Comfortable and Warm - Great snow boots that aren't too chunky looking. I wouldn't say they are the best/cutest skirt boots, but they are great with pants or a longer skirt. I can't tuck in my pants with these; the zipper is a little tough and just barely closes for me. However, these are awesome and super comfortable every day boots. They are just warm enough without being too warm or sweaty. I also have pretty small ankles and large calves, and these fit me perfectly with thick socks.

Functional - Not the most fashionable boot but very comfortable and functional.

Uggs Belfair - I bought the Belfair in December. I love them. They fit true to size. You can not go wrong with this pair of Uggs. Zappos had the boots to me within 24 hours.

Good Snow Boots - I have narrow feet, and these boots don't make me look like the Michelin Tire Man. They are dressy, casual, and stylish. Very comfy. LOVE them. Also, they are NOT TOO hot when warn inside. Very well made. Excellent quality.

Best boots EVER! I have not taken these boots off since they arrived over a month ago... except to sleep! I may order another pair! My only "complaint" would be that they could be a teensy bit warmer, but I just wear a thicker sock to combat it. I have thick calves, too, and the boots have stretched to fit. I walk all over in them and feet/knees/legs feel great, stomp in puddles/snow, and feet stay dry. These boots are... FANTASTIC! ORDER THEM, LOVE THEM!

I love my boots - I wanted something different from the traditional Uggs so I got these and I love them. I do wish the sheep skin was thicker like other Uggs but they are warm and waterproof! My ankles are really skinny and they are loose somewhat...but overall I’m happy!

Snow vs. Shoe - I've had several pair of more traditional Uggs; but, even after spraying them for waterproofing, they leaked in Chicago's winter slush. This boot is advertised as waterproof. My experience validates that so far. Their lining isn't as soft as other Uggs (I wear socks with these), but they are still very comfortable. Again as advertised, unlike my other Uggs, these are true to size.

Perfect winter boot! These boots are awesome! They are unbelievably light and so warm. They look great with jeans and are great for commuting. I have worn them in snow and rain and have been so happy with the warmth and comfort they offer. By far the best boot I have ever owned!!!

Great Uggs, very versatile - These boots are comfy and true to size. They are not too bulky as some Uggs are, or too heavy, but fabulously warm and make your feet look smaller due to sleek design. Great boots for style and warmth.

Not your traditional Uggs - These are really good, waterproof, very much in the Sorrel category, but while they're fleece lined, some of it is synthetic and you should for sure get your right size. Don't size down like you would for traditional Uggs. I returned mine as they're too small and I already have Sorrels, but I would have taken these instead if I'd gotten them first.

Ugg Belfair great for Winter Sports in Alaska! I ride my ATV all year in the wilderness of Alaska. These shoes kept me warm and dry in October all day in the mud mixed with ice. Yesterday they did as well in the snow. I got one size larger so I could wear socks and they fit perfect. Rigid enough to protect my feet and ankles, but flexible enough for riding. Wish I could get them in more dark bright colors, like red, gold, or blue.

I love the fit and feel of these boots and that they are water proof. The color is a bit lighter then I expected so I am returning them (don't go with my existing wardrobe). I hope they have richer colors next year because I would buy them.

Wonderfully warm and attractive winter boot. All the comfort UGG is known for and a more flattering look than the chunky look of the low-rise UGG.

Great winter shoes. The only thing that I have an issue with: I apparently have too large calves for my size 5 foot. With side zippers, it's hard to feet my calves in boots. These are pretty tight around the calf, and I can barely tuck in pants. But other than that they're great. Very good in wet, cold weather.

This is a great looking boot. I did follow everyone's advice and went up a half size. I am typically an 8½ or 9, and ordered a 9 and 9½ to compare. The 9½ was huge, and the 9 is too big to wear without socks. I never wanted to spend the money on the classic Uggs because they are not waterproof and barely have any tread. They are not good for the slushy winter weather in Pittsburgh. When I found this boot and saw it was both classy and waterproof I immediately ordered. I love the side zipper for easy on and off. The boot has sheepskin lining everywhere except the ankle area, so it may be best to wear at least thin socks. They look great over a pair of skinny jeans or sweat pants. They don't give the elephant leg look like some other boots do. They are very sleek and streamlined without sacrificing comfort.

