Super cute! My granddaughter loves these, she's an owl fan! The boots run slightly big but that's okay, and they keep her feet nice and dry.
I'd also recommend:
Western Chief, Stride-rite, Kamik

Bought rain boot for my 4 year old. Took advice from other reviewers and ordered one size smaller. Fits length wise, but my daughter complains that her foot keeps coming out. Didn't have this issue with Hunter or Western Chief. Cute boot though.

Very cute! Ordered the hot air balloon design in size Toddler 9 -- my daughter wears 9 in regular shoes. These are probably 2 full sizes too big. We will keep them for next year (in case they don't have the design at that time), but we will be ordering a different pair in size 7. Really too big, but very good quality for kiddo rain boots! (Her precious rain boots were Hatley brand, and they lasted for two years before outgrown.)

These boots are super cute, my two year old is obsessed with them. The only drawback is that they are huge! Her normal size is a toddler 7.5, and the size 7 on these has at least an inch and a half of extra room at the toes. They're so cute, though, that I'm just going to keep them hidden and give them to her again when she can wear them.

We were looking for a size closest to 8 that we found in toddler shoes and these were just a hair bigger than Kamiks. I really liked the pattern and almost kept them anyway but we already have a pair of Western Chiefs that my daughter will grow into so couldn't justify the cost.

A solid pair of girls' rain boots. My 5 year old daughter picked them out herself and says they feel great. We've tested them out in the rain and she's worn them for hours - all good. They seem roomy, like all rain boots.

These boots are really cute (they sent me the wrong pattern the first time and it was not so cute, but once we finally got the flowered ones - they are adorable). Great durable boots. Are a bit big, but my daughter loves them enough that she wears them anyway.

Most importantly, Hatley rain boots run a FULL SIZE LARGER than marked. Knowing this from a previous Hatley purchase, I ordered a full size smaller than my child needs, and it's still even slightly too big... When our Hatley size 5 is held up to our other size 6 boots, it is bigger than our size 6's. My advice, downsize!

My daughter is a size 11 and this boot was huge on her. Will go back for the size 10 and see if it works. Does not look very sturdy, about the same material as Western Chief which cracks and leaks in less than a season.

I bought these in a size 9 for my 3 year old and they are great! The handles make them easy for her to get on and off. The only thing is, they run a size large so but I'm still keeping them.

I really wanted to love these boots. They have a flexible sole that is perfect for toddlers. I also love the designs. The sizing, however, is so incorrect. I ordered a size 5 after reading that these ran large. My daughter currently wears a size 6 in two different brands - Livie and Luca and See Kai Run. These were huge on her. A size 5 seemed to be similar to a size 7 or 8.

Looks like a very nice boot, but I was sent size 7, and not size 9 as ordered. Wish someone had double-checked the actual boots and their real size with the box size listed on outside of box -- before they were sent to my home. Disappointing service.

Huge! My toddler is almost a 7.5 -8 and I ordered the 7...they are obnoxiously huge! They were falling off her as she wore them. Bummer that we will have to wait a couple years before she will be able to fit into these. The print is adorable though! And they looked well made. Sizing is just way off.

I ordered the cupcake style of these boots and while they are super cute, they are ridiculously large! My daughter wears a 6 and I thought I received a 10. I had to double check to make sure (that's how big they were). I did measure it against a child shoe size chart and it measures between a 9-10. The design is cute, but not sure about the quality. The boots I received were sticky and a little bit on the dirty side. But it looked like it was made that way, rather than actually being dirty. But if they had been the right size, I might have kept them.

Cute boots and not heavy or clunky. Had to return 2 pairs of these because of the size. My 2 year old wears a 6.5 or 7 in other shoes. Even the 6 was enormous on her, seemed almost a full size too big. No luck keeping them for her to grow into, since the wide boot shaft means her foot came right out when she tried to walk in them.

My daughter loves the boot and it seems to be comfortable for her. I was disappointed because after only 2 TIMES of wearing them the inner sole on one of the shoes came out and won't stay in (w/o it it is not as cushiony and comfortable to wear).

I bought the Party owl boots in size 8 for my 2½ year old who usually wears an 8½ or sometimes a 9 (normal width feet). These boots were enormous to the point that they slid off her feet when I picked her up. I would say that they run at least a full size to a size and a half larger. Sadly, when I went back to Zappos to order a size down I saw that they were all sold out so it looks like I will be holding onto these boots for a while. They are truly adorable and really well made but huge.

Having read reviews of toddler rain boots, these and the Western Chiefs seem to be the most recommended, so I bought a pair of each for my toddler twins. The bad: They were worn for 6 weeks of spring and the boots split at the joint between the outsole and the side of the boot (where the red meets the printed portion) on both boots, rendering them useless for rain protection. I would hope this is a manufacturing defect, but we will be staying away from Hatley's in the future. They were far too expensive to not even make it into May. The good: the handles are easy for them (22 months) to pull on themselves. The tread is deeper than the inexpensive Target boots, making them a bit better for traction. The sole is quite flexible, unlike the inexpensive Target boots. The kid loves these. They are preferred over the WC boots, there is never an argument to put them on. They cannot comment on the fit, but I think it is fine.
