Absolute Comfort - With a double knee replacement looming and various other foot ailments looking for comfortable shoes is a feat beyond compare. But viola, I found this shoe and it is absolutely the most comfortable pair of shoes I have owned. I work in the City and walked a total of two miles the other night and the shoes had my feet in total comfort. I would highly recommend this brand and style.

Old Faithful - Because of numerous orthopedic problems, I have found that Clark's Sunbeat is the best shoe for me. I wear them all the time. I just hope they don't stop making them!

Comfort with Clarks - Though I don't find these sandals particularly attractive on, they are extremely comfortable and I can walk forever in them - important when you live in NYC!! I'm a big fan of these shoes. This is my third pair of them.

Very comfortable shoes! I just got this shoe last week, and have already bought another pair for my mom. I am a comfort shoe addict and usually buy Naot, Mephisto, Dansko and Birkenstock. I had not been particularly impressed with Clarks in the past, but was amazed by the comfort of this shoe. It feels VERY light on--almost like you are barefoot. It is very flexible, and the footbed is very cushioned and soft to the touch. I actually find it more comfortable than my Mephisto sandals! Other reviewers have said they are not really hip looking, but I actually find them very feminine and sweet. Cute with dresses and Capri pants--or just my GAP jeans. I got the white for summer.

The bomb - These shoes are so comfortable, there hasn't been a "breaking in" period. They are awesome!

Comfortable and Stylish - This is truly a shoe one can wear all day and into the night, because of the comfort and because of the stylish good looks. I have worn this shoe all day and I can therefore verify that my feet feel good in them all the time. The norm for me is to kick off my shoes at any given opportunity because sub consciously my feet were not feeling good, as in comfortable, but in Clark's Sunbeat style they do!

Clarks England "Sunbeat" I've taken notice of this shoe for years, and could tell from reviews that it's a classic worth five stars, but passed it by because I thought it lacked the style Clarks has added in recent years. Finally I could ignore those superb reviews no longer, ordered the mushroom nubuck, and am delighted. It's Clarks-comfortable in every aspect: sole construction is solid and with no discernible flaws or "here's where it's stitched" lines; arch support (the chief reason I bought it) is excellent, as in all my Clarks of any line; adjustable straps make it fit as closely as you wish; back strap stays where it belongs when you walk a lot. The biggest surprise, though, is that I like the look, which is simply a straightforward sandal. Not dressy, and I didn't expect it would be, but it goes well with every other kind of clothing. The color is almost a no-color, complementing many hues. Comfort is its chief attribute: my foot feels cradled, and I can wear it for hours and forget I have on shoes at all. THanks again to Zappos for excellent, quick service, wide range of styles (in my favorite Clarks and Clarks Indigos, and others) and colors; a web site that couldn't be better: in a shoe store (if one even carried my size), you'll never have the benefit of reviews by people who've worn the shoe; I'm grateful for those, and for the thoughtful way Zappos puts the site together, telling of the construction of a shoe and now -- thanks again and again! -- whether or not it has good arch support. Questions to customer service are answered fully by people clearly knowledgeable about Zappos' enormous inventory. I've called with "arch support" and other interior questions (the many views are wonderful, too), and never failed to reach a courteous, eager-to-help, well-informed person. Please don't ever change, Zappos!

Terrific sandals - This is the only sandal I have worn for the past 8 years. I have at least 7 pairs of 5 different colors.

Clarks Sunbeat rave review - I find the Clark Sunbeat sandal extremely comfortable. I have worn different Clark shoes for some time and have always enjoyed wearing them. These are not my first Sunbeat sandals nor will they be my last!!

Heavenly Fit - I have recently ordered and had to return over five pair of sandals to find the right ones that fit me. The Clark's Sunbeat may not be the best looking shoe, but for a wide foot it is very comfortable. It was heaven on my feet right out of the box. Thanks so much to Zappos for making the purchase and return of shoes so very easy. I really appreciate it and no longer will I go to the mall for shoes. Sunbeat Sandle Super! Great sandle. I own several pairs in different colors. Very comfortable and affordable.

Surprisingly cute sandal! I bought this in denim nubuck and find it much cuter looking than I thought it might be! It is very comfortable and hours of walking later, they are still comfortable... amazing for me to say!! I would recommend this as a great casual sandal! Perfect with darker denim jeans.

Clarks sunbeat - Very comfortable shoe I love the color and the quality of the shoe they are a little pricy but worth every penny. Clark shoes are quality. It will be the only shoes I buy. Comfort is everything to me.

Sunbeat beats them all! This is my fifth pair of Clark's Sunbeat shoes. They are amazingly comfortable with springy heels. I was pleased, too, to be able to find a wide width at Zappo's because the department stores in my area rarely carry that width.

Very comfy sandal - I have wanted a pair of Clark's for years, and finally splurged. They fit perfectly (I'm a 9.5 med.) and I like the adjustable buckles. The mushroom gray color goes with everything. Yes, they are a little on the plain side, but like Birkenstocks, you don't buy them for their chic look...it's more about the comfort and quality. I plan to alternate these with my Birkenstocks as these are a little dressier for streetwear. They look great with sundresses, capris, etc. The leather seems like it could be a little softer, but they feel fine and I assume will break in more over time. I don't feel any discomfort, but I was just surprised that it wasn't a bit more substantial in feel. Overall, I love this sandal, and plan to buy another pair in a different color as my budget allows.

my favorite shoe manufacturer - I am handicapped and have difficulty walking and standing. These are the best shoes for me as they cushion my feet and give me the support I need, even when wearing my favorite sandals!!!

a fan - I bought my first pair of clarks 10 years ago and I am still wearing that same pair. I love the look and the comfort. I can walk forever in this shoe. I now have 4 pairs in different colors of the Sunbeat style.

These are very comfortable shoes, especially if you have a low instep, and could benefit by the adjustable straps. Order a size down from your normal shoes.

Thank goodness for this sandal - This is an amazingly comfortable sandal, "straight out of the box". I had to get it in a 12 and I wear an 11.5, so it was a little big, but since the straps are adjustable, they are doing just fine.

My wife of 32 years has trouble with the instep in both feet. Since we have been married I have watched one line after another of what few shoes she could wear disappear because they were discontinued. You can only imagine the joy we both felt when she found the Clarks Sunbeat in a local shoe store. The price, moreover, while not cheap, was and continues to be affordable. When the shoestore closed we began shopping one about 40 miles away. When that one closed, we began to think it was deja vu all over again. I had recently begun shopping on the Internet and while I was still learning the ropes Carolyn suggested I look for her Clarks there. We found Zappo's and...the rest is history. Zappos has fantastic customer service and is eager to help. We would like to ask one thing. Other commentaries have noted Sunbeat used to come in many bright colors no longer available. Could they be brought back? Otherwise... this is one fabulous shoe for Carolyn's problem feet. Thanks, Clarks and Zappos.

Super shoe all the way around - I have worn Clark's sandals for years, including this style. This one is super comfortable, wears well, and is a very solid shoe.

Can't beat Clarks Sunbeat and Zappos service - I love the Clark's Sunbeat. I have had several pairs and have been distressed that the major retailer I have purchased several pairs from no longer carried the shoe. Then I heard of Zappos and the problem was solved. I have several bone spurs in my feet, and the Sunbeat helps tremendously with the pain. Also the adjustable straps are great when you are walking a lot. My only complaint is that the heel does not have an adjustable strap. I believe that some past models of this shoe did.
