I just received the sandals today and was so excited. This is really a beautiful sandal and it looks exactly like the picture. In addition, the sandals are very comfortable and stylish. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the fit. When I took the sandals out of the box I noticed that they were extremely smaller than usual. However, I tried them on anyway only to discover that my toes were hanging completely out the sandals. I wear a size 12M. The sandals were at least two sizes smaller. I frequently order from Zappos and never experienced this problem before. Unfortunately, I will have to return them. However, I would recommend the sandals but not in a size 12M. In addition, they are absolutely gorgeous. Unfortunately, not true to the fit.

If you have a foot bigger than size 6 leave this shoe alone. Granted I wear a 12W or a 13 the shoes I get in my size fit true to their size. These felt 2 sizes too small. I was so disappointed, I really wanted these shoes. I was confused because the bottom of the shoe said 12W but it looked like a size 9. I compared it to all of my other heels and it was definitely smaller by a substantial amount. I like heels so I get my shoes from various locations and 95% of the time they fit. I dunno what happened...

Super cute shoe. My foot is slightly wider than most. Most brands I fit into an M, but got a W b/c of the other reviews I have read stating that this shoe runs narrow. NO KIDDING!!! I could hardly get my foot in even though this is a Wide. Too bad, great looking shoe.

Ok. So I had read the reviews on this shoe and they seemed to be fairly evenly spread between people that thought they were wider then marked and those that thought they were more narrow. I figured I would give them a shot since I knew I could just return them anyway. Well... they are soooooooo narrow; I even bought my size and a size large both in wide and they still were the narrowest shoes ever. I love the looks of them, but there was no way I was getting my foot in there. Its not Zappos fault, they just shouldn’t be marked as wide if they are still that narrow. I’d hate to see what the regular ones are!

9W was definitely NOT wide width -
I love this shoe - unfortunately cannot keep it. If you have a wide foot, beware. I have moderately wide feet, often can wear sandals M width, so I was sure that when I order 9W, it will be perfectly OK. After reading some reviews, I was even concerned that W might be even too wide. However, this 9W is so narrow that I am not able even to slip my foot into this shoe (and I have never had this problem with any shoes marked W).

I was very excited to get this sandal, it is super cute and would have matched a lot of my clothes. When I received the sandal, however, I discovered that it was about 2 sizes too small. I ordered a 12, and had my friend who is a size 10 try it on and it fit her. Be careful ordering the correct size!

When I opened the box I KNEW right away that it wasn't a 12. My sister tried on the shoe and it fit her PERFECTLY; she wears a 9.5. I'm shipping them back and getting something else.

Not true to size -
I bought these shoes in a 10W because after having a baby, my feet got wider. I own a lot of shoes in a size 10M and they fit fine. These were not true to size. A friend who wears an 8M tried these on and they just about fit her. I would not recommend them to anyone. They are beautiful shoes!
