Very comfortable shoe. I was looking for something colorful for summer and this is definitely colorful. It's cute on the foot, but I wish the toe were more square. I think it would be more stylish. I will wear with solid color capri's and T's and with jeans.

I love how these look and the height. The only thing is that they are quite "squeaky" - I'm assuming it's the material that makes it do that but when I walk in them the shoes make a bit of noise. This has kept me from wearing them more frequently. Though I do love how they look and feel.

These shoes are fun and lively and complement most all outfits. However the heel does not stay on, while the rest of the shoe is true to the width. Also the sole is too thin for my taste. I am going to take it to the shoemaker to see if I can get a more substantial sole put on it before I wear them out again.

Some of the previous comments were accurate. The shoes are cheaply made. I liked the style and the fit. I really liked the long toe box. They seemed like they would easily fall apart.

I tried 3 different sizes and none of them fit. I'm typically anywhere between a 10 and an 11 -- vague perhaps due to the lack of size 10.5 out there - and I have moderate bunions, so it's hard to find shoes that don't cause a crazy amount of pain. The 10 WW was too short and narrow (!?) and cut into the front of my foot. The 11 W was too long and the the 11 WW was enormous. I'm grateful to Zappos for facilitating the ability to try things on with such ease, but I am bummed that none of these worked for me. The style is simple and classic, which was appealing. Although they do look pretty cheap in person, it still would have been nice to wear for a season with skirts and summer pants.

I bought 11w and 11ww, returned the 11ww as the front fit, but the heel was too wide. The heel still slips in back. Wish it was wider in the front and not so wide in the back. Beautiful shoe, though.

Funny fit. Uncomfortable before I even took a step in them. Too tight in the toes, too loose in the heel. I think a size bigger would be too big all around, so these will be going back. Bummer, as they are adorable in person.

My problem with these shoes is primarily the style. They are a strange shape, not particularly flattering. Also the materials used have a strange smell. I found several better versions of this style from other manufacturers. (See below.)

I tried these in two sizes, and both pairs had a bad squeaking problem. Sounded like the glue under the heel was coming undone. I really liked the look, but couldn't keep the shoes since they were poorly made.

Let me preface this by saying I don't usually have trouble fitting shoes. I bought 3 Fitzwell Westport closed toe pairs in different colors and 1 open toe Fitzwell Sadie shoe, all in an 8. They are cute shoes and have a super nice heel height but it stops there. 1. All the shoes smelled strongly of petroleum product (glue?). 2. All the shoes creaked a lot when I walked...particularly noisy in the foot liner. I think it came from the glue that was used under the foot liner, and maybe from where the rope was glued. 3. The size was not consistent! The solid colors fit well in the toes, including the open toe pair, but all 3 solid color pairs had wide heels that I walked out of with each step. The Westport Guatemalan Stripe shoes had snug toes and one heel was okay, but the other was again too wide and I flopped out of it. A size down would be too short so back they all go! As currently manufactured I would not recommend them.

Wore this one time and the sole separated from the shoe. A bit tight across the instep. Pretty shoe, but fit and workmanship below standard.

Cute shoe but agree with other reviewers that the canvas is rough and unforgiving. Also, this shoe was way too large both in length and width. I ordered a 9 1/2W and think I could probably fit in a 9M but not going to reorder, given the comments of other reviewers re: durability, etc. Thank you other reviewers; you keep me from making bad mistakes.

These are such cute shoes (they match everything, I love that they are not leather!), but the pair I received were very poorly made. After less than three days of wear, the heel on the left shoe became almost completely unglued, and the tread on the right shoe was starting to separate from the wedge heel. I am a teacher and I live at the school where I work, so it is not like I was walking all over the city in them. I am giving the shoe a second chance because Zappos was very kind about replacing them. However, the customer service representative told me that if the next pair falls apart, I will be out of luck. I will post an update once I have received the replacement shoes. For this price, they better last more than three days! Geez.

This wound up being a bad purchase because the canvas is pretty hard making it uncomfortable and the front part of the sole came loose and I had to take it to the shoe repair which made it more expensive than reasonable.
