I am 40 years old and never believed in flip flops. Two years ago I bought my first pair. They were the black OluKai Hiapos. I was blown away. I bought these Maolis becuase I wanted a brown pair. They are extremely comfortable with the support you\'d expect from any good shoe. I normally wear a 10. I bought these in 11 again and they fit perfectly. They are worth the money. I purchased these at 11 at night on a Thursday. Amazingly they arrived at my house at 3 o\'clock the next afternoon. Props to both OluKai and Zappos.

very comfortable flip-flops, \r\nkind of uncomfortable the first day, but once broken in they fit really well, and cushion-y.\r\n\r\nBought a size larger as per previous reviews, and they fit well.\r\n\r\nNo complaints here, really nice flip flops, can\'t compare them to other high-end flip flops since this is my first venture into this type of flip flop.\r\n\r\nI\'m glad i bought \'em and don\'t regret spending 90 some dollars on flip flops.\r\n\r\nthat is all

Just received these slippers today and again, I have to say that Zappos.com always does an awesome job with shipping, even if you choose the free standard shipping. These are not your ordinary sandals. A lot of work has been put into making these. From the comfortable footbed to the strap to the attention to detail. These "flip-flops" are truly the best I've ever owned. I usually wear a size 10 or 10.5 and ordered a size 11, pretty much a perfect fit. Mahalos again to Zappos for having these in stock and mahalo to OluKai for making them.

Great flippy floppies! The leather upper took me a couple of days to break in, but afterwards a great sandal. The footbed feels smooth and they look great. No problems with size as I was anticipating and I wear a 15. Looking forward to getting another pair already. Yes, they are pricey but you can take care of leather and make it last.

Best flip flops I have ever owned. Super comfortable. Sizes do run about 1 size smaller than marked.

Was slightly hesitant in buying these flops. I read the great reviews, but still was hesitant. After spending a day or so wondering which sandal to buy, I went with these. The one review that convinced me was the person who said they wore them at a wedding. I am brown-skinned and was nervous about the color of these (I went with Java) but it's a great color. I ordered a size 10 though I am a 9. This was a good decision. I love these sandals. From the moment you take them out of the box you know you're holding a quality sandal in your hand. They are comfortable and stylish. I've gotten many compliments about them, even in flip-flop saturated towns like Santa Cruz. The top strap does need some breaking in against your skin. They are not the lightest flip-flops but I think that just adds to the quality of the sandal. You won't regret owning these sandals. No doubt the best sandals I've owned.

This is my second pair of OluKai flip flops and I just love them. My first pair of OluKai were the Hiapo and I couldn't believe how good they felt on my feet so I got a second pair within a week. The Maoli is superior in comfort to any other flip flop I have worn (barely beats out the Hiapo). The only down side is the cost but if these last me as long as my previous flip flops it will be money very well spent. I'm going to HAVE to get another pair!

The sandal looks great. I find them comfortable for short periods of time. The high arch on them bothers my foot after longer wear, even after a month of wearing them.

I've had these flip flops for a few months and overall I'm very satisfied. They look great, feel great, and provide good arch support (which is usually non-existent in a flip flop). It is my opinion that they run two sizes too small. I usually wear an eleven and it was way too small. I eventually got a size thirteen after two free returns from Zappos. Thanks, Zappos rocks!

I own a lot of sandals, and have found these to be one of my favorites. While they are not marketed as orthopedic sandals, they have a nice shape and have molded well to my foot, even better than my SOLE sandals which claim both. Until Superfeet comes out with a sandal, these are my go to flips!
