We love these! My son is a size 8.5 W and the 9 was way too big and the 8 is too big as well but we kept them since once he got used to the feel of them he did fine. We only wear them on rainy days so he can play outside. He loves the choo choos on them! They are great quality and they should last a while since there is room to grow.

I bought these boots for my 5 y.o. son and he loves them. They whale design isn't too babyish. He loves splashing in the puddles with them and I am really happy that his feet stay dry. This is my first time buying this brand so I hope they hold up.

It's even cuter in person! I had to return the Train pattern because they really are a full size larger. I should have listened to the reviews! Now we are waiting on the Tractor pattern. The boots seem sturdy, yet very flexible. Can't wait for the smaller ones.

Adorable boots. Easy to get on my son's chunky toddler feet. He wants to wear them every day, rain or shine! Others comments about sizing is true, larger than typical shoe size so keeping that in mind, they are great!

These run big. My son is almost the size I bought in nearly every other shoe, but these won't fit for a year! I still kept them for then because they are so stinking cute and really well made!

I didn't buy these at Zappos but at Off Saks. These boots are fantastic! My little guy loves that you have the "pull-on" handles, and I love that when he runs around like a crazy man he does slip and the boots don't slip off either. Well worth the money, and much better quality than the cheaper kids boots.

These are very cute, but they run extremely large. My son measures 7½ on Stride Rite, and even the size 6 in these boots is a little too big. If Hatley did half sizes he would be a 5½ in these.

My 4 year old loves the fire truck ones. I just ordered my second pair. The first lasted approximately 6 months of heavy use. My son wears them almost every day for running around or general "work." He wore them so much he literally wore holes in them.

So far, so good. I bought these for my son and he has nothing but good things to report. He hasn't had the chance to use these a lot in the rain yet but loves the design and wears them around the house. They seem well made and durable.

These boots are really cute (especially with the matching raincoat). They're still a little big for my guy, but once he grows into them I think they'll be a favorite.

I love this boots! They are super cute. Those handles are really helpful for my three years old son to put on. It's bigger than regular shoes size, so I recommend to size your child's foot with Hatley's sizing chart. I ordered my son's one size small than regular shoes and still have tons of space to grow into.

My four year old absolutely loves these boots. He wears them when playing fireman or going to "work." The boots are very well made. The sole is a durable rubber and has excellent grip. I am pretty confident that these may last through my son and may be able to reuse them for my other children. They seem a little big, but there is extra room for growth or for thick socks. My son wears regular socks with these and has no problem. They are pricey, but you do get what you pay for.

These Hatley kids rain boots are very bright and durable. They run quite large so I would size down.

I bought these (after days of research:) for my 20 month old son. They are very well made, slip resistant and just adorable. They run a full size big, so tend to fall off sons feet when picked up, but will fit another year or two. We live in Oregon and they will get months of use.

These boots fit my son's 2XW foot, so of course I was ecstatic. Plus he loves the cars on them. Great all around!

My 2 and 3 year old boys love rain boots. We purchased two other popular brands last spring and each had splits within a month, granted they are worn almost daily. The Hatley boots seem to be made of a more durable material and have endured the first month with no signs of splitting. So far so good, they look adorable and seem well made. The boots get a lot of attention and compliments and my son loves them. The size runs nearly a whole size larger so I would order a smaller size if you want a true fit.

Great boots, and much more durable than other brands. My daughter totaled the Western Chief and Kamik boots we had in the past -- both only lasted one season before splitting. These have been going strong for spring summer and into Fall and I'm sure they will be able to be handed down to her little sister. They do run a full size big, however -- my daughter is now a size 6.5 and she is still wearing the size 5's. We had originally bought a size 6 and kept those to grow into -- she can wear those with a felt insole at this point and will rock those for next spring and on and on.

My son just loves these. They are easy to get on and off for a 3 year old. He measured a size 10 recently at the shoe store and these fit a little on the large size, but with growing feet, will soon be perfect. Nice quality and fun design.

My toddler picked these out, and he loves them. I assume they fit him right. Very solid boot, and great bright colors.

This is the second pair of these boots we've bought for my son - the first pair lasted for nearly a year and a half (they run big, but were very wearable for him when they were too loose). We put the old pair aside for our younger son and expect they will last him at least a year also. Great value and quality and our son loves the print.

These are great boots. The fit is excellent. There is enough room for heavy socks. They are designed well. Three years of buying this brand for my grand children. They love to select their individual designs, it makes it fun for all of us. Zappos is number one to shop with.

These are very cute boots for my three year old. I sized down one size after reading they run large but they are still too big. I kept them anyway waiting until he grows into them.

These boots are absolutely adorable! Great quality, great print, look really durable. My soon to be three year old picked them out for himself. He is an online shopper like his momma! My only complaint is the sizing to these boots! A friend ordered the same day from Zappos as I. My son wears 8½ in Stride Rites and her son is 7½. I read the reviews to order down a size because they run big but I thought, I rather have them half a size bigger considering he is not going to be wearing these all that much. Try to get at least two seasons out of them. Well, the 9s are enormous! The size 8s are huge on 7½ feet as well as the 8½ feet. There is hardly, any difference between the 8s and 9s. We sent them back and ordered the size 7s and my friend has to return yet again the 7s because they are still too big for her 7½ child. I compared the boot to my son's Crocs. The size 7 boot is about ½" longer than 8/9 Croc. I know they are too different companies, but Crocs always ran a little bigger and wider for us and they are my go to when comparing little shoes. These boots runs 1½ sizes too big. It has been a nightmare finding the right sizing. But they are so cute! I am keeping the 7s for the 8½ feet.
