Great Shoe! I wish these came in navy blue! I searched for a stylish and comfortable pair of brown shoes for work. These are great! I tend to have an issue with shoes slipping at my heel. I also have problems with shoes being tight around the top at the toe area. These do not slip and do not hurt around the top at the toe area. The strap in comfortable. These shoes feel true to size. Great heel and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great shoe by Clarks Aioli - I wear a size 9 normally and have a narrow foot. Fits perfectly. I had no need to go a half size smaller like some of the other reviewers on here. I'm also 5'9" tall. So heels I normally don't wear. Normally I do not wear shoes with a heel but rather a "wedge" type like MIA shoes. This is just high enough like a wedge but looks very professional for the office. Shoe is comfortable to wear and has enough padding. Love the fact it has a rubber sole. I dislike shoes that women walk around with that makes so much noise.

Great Shoe - I am on my feet all day at work and this shoes is the greatest! No pinching, rubbing or discomfort. Looks great with pants or a skirt.

The perfect black shoe! I was on a hunt for a pair of black heels that could be worn to work. However, I'm extremely frugal, so for me to pay the price of Clarks, I'd better be able to wear them EVERYWHERE to feel I've gotten my money's worth: and I have. These are very cute, a nice "grown-up" twist on the Mary Jane. And they go with everything: jeans, slacks, skirts, etc. I receive lots of compliments on them, which is a lovely bonus. The cushioning inside is so nice, you really can wear these for hours at a time, dancing or whatever and not feel any pain. It’s a dream come true for somebody like me, who tends to shy away from dress shoes. Like everybody else, I'm going to tell you to order the 1/2 size smaller. Even after reading the reviews, I foolishly went with my regular shoe size, since my feet are hard to fit; I figured that my regular size was fine. I had to call the day I received them to request an exchange. The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. It turned out that the 1/2 size smaller I needed was actually out of stock, but he made sure that an email was sent to me as soon as my size came in so I could reorder them. While I did have to wait about 2 weeks for my size to come in, once I got my email and placed my order, my replacement shoes arrived the very next day, even though I opted for the free shipping. Overall, this was a very pleasant online shopping experience and the shoes were definitely worth it in the end.

Comfortable Shoe - This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. Runs 1/2 size large. It is high quality and very cute. Zappos service is excellent...the best I've seen lately.

Buy smaller! Let me start by saying that I love these shoes! They are so comfortable that I wore them the entire first day I took them out of the box. HOWEVER, I read the reviews beforehand that said to buy a half size smaller, so I did. They were dead-on. I usually wear an 8, bought a 7 1/2 and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable for all day wear, and look great with slacks or jeans. Even got a compliment on my cute shoes when I wore them to work. Very satisfied.

Wonderfully comfortable dress shoe. Fit very nice, looks good. If the toe was more slender it would be a very dressy looking shoe.

Comfort Plus - These shoes are extremely comfortable in particular for dancing. Will be able to wear all night. I read reviews and ordered per the advice about felt 1/2 size larger than marked and ordered a 1/2 size smaller.

What a fantastic shoe! Clarks does it right with this one, just a bit of a twist on the classic Mary Jane. Within the last year my foot has gone from somewhat hard to fit - a 10W with a narrow heel - to *very* hard - a 10 1/2, still wide at the front and narrow at the heel! I've picked up two Clarks (the other is the Newville) in an 11 and both have been perfect in width right out of the box. (I'll need to add a heel cushion to take care of the slight extra length.) The heel is just high enough to dress it up, just low enough not to feel like you're walking en pointe - and the thick front sole makes the heel rise feel closer to 2 1/4" than the listed 2 1/2". The insole is nicely cushioned, breathable, and doesn't stick uncomfortably to a bare foot. Best of all, Aioli is both comfortable and adorable! Other reviewers who are wearing it for dancing are right on - it has the look of a classic character shoe (love!) and the strap (adjustable, with a lovely little buckle set on leather-covered elastic) is set just right to make even your ankles look great. Finally, the Holy Grail Mary Jane that I've been missing for years. I'll never buy cheap shoes again!

Best Shoes and Customer Service, Ever - These shoes are so comfortable and stylish; I can wear them with jean as well as work clothes. The shipping was amazing not only FREE, but it arrived the very next day; I have never seen anything like it, as now have a new home for all future shoe purchases. I walked in this shoe right out of the box for several miles. It is fabulous for traveling where you need to look dressy but also be able to walk a lot. Very comfortable. I wonder how long the soft soles will last and can they be resoled.

I love this shoe! As cute as the photo and comfortable to boot. The heel and top strap really make it. I gave up wearing heels a while ago due to some foot pain but I think these Clarks are the secret!

Clark's Aioli Shoe Review - After ordering Clarks Aioli Black shoe and trying it on, it was everything I had hoped it would be-comfortable, cute and a shoe that seemed as if I could wear it all day! Dancing shoes - I wanted these shoes because I am going to take tropical dance lessons. They are perfect, comfortable, attractive and incredibly light on my feet. I read other reviews and ordered a half size smaller as recommended. They fit perfectly. I love them.

Worth every penny! It is hard to find comfortable stylish shoes, but this shoe has done it! I can wear these shoes to work and not worry about my feet hurting. I am standing all day and running back and forth, so comfort is a must! Plus they are super cute. In my book, these shoes were worth every cent I spent on them. I would definitely buy them again.

Perfect for office - This is a neat shoe that was comfortable right out of the box. I am certain that it runs narrow because I am usually a 10N and this 10M is perfect.

Terrific online experience - Zappos service was the BEST...even when I needed to return and re-order. I read the reviews saying these run large, but didn't believe it. I wear a very large size and have never been able to buy a smaller size. So I ordered my regular size and I could fit my thumb between my heel and the back of the shoe. There was absolutely no way I could wear them. Zappos cheerfully and promptly sent me a smaller size without returning the original pair. I was able to try both of them on before returning the one that would not work! What a great option. It sure took the worry out of mail ordering shoes. Once I had the proper size I am sold on the shoe. It's comfortable and stylish. I bought them to wear square dancing. They work well on the dance floor and I received many compliments. I am sure I will begin to see these on the feet of other ladies soon!

Clarks Aioli - I just bought these at the store and they are very comfy - I usually wear a 7.5 but purchased a 7 because the 7.5 were slipping. I agree that they run a half size larger. And they will stretch a bit too - so I am glad I went with the smaller size!

Very cute and comfy shoe. I love this shoe in red! Very cute, flattering, and true to size. My feet are slightly wider than average, but I have no problem fitting into these in my usual size. I ordered a 9.5 and 10, and the 10 was slipping off my heel, so I kept the 9.5. I will wear these in the fall with tights, I can't wait.

Love them - I've been looking for comfortable dress shoes for ages. I wear an orthotic and it was always impossible to find a shoe that I could wear with it. This shoe is the perfect answer. The strap keeps the shoe on, even with the insert.
