Great shoe! Looks great, very warm, fits very well and can stand up to the weather, and all the knocking around my son gives it. He is very hard on his shoes, and very few brands can stand up to him!

Nice shoes. Stylish, warm, and comfortable with good traction. My son can stomp in the snow drifts and I don't have to worry about his feet getting wet.

Okay, so not the most attractive but my son says they are warm and the fit, as always with Keen, is great. That is what we were shooting for especially when temps here can reach highs of 10 F.

These fit my three year old son's wide, high-instep foot very well, and are so easy to get on. He also doesn't walk as if he has on giant moon boots, like he did with a recent snow boot purchase.

Love these shoes on my 3 year old! They are so easy to slip on and off and rugged for play yet stylish enough to wear with nicer clothes.

Great short boots! And they're waterproof! Keen's are great for wide, thick feet, but they do run small - especially with all of the padding inside.

Another great Keen product. Just one thing to consider when buying this: although it may look warm, it offers very little in the form of insulation. If you're looking for a winter boot, look elsewhere, if you're just looking for a nice pair of hiking boots or everyday shoes for cooler climates, then look no further, the Kootenay is stylish and well made.

I love these boots and more importantly so does my 6 year old son. He says that they are very comfortable and "fast to run in". Great little boots!

I have been buying my son Keens since he could walk. I love the brand. They hold up well and look adorable! However, this boot runs a size smaller than the usual Keen shoe. My son wears a size 8 with some room to spare and we noticed when putting these boots on they were tough to get on, we took out both the insoles of his Keen shoes and the boots and there is a about a half size difference between the two. I had to exchange them for a size 9.

Love this shoe. My son has trouble putting his shoes on but these work great! Can play in them easily without the bulkiness of a heavy boot.

Great boots for kids! Easy on and off. Very durable and waterproof! Both my boys (ages 4 & 5) wear these every day and they look brand new after a month. They love them and so do I because they can put them on and off by themselves and their feet stay dry. They can run and play easily on the playground in these as they are not too big or bulky.

The quality is excellent as usual for Keen shoes. They run narrow, so I am glad that I bought a half size bigger for my son, especially with heavier socks on for winter. Easy on/off for my 5 year old. Cons, not as flexible as I would have liked, and would have liked the fuzzy part to have been extended further down the shaft than just on top-which really adds no value aside from looking cool. Overall this will definitely be a boot that will last through the wear and tear this winter, and hopeful make it down to his younger brother.

These are great shoes. However, they do run small. Order one size up.

My granddaughter is 5 years old and she has been wearing these boots since she was a toddler & is beginning kindergarten with her new pair and her 2 year old brother is on his 2nd pair. They are wonderful! Perfect for most winter days - for snow play we use a high boot. They open and close perfectly and are easy for a child to manage. The design is perfect and they are cute! (If these came in adult sizes everyone I know would be wearing them.)

Perfect winter shoe for my 18 mo old! He gets tons of compliments on them as well! Cute and functional. I was very glad to have them after the terrible winter we just had. Kept his tootsies nice and warm. The only thing I would mention is that getting the shoe on at first is a bit tricky. Once you figure out the right angle to put the foot in, your home free!

These boots are by far my grandson’s favorite shoes! The leather is soft, which means the boots aren’t stiff and uncomfortable. I bought them a size larger, not knowing what the sizing would be like and they fit very well, especially when wearing thicker socks for those cold Spokane winters.

These shoes were just what we needed to be out and play in snowy, cold weather! My favorite part about them is that they are easy on, easy off. The tongue and velcro closure are designed to keep snow out, too. They run a bit small, so I suggest going a size up.

Great shoes. Well worth the price. Toddler (3 1/2 years old) can put them on and take them off by himself. Look nice with jeans or dress pants and perfect for all the snow / slush that we've been dealing with lately.

The best boots my child has ever had. They have great arch support, are true to the size and most of all comfortable since the very first time on. Because of its unique sole design you can get them 1 size bigger for a child and they will not feel or look too big. My 21 month old loves them. I also got another pair of Keen Kids snow boots, which are truly the best snow boots I have ever had for my son. I will keep them all for my next child and by only keens from now on.

I bought these boot for the second year in the row for my son, who just turned 6. We go to cold weather places every Christmas & NY holiday and these boots have proven themselves for warmth and comfort. They run a little wide, so he wears thick socks with them. They are easy to take on and off. I plan on getting the next size next year.

Good fit. I bought these for both of my boys. I ordered a size larger for my six year old because he has wide feet and he is a toe walker. No complaints from him and that is rare!

Really cute and functional boots for my son. He has cerebral palsy and wide feet, so it’s hard to get many boots on him. These opened up nicely with the Velcro.
