Lovely shoe that is comfortable except on my feet, the heel is too wide. I walk out of the shoes. This is quite disappointing as I have trouble wearing flats of any kind. Usually, they are too tight in the toe region. Other times, the shoe digs into my heel. I have not worn them outside so I am taking them to a cobbler to see if the heel can be adjusted to stay on my foot. If not, I'll have to return them...sad to say.

A very pretty shoe. I ordered the 7.5 M but should have ordered my regular size 7.5 N as these felt too long and too wide. However, I recommend this shoe for comfort and looks. I kept another pair of dark shoes in this order but if these came in a different color I definitely would like them in the correct size.

These shoes look nice, but I kept walking out of them. I usually wear a 10N comfortably, but these were too long. Also, the pointed toe made my long feet look even longer than they do with rounded toes, so I returned these shoes.

This is a nice looking shoe and true to fit, however, not comfortable enough for my picky feet. Unfortunately will be sending back.

I usually wear a 9 1/2 narrow, which is the size I originally ordered this shoe in. They were at least 1/2" too long, so I returned them and ordered a 9N. I received that pair before the first pair had even been received by Zappos - you guys are awesome! The 9N fit perfectly and they're very cute and will look nice with slacks - a little dressier look than the Clarks I also bought.

This is a really smart looking shoe, and I loved it out of the box. I wear a 9N, but when I put the shoe on my foot it was 1/2 size too long, and not narrow at the all of my foot....it was huge. My 2 middle fingers fit inside the shoe down to the toe with my foot in it. Perhaps in a medium or wide it would be fine, but not a narrow. Such a shame because I really liked them!

Nice looking shoes but had to return, runs large. I am a true size 9 and walked right out of these!

I am very disappointed to have to return these. I have narrow feet and even though I ordered a narrow, the shoes slipped off of my feet as I walked. Soles felt very comfortable and the shoe is very good looking and could easily be worn with a suit or dress.

Looks very cute! But it was way too stiff for me. Perhaps it will be good after it's broken in, but I can't afford to go through such a period. I am on my feet all day, so I need the shoes to work great from the get go.

This is a cute, comfortable shoe, but it took me three tries to find the size that worked best for me. I'm finding that I need a medium width in shoes from this brand while I generally need a narrow in other brands.

I wear a 9.5 narrow to slim and have an extremely high arch. Very cute shoe, it just wasn't comfortable on my foot. My arch was level with the side of the shoe and it was a little wide on my foot. I could pad it up and make it fit, but not incline to do that knowing that shoes stretch after wearing anyway. This would have been perfect in a slim.

I bought this shoe with the hopes that it would be my walking shoe while traveling in Paris. Unfortunately, although comfortable, I don't believe I can last 8 hours of walking without having aching feet. They are great for work, looking quite nice with slacks and even a skirt. They are comfortable, just not enough support for all day walking.

As some have said, the soles are very slippery. But, it is a very cute shoe. However, if you have bunions, like I do, even the wide pinched horribly.

Sadly must return these cute shoes...the soles are so slippery I nearly fell twice in my house this morning before even going outside! Bummer.

I ordered these to wear for my dressier occasions hoping they would be comfortable. I just wore them for first time last night with a broken toe and they were as good as could be. Not much support but overall fit was good. I am more in to comfort with such flat feet as I have but even the small heel was just fine. More arch and support would have been better but I did not walk in them a whole lot. I am glad that I bought them.

Dress up or down the patent at the back is awesome and the toe a versatile shape. I have wider and taller feet at my toes, so these shoes took a few wearings to break in, and now are amazingly comfortable. These are easily among my favorite shoes.

So wish this shoe would have worked out. Very stylish. Just a bit narrow in the toe area and I am afraid a day in these would make me regret keeping them.. So they are going back. Thanks Zappos for the great service.

Perfect compromise between heels and flats: cute, professional, and easy to walk around in. I could go for a little more arch support. Otherwise- so happy!

Love this shoe. I have wide feet and a bunion and these are true to size and very comfortable. My only disappointment is that the back of the shoe is patent leather -- and while a stylish detail -- it got scraped first time out from my driving while wearing. Bummer.

These are comfortable but are slippery. The bottom has a felt like material instead of a rubber material to keep you from slipping. Very cute and basic.

I like the look of the these shoes and especially the price. I ordered a size 9 and the back slipped off. I stand and walk a lot for my job and I need my shoes to be really comfortable. Also, I am required to wear black enclosed shoes so my choice is limited in comfort and price. I am returning now, and would have ordered 8½ but you do not have that size. Over the weekend I found my size at Macys, bought them and wore them yesterday. The back is still slipping slightly but I put a pad in them so hopefully that will help. The toe area is snug but should be all right after I break them in. They are also slightly slippery to walk on like others have posted. I love Zappos anyway.

Initially comfortable, these shoes broke down very quickly, causing my ankles to roll when I walked. Not great when you're dealing with a chronically bum ankle. Not a lot if arch support, either. However, the toe box is relatively comfortable. The look of the shoe is serviceable, good enough for the office. However, the point of the toe is pointier than I wanted, it turns out, and they don't hold shape terribly well over time. These served me well for a while, when I couldn't afford a better shoe for the office, but I wound up replacing these with a far more expensive and much better-constructed (and more comfortable) pair of Taryn Rose flats.

I didn't expect these shoes to be super fashionable, I bought them for comfort. However, they arrived and were even less fashionable than they look in the photos and the construction was pretty cheap looking.

I liked these immediately upon ordering. They have a good look. They were also moderately comfortable. I walk a mile to work and back everyday and that was okay. I now stand most days for work and the foot bed is not as soft or cushy as I would like its rather hard. After a few months the fabric doesn't look as new as maybe a leather pair would. Still a decent buy, fit was good.

These shoes are very cute. Quite comfortable at first, until my feet start sweating like MAD. I can't wear them.
