These are very cute and well made, felt larger than marked, but the little one will grow into them.

These boots are wide. My daughter couldn't keep them on her feet when she walked. Sadly, she wore them outside once so it's money down the drain.

Very good quality boots; however, extremely large in relation to regular shoe sizes. My kids love them.

First, these boots are gorgeous. They seem to be very well made; the side walls of the boots are thick yet flexible; the pattern is irresistible. A few things of note: 1. The boot straps are ever so slightly greenish brown so if you are a perfectionist then you should note that they are not the same brown as the trim but it's hardly noticeable. 2. My pair had a bit of a defect -- part of one of the horse decals was rubbed off on the inside near the arch. Since it was in an inconspicuous place, and Daughter wanted to wear them immediately (what two-year-old wouldn't?), I didn't bother exchanging them. 2. They are enormous. For example, Daughter is fully into her 7.5 Stride Rites, and is between a 7 and 8 in See Kai Run shoes, yet she can't even walk in these size 8 boots even with her thickest socks. She wanted to wear them to the post office so I let her but she got ten steps and asked to take them off because they were too hard to walk in. Why would I buy a size 7 when Daughter is a 7.5, right? Well, apparently I should have. Be careful when ordering. (4. Slightly wide and no arch support but I actually prefer both of those things. After two stress fractures in my tibia from using "supportive" shoes we've converted to the 'natural foot,' 'barefoot running' movement around this house.)

I bought these for my 5 year old, so it's a little hard to rate comfort accurately. They are very wide and fit a bit sloppy on her feet, but I don't think a smaller size would have fit in length. The problem is she loves the design - Pink and Ponies - what's not to love? I asked if they fit and she said "Well...sort of. But I really love them" She wears them all the time, and doesn't fall or anything, so I guess they do the trick!

Nice, but not top notch - I bought these for my 2 yr old who lives to splash in puddles. She was SO excited when she got them, which made the purchase totally worthwhile. I, however, had been expecting a little bit better craftsmanship for the money. These boots aren't cheap! One of the insoles wasn't cut quite right and the tops of the boots look like someone sliced them with a knife, but, but, but, my daughter loves them and that's all that matters :-)

Ordered these for my daughter who is a size 5.5 and these are HUGE! We did buy the matching raincoat big so hopefully the boots will fit down the road!

Awesome service! I ordered these on August 15 and got them August 16th. I didn't even pay for 1 day delivery. As for the boots, they are adorable, fit perfect and it was the cheapest price on the web!

My granddaughter loved them and looked forward to wearing them to kindergarten; however, the dog ate them.

These boots are so cute! My granddaughter loves them! She also loves her matching umbrella and rain jacket! Hatley is great and so is Zappos! Very happy with all three purchases!

Adorable boots that seem better constructed than many others! They do run big though, so I'd order down a half or full size.

We love these boots. My daughter (21 months) can just about pull them on herself and she splashes through the mud around our house without a problem. She has extra wide feet and they seem to fit no problem. She measures as a 6 xw but the size 5 still fits her just fine -- although she does wear them without her socks now that our weather is warm.

Wonderful boots! We get so many compliments, but beware they run at least a size Large so order 1 size down.

A two year old and her rain boots - I bought these boots for my niece's second birthday and she loves them! Anyone with a toddler knows how much they're into boots and this little girl of ours lives in Maine and nothing pleases her more than to put her little boots on and go for a walk in the mud/snow/rain. They're easy for the kid to put on herself...another triumph in toddler world!

Little girl's rain boots - The Hatley kids' rain boots were everything we expected...they are adorable and seem to be very good quality.

Rain Boots - Perfect boots for my little farm girl. They are real easy to put on, due to the handles. Great design!

Rainy days- naaaaaa - My girls love the different patterns for their rain boots. And they love the fact that they match mommy's rain boots! They run a little big, but the girls still love to jump into puddles with them!

Daughter Wishes for Rain! My 3 year old daughter LOVES these boots! Her apple boots are her new favorite accessory for every outfit =) Only caveat, is they run a little big. She normally wears a 7/8, we bought an 8 and she's swimming in them. It's fine for now b/c we double up on socks and tuck in her jeans. Overall, very satisfied. Thank you Zappos for a great product and super service!

My 2 1/2 year old daughter loves her new boots, and she can put them on herself! The only downside: they do run a bit big and fall off on occasion. Hoping she grows into them soon!

These boots are adorable and seem like good quality, but they are huge. I ordered a toddler size 7, which is what all of my daughters other shoes are, but they are way too big. Even with extra thick socks they are still flopping about so much that she tripped when she tried to walk quickly. Unfortunately, Zappos is out of the size 6 so I will have to look at other brands. For comparison, the Western Chief boots she had last year, and has grown out of, were a size 6.

Very cute. 2 year old loves them. I had to order them twice as they were a little bigger than expected. The only con is that they do scratch on the rubber surface. But overall I would recommend.

My 6 year old daughter who loves pink and flowers chose these. I would have never known for her to choose these. They are perfect for those torrential mud and rain days! She loves them.

These boots run very big! My daughter now is just fitting into them when she is a size 8, and I ordered them in a size 6. She doesn't seem to have that easy of a time walking in them either, but she does love them, and they are adorable with the matching rain coat.

These are very cute boots, but the sizing is odd. My daughter wears an 11 in most shoes, so that's the size I initially ordered. The 11 was at least a half size too big, so I ordered a 10. In the 10, she has absolutely zero room for growth, so I'm going to stick with the 11 and just have my daughter wear thicker socks with them. The boots seem well-made and are very cute when paired with the matching raincoat.

Holding up well, runs really big. Bought the 5, she wears a 6, and we just can't keep them on her feet. The one time she wore them without socks, she rubbed her foot raw in one spot. It still hasn't healed completely. Don't think I'll try this brand again, even though they're adorable. Comfort and fit over fashion!
