I need in a single model. The Endurance and Helix both have a very comfortable footbed made of cushioned material that is built into the midsole.
I have tried several models of Timberlands including: Endurance, Helix, Powertrain and Velocity. None of them are a great fit for "Goldilocks". The height of the Velocity mid is perfect as it covers my ankles and does not dig into my shins; however, the foot bed in the Velocity is made of thick cardboard like material that is as hard as wood. The Velocity is so uncomfortable I tried removing the footbed only to find it is still a worthless boot. I lost about $90 on the Velocity. I never even wore them for a full shift. The Endurance is a very heavy boot while the Powertrain is lightweight. The Powertrain footbed is hard and uncomfortable swapping insoles helps some, not completely. I have issues with heal slip in the Endurance as well as making it through 10 hour shifts in a warehouse wearing such a heavy boot. The Helix shares the comfortable footbed of the Endurance, but the lacing system on the Helix fails to keep the Helix firmly attached to my feet. In addition the Helix has an uncomfortable strap built into the second highest lace and the laces constantly come undone or fall off the upper quick lace system.
It seems I am collecting unwearable Timberland boots at this point since I can't wear any of them throughout an entire shift comfortably. I have tried adding insoles and swapping insoles only to find there is no solution. I wish Timberland would make a boot with the Mudsill outsole, in the ankle height of the Velocity boot, with the built in Anti-Fatigue cushioning of the Helix/Endurance and at the weight of the Powertrain alloy toe. It wouldn't be that complex of a project and I believe it would produce the perfect work boot.
The one product review photo everyone fails to properly demonstrate is what the footbed looks like with the insole removed.

The most comfortable boot I have ever worn, but the sole separated from the leather upper in about 6 months after buying. I run a waste water treatment plant and do all the maintenance work so they get wet from time to time. I hate having wet feet and these boots were not cheap to only make it 6 months.

Right boot has a permanent sticker or rubber decal or seal with SA and an Omega symbol but not the left. The seal is located below the puncture resistant sole seal. It is green, white and orange. The left boot does not have it, so it looks odd and asymetric when you stand. Looks like I've got a pair of mistmatched boots. Is this normal? I like the boots, but this looks odd.

I've had several pairs of these over the last 7 years, they are comfortable out of the box. The durability has seemed to slip over the years. I would call them this price on comfort and about $115 on durability. Which means I'll be trying something different for my next work boots.

I have had two pairs of this boot. They are very comfortable and required no break in. The first pair I had lasted for years, wore slowly and remained water proof for the entirety of there life span. The second pair is a different story. The left boot was never fully waterproof, and after about 6 months the right boot has separated from the outer sole. There is lots of tread left on both boots but they are falling apart. Overall, they are very comfortable, very heavy but they don't hold up like a boot in this price range should. I would not recommenced them.

My husband has been buying similar Timberland work boots for years and always ordered the same size. When these boots arrived they were so small he couldn't even put them on.

No hardcore work. Just sitting mostly and walking around. After 30 days of using it, the inner soles are tearing and I had to rip it out. I held on to the back part of the boot to slip it on and the fabric tore completely exposing the inner material. Timbs are for fashion, not hard work.

Bought these boots and they were great so once they wore out I decided to buy them again and the second pair were not good. The bottom split open and they aren't even that worn. Purchased August 2023

I have been wearing Timberland boots since the 1980s and this has been the most expensive and disappointing boot. Comfort = 5 stars. Most comfortable boot out of the box I think I have worn. Waterproof = 1 star. If it's raining and your indoors, your feet should stay dry. If you go outside after it rains and the pavement is wet and you avoid puddles, your socks will be dry. If you walk through wet grass that is over top of the toe, you will have wet socks. I can't express enough how disappointed I am in the waterproofing with this boot. When these get replaced, I will consider other brands.

Bought these boots to do tree and lawn work due to them saying waterproof. Yeah they are not feet soaked on most days waist of money. Last 2 Timberland products quality has gone down hill time to sesrch other companies. To bad local here and you stink now

I bought these for a new job just 3 months ago. I work outside and inside with concrete 5 days a week, 40-50 hours a week. Already the material is separating from the sole and water leaks into the sides and my feet end up soaked the rest of the day. For how expensive these are and the fact they are stated to be waterproof in the title this is not only disappointing, but ridiculous. It's obviously an issue because I'm not the only one who's reported this so there needs to be a fix and some quality control in the process.

Not sure these are going to work for me. Does waterproof mean I can wear in the snow? because my feet are wet now and I'm not too happy about that. They seem comfortable and durable. Sizing feels accurate.

I've had these boots for a whole three months and they're falling apart. The riveted clasp broke off the boot. Seems to me for that kind of money they shouldn't be breaking so soon. I'm not in such an intense job that these are even taking a beating!

I started out with wearing these in my home to make sure they would work for me. I've been through 4 pairs of boots already. For 2 weeks I walked around inside with them and they felt great. Started wearing them outside and I loved them. Them I started walking on uneven terrain and it all went south. I do landscaping so this is a big problem for me. 1st I can't stand it when the Tongue of the boot falls down to the side. It makes it uncomfortable, annoying and I'm constantly trying to fix it. 2nd when I was walking on uneven terrain there's a lot of pressure put on the back of my foot, and under my heal. To bad I like the boots, but a it's just another pair that fall short. Especially the tongue falling to the side. Seems like every boot does this except for my 8 year old pair.
If you are going to wear these on flat surfaces these might work well for you. They felt really good for a 10 hour day standing on my feet. If the tongue falling to the side doesn't bother you, and knowing if you start walking on uneven terrain you could end up like me.

These boots are garbage. Worn 9 months and soles are separating already, leather is cracked and splitting. Inside of the boot where my heel sits is already ripped and exposed. They are reasonably comfortable, but I wish I would have spent the money on Keens. Thanks, China...

The quality of the boots has gone down. The soles are glued on not stitched and come apart easily under normal working conditions. I don't mind paying for quality, the Pro line is supposed to be that but is now sub standard for a true working boot.
