The slippers are great, so warm and soft. I usually wear size 7.5-8 but I found that the size 8 was too big and I sized down to the 7 and they fit perfectly. Customer service was great about the exchange. My new pair came overnight.

This is a follow up to my last review about the Cozy II. Like I said, my friend absolutely loves them! What I forgot to comment about was Zappos. I have ordered from them a few times and every single time it's been a great experience. Ordering is easy and shipping is amazingly prompt. No shipping either way! Who does that? Will order from them again.

Love these slippers! Very cozy. I didn't find the sole stiff like other reviews. They do have a regular Ugg sole, so they can be worn outside. I normally wear an 9 in most shoes, but an 8 in classic Uggs. In these slippers I took a size 9.

I bought these slippers for my mother because she didn't have decent slippers. She loves these so much, I think she'd wear them to work if she could! They are very comfortable and warm. We love Uggs!

I bought a pair of these slippers for myself and I LOVE them. They were my first pair of UGGS and now I\'m hooked. I tried to explain this to my best friend and she just didn\'t get it, so when she needed to make a trip to the hospital I bought her a pair and she GOT IT. The size runs true and now our feet are warm and comfy.:)

I love my UGGS and Zappos was absolutely right on target with what size to order. The shoes are great and so very comfortable. However, I wish they had a little more bend in them and not quite so stiff, but I would not return them for that reason. Zappos are great to order from and I really enjoy their immediate delivery and courtesy from their employees. The Customer Service Reps I have spoken to have been wonderful. Every time I have ordered from them, I receive the very next day. Unbelievable! I love Zappos and my shoes.

I bought these for my daughter who lives in Texas. I purchased the coquette for me at the same time. She loves these shoes. We purchased a 7 and she wears a 7 1/2. She teaches fourth grade and towards the end of the day her feet are killing her. She says these are a great relief and they look like shoes and not slippers. I loved the no shipping and handling next day delivery for both pair

The slippers are very warm and cozy. My husband bought them for me for my birthday, as the sheepskin in my older Ugg slippers was wearing out. My husband had surgery recently and mentioned his feet were cold. I had him wear my new Cozy II slippers. From that time on he would wear them as often as he could. To solve that problem I bought him a pair of Cozy II slippers. They tend to run somewhat big, so a size 11 fit him great. Now we both have warm feet morning and night. In fact, I am going to buy two more pairs to keep at our home in the desert. The only problem with the Cozy II slippers is that the sole is extremely hard and does not provide cushion. Also I wish Ugg would not put their label on the heel. It would be much more comfortable to have just sheepskin and a softer sole. Thanks Zappos for your great service.

These slippers are very nice. The insides are full of fluffiness. The bottoms have a rubber sole so they can be worn outdoors as well. They are comfortable and warm. My only complaint is that while there is a lot of fluffiness, there is not a lot of cushion on the bottom. Overall, though, they are very comfy.
