Surprisingly comfortable! I think the platform and the fact that the front portion is made of soft satin fabric with no hard lining at all makes these shoes easy to wear for hours and hours. They are also pretty well-made for the price. I expected them to be more cheap-looking.

I was searching for the perfect wedding shoe and needed some height so hopefully I wouldn\'t have to get my dress alterd. I saw this shoe in ivory and thought It was perfect! So I did some research on the reviews and to my surprise they were all positive. I saw how they offered free shipping and free returns so I wasn\'t sure on my size I ordered a 7 and 7.5 ivory and another 2 sizes in the black since I thought they were so cute! I received them super quick! All I can tell you the reviews do not lie! I wore the black ones to work for 2 days straight and not once got tired. I will be a happy bride!!! Returns and having zappos credit you back super easy and quick. All their employees are super friendly and ready to help with any situation! \r\n

I bought these shoes for an awards dinner and they were surprisingly comfortable for such high heels! The platform provided good support and the soft fabric was comfortable on the top of my foot. Not to mention these are hottie shoes! They looked great. I bought them in the taupe color so that I could wear with a teal colored dress. Looked really nice.

I loved these shoes. They look absolutely amazing on. I used them as my bridesmaid shoes for my sister's wedding. I would recommend wearing them for a few nights before a long night out. The high heel can hurt the foot if you aren't used to wearing heels. I had a small blister on one toe, but all in all they were pretty comfortable. My dress was champagne and the ivory matched perfectly.

A lovely, retro/kinky shoe that is perfect for spicing up "that old little black dress". I am a 7m and it fit true to size. It is high, but with the 1" platform, it is a bit more comfortable on older knees. Highly recommended.

I love these shoes! Like many, I ordered additional pairs of Chinese Laundry Baldwin shoes in other colors after my 1st pair. The shoes are true to fit, comfortable and elegant. It does not have the bulky look of platforms at all! I had originally ordered 2 sizes bigger as they were out of inventory. Amazingly, it still fits well. Credit goes to the design of the flexible ankle strap. Anyway, I have since ordered to my true size (5.5M) and it is great! Zappos also deserves A+ Star ratings for fast response/follow up time and speedy delivery!

Bought these shoes for my upcoming wedding. I had purchased two other pairs from Zappos (of course) but returned them for this pair. The best thing about this shoe is the platform in the front of the shoe. It is subtly hidden so it still looks great but best of all, it provides a lot more comfort because your foot is not positioned so steep. In these shoes you can dance all night!

I love them! When I ordered the shoe I liked the picture because it was a hidden platform, and that's usually more comfortable for long standing times. Not to mention it looked really nice in the picture. But when I got them, they were better than in the picture, much nicer, and if you're looking for comfort, these are it! You can and will want to stand in them all night long. I really couldn't believe how comfortable they are. I highly recommend it. Very comfortable and beautiful at that! And Zappos has amazing customer service.

These shoes are really pretty and look very expensive. I ordered them to wear to a wedding that I am marching in, a recommendation from my sis who herself wore them for her own wedding (while in her 10k Priscilla of Boston dress).\r\nI got them in Ivory, which is more like a delicate cream satin color.

This shoe is amazing! I originally ordered these shoes in Ivory for my upcoming wedding in June and after receiving them I had to get another pair in Black that I could wear out on the town. They are so comfortable, and being 5'2" I can use all the height I can get. I also have really sensitive feet that hurt right away when wearing heels, but the satin front doesn't dig into your foot at all, and the "hidden" platform makes the heel not feel as tall as it really is. As far as it being true to size I normally wear an 8 1/2 in heels and had to get a size 8 in these, so you might want to order 1/2 size smaller than normal. If you are looking for a comfortable, sexy pair of heels, these are the shoes for you!

Well, I needed a really high shoe for a wedding and this was perfect. Considering the height it was pretty comfortable. Looked gorgeous. Good price.
