Did I mention that I only wear KEEN shoes? That's correct. These Jaspers are my 3rd active pair. I love them. My only issue with these is the tongue has extra material that bunches up over my toes and when I walk, it presses and rubs in a weird spot. I'm sure a break-in period will fix the issue though.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! However, I am not a huge fan of the printed design on the outside of the shoe. Make them just like this, but without the artistic paisley print and they would be perfect!

The foot bed could use some metatarsal support. I added it and the shoes seem fine.

Purchased online which is a gamble for myself since I wear orthotics and the depth of shoe is always an issue. These shoes fit great.

I spend my workday walking on thinly carpeted concrete in my classroom. Fit is essential to me. These shoes feel secure, but do not crowd my feet. Styling is appropriate for the classroom.

I bought some navy canvas jaspers several years ago, and they have been my favorite shoes. Sadly Keen stopped making them. These have the same great fit, though what Id really like are another pair of navy canvas jaspers (the blue for the leather ones is bold but reminds me of the teal cubicles in my first real office jobI just cant).

Laced all the way down so can be custom laced for each foot, really works for me and my wife. Best shoes I have had in a long time. EEE Dan

These shoes are clearly descended from approach shoes. But i probably wouldn't use them that way. That's because theyre just too darn nice. Theyre as comfy as slippers. I don't think they'd make good hiking shoes. The sole is grippy like approach shoes. But it's also soft like approach shoes. So you'll feel every stone. So yeah, high end approach shoes. Even the 75 inch laces look like climbing ropes. About sizing: I mistakenly went up a full size as recommended. I had to return them for smaller ones. My mistake was comparing them my other approach shoes which generally run small.

I just got my new Jasper shoes, and they're great. I can already tell they'll be a favorite go-to shoe, and probably forever. An hour after testing them, I ordered two more pairs. Aesthetic Design: I rock climbed a lot when I was younger. The Jasper shoe design echos with fuzzy warm memories for me from back then, only ... these shoes are super comfortable! I love the laces all the way down to the toe, the classic suede finish, and the daring color choices. I feel like the 'climbing shoe' design idea is one of those things that was just sitting there all along for years, and a Keen designer came along and grabbed it. Brill! It's a shoe that belongs with Keen and its ethos. Functional Design: Having neuroma issues, I have to look for shoes that either have an internal insole that is anatomically perfect and nails all three arches (Main, Transverse, Metatarsal) ... like the Keen Newport sandal, or, is dead flat side to side across the forefoot, and very flat from heel to toe (no 'ski jump') so that they're orthotic friendly. The Jasper has a factory foam insole that can be pulled out and the structural footbed is indeed dead flat side to side, and has very little heel to toe curve. This makes them perfect for putting in your own custom orthotics. As an orthotic maker myself I look for flat footbeds. The Jasper has the ideal footbed. For those of you that buy insoles, it will make fitting these much easier for you. The other thing that is cool about these shoes is the laces all the way to the toe. If the toe box fits a hair wide, you can tighten them down. A hair tight, and you can loosen them. Can't do that with shoes that have laces that end at the mid-foot. There's only one small issue, but it's fixable at home: The leather tongue under the laces is made from two pieces, and there is a seam right above your toes. The two ends of the seam have heavy stitching, with 'knots' which can dig into your toes. If you remove the laces, the tongue flips out and you can snip out these knots. These shoes run a quarter size small, at the metatarsal forefoot (not a half size, and not a full size. Just a little small/narrow).

Got these climbing-ish shoes last week. Like very much! Once laced up right very comfy. And somehow the soles are very sticky/grabby which gives me positive traction. Like!

I really like wearing my Jasper|Cathay Spice/Orion Blue Keen shoes. they are very comfortable and when I first wore them it was all day and they were great. I have been looking for something to replace my New Balance 990 tennis shoes and I have found them. They are very supported and comfortable (I can't say that enough). Love them.

Men's shoes on women's feet. I wear an 11 in women's, truly an 11.5 which does not exist. I have a narrow foot. Keen makes their shoes a little short but they are so comfy! I decided to try the men's in a 10 and it's almost there. Roomy heel, length is good, good cushioning and with a thick sock it's very comfortable for a hike, which is the purpose of them. Listen up manufacturers, there are tall women out here with narrow feet, that need shoes that fit, please, be that manufacturer! Thanks.

Very comfortable shoes. Cool look, the fit is perfect. Although, I had to order a 1/2-size up from 10.5 to 11, and now the 11s are great. Love these shoes. I would definitely recommended these to a friend.

I took a chance on Keen shoes, starting with sandals, as alternative to my usual shoe brand. These appear to be well made, fit my feet (I order 1/2 size larger to account for changes over the day), attractive and comfortable. I like the color choices. My only issue concerns the laces and lacing, where I need to keep it loose to prevent too much pressure from resulting. Overall, I like the Jasper line.

I only tried them on once, but they are too narrow for my feet. Seem to be a narrower shoe than the other Keens that I buy. They look nice and are light, just don't fit my feet.

They feel nice to wear but the soles wear out very quickly in everyday use. I have them in rotation with 2 other pairs of keens and these wore out very quickly which is not usual for keen.
