If it wasn't for the zipper - These boots are so good looking, even on a women's size 12. The zipper is what really makes the look. However, other reviews stated that the zipper rubbed against the top of your heel and it hurt. Well, I ignored the reviews. Guess what, the zipper hurts. I have to put a bandage on before wearing. But they sure look good!

Ugg Knightsbridge boot - I loved the look of the knightsbridge and really wanted some warm boots. I must say they are somewhat inconsistent and it was a struggle to get a pair that worked for me. The first pair had a defective zipper, the second felt too small even though it was the same size, the next pair had very course, itchy sheepskin and finally I have a pair that is a little shorter than all the previous pairs but has a good zipper, soft sheepskin and fits me. As far as size goes I usually wear a 9 but the 8 fit perfect (except for the small pair). They are a little stiff in the ankle at first but they are breaking in. I would say pretty much no arch support but I guess that's how uggs are. These boots are great for skirts and leggings because they hug your calves. It would be impossible to tuck jeans (even skinny ones) into this boot in my opinion and I have skinny calves. So in the end, I do still love these boots. I wish they were a little taller but decided this thing had to end. At least they had all the other important features like zipper function, fit, and soft sheepskin. Zappos is the BEST and was great. I have no complaints in that department. Love the fast shipping and great customer service. So beware of these boots. They are very nice IF you get a good pair.

Ugg's Knightsbridge - This is my first pair of Ugg's and I will probably buy more. They def. keep your feet super toasty. This style is more form fitting and flattering than traditional Ugg's. The zipper sticks a bit at first (needed help getting them up) but after a few wears they got better. I wish they had more arch support but oh well. Wider than most boots -fit OK over my thicker thighs even with jeans tucked.

Worth It! I love these boots! I am not really a huge Ugg fan, but I live in Chicago and these boots make the cold way more bearable. They are sleeker than the typical Ugg boot; however, sometimes the zipper can get caught on the inner lining of the boot if you are in a rush to put them on. I highly recommend the stain protector spray, however if you plan to wear these boots in the snow then be prepared that they will NEVER look as nice as when you first purchased them. Either way, I am VERY happy with them.

Zipper hurts! I have had these boots since before Christmas. When I first tried them on the zipper dug in the back just above my heel and I thought that as they broke in it wouldn't be so bad. However, I have been wearing them all the time and they are still painful. I wish I would have spent my money on the Ugg Ultra's instead of wasting $ on boots that I will soon not be able to wear.

Zipper too difficult - My daughter only has one hand, and the back zipper just proved to be too difficult with one hand. Otherwise the boot is great. It did fit too snug around the calf for her. Need to return.

I like - After reading reviews to order a size down from your regular size, I ordered a 6. They were very tight in the leg (couldn't fit straight leg jeans in them) and my toes felt smushed. I ordered my normal size of 7 and they feel so much better. It still is a tight fit to try and fit pants in, but you can shove them in. Warm and comfy.

Tight Zipper - I did read everyone's reviews before I purchased these boots. And everyone was right about these...the zipper is very hard to zip up until you have done it a few times. I wear an 8.5 shoe, and my other Uggs (classic shorts) are an 8, so I ordered the same in these. I probably should have ordered the 9. My toe does touch the end, but not enough to bother me. But, these are ADORABLE boots and super comfortable, so I do highly recommend them!

New UGG - very nice - I ordered these boots one day before Christmas Eve and they arrived the very next day!!!!!!! I was wowed by the service, and since I am in customer service as well, I was very pleasantly surprised! The boots are definitely nice, very warm, and very comfortable. The only little drawback is that the zipper is in the back and sometimes I have trouble zipping them.

Re-review - When I first got these boots for Xmas I gave them a great review, limited walking around. For an extended period of time the zipper in the back started to rub on ankle causing pain. Pain and Uggs should not be in the same sentence! Needless to say, I returned them today; I was bummed because the look is awesome. They were also way too hard to zip in the back, and I don't have large legs!

Happy - I bought these for my daughter for Christmas and I received my order right away and she absolutely loved them.

Great overall - I recently bought these boots and I do like them. I did not order a size down like most Uggs. Rather, I ordered a 10 which is what I always wear and they fit great. My only problem with these boots is that sometimes they are a little difficult to zip. I am 8.5 months pregnant and you really do have to watch out as to not zip the fur into the zipper. I only have one boot whose fur wants to stick out into the zipper. Overall, I am happy with this boot and think that once I am not pregnant and can actually bend over, I will be happier with them. I've gotten many compliments! Very cute!

