I have many North Face vests, but love this Nuptse. I would consider it my more practical vest rather than being highly fashionable, as my others tend to be. It is a fuller fit (puffier, if that’s a word). Also, it fits more relaxed around the hips. For me, that’s a bonus as other vests are difficult to zip up around my hips, but this style gives the extra room where that’s not a problem. It is a looser fit. I selected my normal size (2XL - 18/20 women’s) and have plenty of room for sweaters underneath.

It is the best vest that I have ever owned. The hood comes in so handy, and the vest is not too bulky and has ample pockets, inside and out.

Very cute, comfortable and warm! It's not the most flattering shape - it seems to widen more at the hemline. But this doesn't take away from the warmth as there are cords to tighten there and keep the frigid air out. I needed it to stay warm and below 20deg weather and it does just that.

Love love love that this vest isn't shiny fabric. So comfortable, the collar feels like a pillow and the hood is great. Zipper pockets are lined. Size runs larger. Can either snap buttons or zip. One of my favorite vests as it's one of only ones that don't feel like feathers come out and like a shiny puff ball.

The fit is larger than expected. The fabric is beautiful and comfortable ( I got the New Taupe Green ) the combination of the mixed fabrics looks and feels great. The only reason Im returning this, is it runs large and is not flattering at all. I ordered XS and Im 5' 2" 115 lb. - bust is a Lg D and its still big. I would recommend if your purchasing for warmth and true comfort! this would also be great for layering.

I was hoping to love this vest. I thought it was a bit large but I realize that it is also bulky where the hood and collar is. I also did not like the texture of the outer shell, which is woven but likely to get dirty. It would probably be nice and warm but I like to have movement and this vest is cumbersome.

As a previous commenter said, it does seem to run large. I ordered another North Face vest in a L and it was too snug for my taste, and in this one, I feel like I am sort of swimming in it, which is my preference since I like to wear sweatshirts and sweaters under the vest. I am a little disappointed that the hood is not removeable or is able to compact itself when its not in use. I am really on the fence on whether I will keep this.

I wear a size XL. I ordered this in XXL so I could wear layers underneath. This vest is a great fit and the length is good too.

Great vest!!! I wish it were a smidge longer to cover my rear end but I still love it.

Runs a little big, but great to wear with a sweatshirt or sweater. Super warm and the hood is great.

Love it! I bought the gray pinstriped style. It’s true to size and very stylish. It’s perfect for running errands around my windy city. Oh yeah it’s warm too!

I had a few of the nuptse vests and the fabric is smooth, this one I didn't realize has actual cloth fabric on the outside and it's patterned and looks awful. I got the solid black one and was not what I was expecting.