Agree with most reviewers that sizes run much smaller than average. I wear size 10. Without socks, felt snug. Toes came close to front of shoe. Couldn't wiggle toes with thick sicks, but felt okay with thin/regular socks. Debating to go up one size but afraid to have too much room in the heel and ankle where room not wanted. Wide shaft allows room around bigger calves (mine are 15.5"). Good looking brown leather. Picture looks a little sleeker than reality but not a problem. Will keep this boot. Not the best look if wearing over jeans or leggings compared to other styles but this boot feels and looks long-lasting and warm, living up to its more utilitarian features.

I bought them in brown color - gorgeous leather! I wear 6.5 if high heels and 7 for flat. Medium wide. So I took 7 and these feel soft all over, look better than on picture, but fit little too tight. Recommend to buy 0.5 size upper than you wear. I'll test them tomorrow on snow, will see.

I was thinking about whether to buy another pair of Ultimate Uggs...or get one of the waterproof styles. I really liked the idea of a waterproof leather Ugg as the others get pretty thrashed after the cold season. I am between a 9 and 9.5. I originally purchased the Goldeneye in 9 but that was too small in the toe box and did not like getting in and out of the boot due to the laces. So, when these Belfairs became available in 9.5, I ordered them immediately. Very comfortable and warm but not as warm as the Ultimate Uggs. This is because the sheepskin lining is found only in the shaft down to the ankle and then at the footbed. That is the only downside; however, they are still very warm and comfortable. My Belfairs in 9.5 are just a tad bit on the long side which is perfect so that I can wear them with socks for added warmth. The waterproof feature along with the zipper entry is what sells this boot. I take my son to the park and hikes on damp days and the weather is no match for these. Today, I walked through water which was up above my ankles. The water just slicked right off and there was no penetration to the inside of the boot. My feet and legs stayed warm and dry the entire time. Just what I wanted. The leather is very supple and really conforms to the leg and is great for wearing under or over jeans. However, due to its softness, the leather marks easily at the shaft. This doesn't bother me, because I am going for comfort/performance as opposed to looks. And the scuffs didn't stop another mom from complimenting me on my great boots. Kudos to Zappos for amazing customer service. Helped me exchange without a hassle and boots showed up on the scene in record time.

I LOVE these boots. The shaft is not as tall as I would have liked (they’re just below mid-calf) and the sheepskin lining strangely does not extend throughout the entire boot (it’s not in the area that would cover your toes, but there is insulation in that area). The brown color is also not at rich as it appears on my screen (it’s more muted, maybe more of a caramel color). But importantly, the boots are VERY comfortable and they keep my feet warm and dry!

I just received these after ordering them 2 days ago on a Sunday (great speedy delivery!). This is a great looking boot and I imagine it will be warm and reliable in the cold, snowy, icy weather here. However, the boot is a tad bit too small! I never wear an 8.5, but this is what I called in to exchange for. I ordered an 8, but it's cramping my toes. The boot is definitely a snug one (which I don't mind), but my right big toe was pretty uncomfortable as soon as I slipped it on. I don't have wide feet, so a medium width boot is fine, but given that it's so snug on my foot, I can't imagine someone who actually has wide feet feeling comfortable in these. Anyway, as expected, Zappos' great service pulled through. They are sending me an 8.5 and I should receive it by Thursday. I can't wait to get them and am really hopeful that it will fit better because these boots are way too cute!

Purchased as off-road country dog-walking boots, where off-road means overgrown live oak forests, cactus-patches, and tall, wet grass. Waded through 3 inches of flowing water; feet stayed dry as a bone, although the exterior of the boots got a little waterlogged and stayed weirdly damp for 2 days; not sure what this will mean in terms of the boots' longevity. Waterproofing extends only to the upper ankle, but it's enough for occasional puddle-jumping. Definitely warmer and more comfortable than rubber wellies, and more maneuverable than jumbo snow boots. Shearling insole is not as thick as that of typical Uggs, so wear them with socks. Only the actual footbed and calf areas are lined in shearling; toebox, vamp, and ankle are lined in goretex-y stuff. I expected this to adversely affect the total Ugg experience, but these are actual functional boots, not slippers. Even so, they retain a pleasant degree of coziness in a classic style. Would give 5 stars except for strange exterior moisture issue and lack of arch support that limits comfortable walk time to about an hour.