Awesome boot---one flaw - 2nd pair of Uggs I have bought, well worth the money. I live in Nebraska, winters here are pretty cold and my Uggs have never let me down, my feet are NEVER cold. Sharp looking boot with one drawback, the zippers on back are very hard to zip if your calves are of any size. Thought they would stretch a little, but not yet. Can't tuck your jeans into them.

Great... one thing - My only issue with the boot was the zipper seemed to be multi-colored w/no rhyme or reason in terms of pattern. That aside, a very nice looking boot. It took a couple of wears to break in-- but it was not like it was bothersome before the break-in-- just slightly noticeable. I'm enjoying them especially b/c they are different from what everyone else is wearing... and I like that!

Zipper is a little uncomfortable - The boots are a little taller than Ugg Classics and the boot has more structure in the foot than the classic Ugg as well. I like the look of the zipper, and it definitely is helpful when tucking in pants. However, the zipper also bends in and rubs against my heel when I walk.

Great boots! These boots fit me true to size. They are still new so they haven't yet stretched out (which I've heard happens with Uggs). I have thin calves and they look cute with skirts or skinny jeans. You can even cram in some straight legs. The zipper is cute and the coffee/espresso version has pure white tuft coming out from the inside. Very cute, will it get dirty? Foot doesn't look like a muppet like it does in the classic fit. Only downfall, if you drive a standard car it can get jammed under the clutch pedal. You have to make a few adjustments to get the control you want from a standard transmission.

Overall nice - I was hesitant after reading the other reviews so I ordered both these and the Classic Tall in the same color. When my cousin instantly took the talls from me, I was left with these. This one is definitely "fluffier" on the inside and more "rigid" than the Classic Tall. It feels great from that standpoint; it’s a very warm boot! My only complaint, as many others had, as you wear them and the shoe "settles" the back zipper takes on a mind of its own. I only have problems with one zipper and sometimes it rubs my leg/ankle when I walk. It almost offsets the "extra" comfort you feel from the lining. I normally wear a 9 1/2 and I ordered a 10 and they are a bit roomy but the 9 was too small.

Ugg comfort - Great boot, my third pair of Uggs. The only problem I have is in the ankle area, it fits funny. Great look, excellent comfort. If you are an Ugg owner, you would love this boot. These boots run large so order a size smaller. At first the zipper is hard to zip but once you break them in, the zipper is ok.

Keeps your feet warm - I knew that I wasn't supposed to wear socks with Uggs, and I see why. This is my first pair of Uggs and I love them. The sheepskin feels really nice against my skin and it naturally wicks away moisture. These are definitely the sleekest, cleanest fitting Uggs being sold right now...easier to dress these up and they look really cute with jeans tucked in.

Very Comfortable - I think these are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn. This is my first pair of Uggs and I bought these because I didn't like the slipper look of the original Uggs. These are still pretty bulky, but much more boot-like. You can't beat this boot for warmth and comfort.

Ugg Knightbridge - Love the look, doesn’t look like slippers like other uggs. Zipper is in back so I noticed the boot starts to fall causing the zipper to poke at the back of ankle. It starts to hurt after a while. Can be bad after a long day. Other than that the boot itself feels comfortable on feet.

High Expectations - I have owned a pair of Chooka sheepskin boots for the past 3 years, and needed to find a replacement this year. I splurged and bought these Uggs. I haven't worn Uggs before, but I definitely don't think they are as comfortable as the Chookas. They do look better- I can get away with wearing them to work more easily than the Chooka's, but the soles are pretty hard and the boots are pretty stiff. I have only worn them for about 2 weeks, so I am still breaking them in...Also, I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, and ordered these in a 9 based on other reviews, but now think that I could have gone with the 10 for added comfort.

I ordered this boot before it had been reviewed by anyone on the web site and found that, unlike other Uggs, it fits true to size, not one size smaller. Unfortunately I had to return those that I ordered and order again. I find the heel a little uncomfortable at the base of the zipper, but hopefully that will change with wear.

Cozy - I love these boots. I purchased for my vacation... A hunting and fishing trip. They kept my feet comfortable and were great for traveling in. The only thing to watch or be concerned over is there is so much fleece inside the boot (a very good thing) that you need to be careful when you zip them up. And yes, follow the manufactures recommendation and purchase a size down.

Ugg's Knightsbridge - Nice looking. A bit tight in the calf when zipped. Zipper got caught on the tag and fleece so you have to be careful. I probably wouldn't buy another zippered Ugg boot. I have seven other pairs and just love them. It is just this one pair I'm not too crazy about.
