Life changing shoes - They feel strange at first, but then become completely addictive! Wonderful to walk around and feel the work out on the legs and good posture, too. They look strange, but you don’t care once you feel the effects... (and I am, dare I admit it, a fashion girl!). It’s nice to get the extra inches when wearing jeans and sneakers. Expensive, but worth every penny!

Serious leg work! When you walk in these shoes, you can feel the burn in your calves and thighs. I know that are toning my legs with every step. The only problem I have is they have rubbed a blister on my left heel...even though I have worn them a number of times. Overall, they are really great and I would definitely recommend them.

What a great, fantastic way of walking - Excellent, fun, relief of back pain, truly amazing concept. little getting used to walking at the beginning. Recommend it 100%!

Exceptioally pleased - As a NICU nurse, I'm on my feet for 12 hour shifts. I recommend MBT's to everyone I meet. They have made such a difference in the way my knees, legs and back feel. I have a difficult time not wearing them all the time. I appreciate your rapid delivery. I've never spent this much on shoes before, but I don't regret it. Thanks.

MBT's - Zappos Customer Service is Outstanding! I was really impressed with how quickly I received my shoes. I am pleased with my MBT's. If you are a first time buyer of MBT's I strongly encourage you to read "how to use" them or "walk" in them first by going to www.mbtshoe.com. I had some numbness in my feet the first day after wearing them for 8 1/2 hrs in Grocery Retail. Apparently you should only wear them for a couple of hours a day for one week. They have improved my posture as well as training me to walk from "heel to toe". I have not had any back pain since I have been wearing the MBT's. What a great workout as well!

MBT CHAPA - This is my second pair of MBTs. I normally wear an 8, so I ordered an 8.5 since these run small. They were still very snug, but are starting to "stretch out" the more I wear them. (I wear an 8 in the sport version.) I love the look of these! My favorite pair of shoes!

Great shoes - I love my MBT's. They are so comfortable!! I walk on concrete and now it feels as if I walk on soft foam.

Great for Plantar Fasciitis - I've been having an ongoing problem with plantar fasciitis for at least two years, which was the initial reason I purchased these shoes. They have been the best decision I've ever made. I have bought so many pairs of shoes and I still had heel pain. Not so with the MBT's which I have not taken off since I received them. I am on my feet sometimes over 12 hours a day and I am pain free. I also have seen less and less pain in the morning when I get up. Make sure you buy a half size up though. Zappos was great and I received my shoes the next day. Thanks so much.

Worth it!!! These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn and are very well made. It took about a week and a half to get used to them, but now I hate to take them off!! Zappos shipped them super fast, thanks!

Love it - I have plantar fasciitis and after wearing the MBT's, I have had NO PROBLEMS! I saved 200+ dollars not buying orthotics! I wore them to Disneyland for 10-12 hours, and did not feel fatigued.

MBT Chapa - The service at Zappos is extraordinary. The shoe is extremely well made. It takes a short time to get used to the different feel of walking but you glide over the pavement, can walk longer periods without foot/leg discomfort. It rocks sideways before you get the hang of it but persevere because it's worth it. An excellent shoe.

Fantastic Shoe!!! I cannot recommend MBTs enough to people out there who have any kind of back, knee, or hip pain. This is my second pair - my first pair was sandals. I have severe back pain caused by a degenerative problem that is inoperable. MBTs have made walking much more comfortable and less painful. I also find myself standing straighter, and my core muscles have been working so that my abdominal muscles are tighter. But make sure you know what size you wear in European shoes...I always wear a US 10, but have to order MBTs in what they say is a US 11. They may be a little expensive, but the money is worth it if the shoes can prevent or stop some of your pain.

Four years of pining... I finally got these after stalking them for four years, perhaps I was waiting for an attractive model like the Chapa. Anyway, I am extremely happy with this purchase, I have worn them every day since. I am a wide 7 1/2 and got an 8 1/2 and they are perfect.

Weird look, but I love these shoes - These shoes are super comfortable, but look a bit weird to me. Walking in them is easy, but standing in them is a bit odd. The soles curve up at the heel and toe, making an uneven surface to stand on. I have torn tendon in my foot that makes standing and walking painful if I do it too long. My foot no longer hurts and I can walk around without any problem. I bought the size 7.5 and had to return them for a 7. I should not have bought a half size up. Super great return service.

MBT walking shoes - These shoes are quite unique and attractive. They are taking a bit of getting used to as they are not like most other athletic shoes. They are rounded on the bottom so you almost spring when you walk. What a workout for your legs!

MBT Chapa - Great shoes if you are standing a lot all day. You need to order them a half size bigger since they run smaller than the other MBT's. They slightly rub on my little toe, but after wearing them for a few weeks they have slightly stretched out and adjusted to my foot. They really help my back pain.

A lifesaver!~ I have had nothing but trouble with my hips, knees and hips for the last 6 years. I have been wearing custom made orthotics and taking therapy, but nothing has surprised me by helping as much as the MBT shoes! Slowly I can feel my hips gaining stability, readjusting and there is a lessening in the pain in all my joints. LOVE THEM! And the style is fairly neutral and blends well with casual clothing and business casual. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MBT!

What Have I Started?? My daughter got a pair first. Ordered late Sat and they were here by Monday afternoon. Wow-Zappos should take over the USPS! She lives in hers--she is tiny and had a hard time finding them anywhere--until we checked Zappos. Then I got mine; husband got his. We feel and see the difference. Walk straighter and I even wear mine to work out on the elliptical. I wear them when I am sitting around in case they have delayed benefits. I now want the hiking boots, but cannot figure out whether to order up or just try my 6 1/2 size that I wear normally. This shoe fit me perfectly. Hmmmm. If you think about how often you will want to put these on the cost per wear is nothing. And if it makes you walk better you feel better and look better and are healthier. As a 2 time cancer survivor, I have not felt this good in ages! Oh, and my petite daughter likes the extra inches she gets from the MBTs.

Makes your legs look good but still a goofy looking shoe - I really am happy with the Chapa. I am a surgical resident and spend 12 hours a day on my feet...at least. Besides the funny look of the shoe I recommend them in terms of comfort.

Love these shoes! Firstly, I ordered these shoes at 8 pm and received them 13 hours later at 9 am!! Incredible. This is actually my second pair of MBT's. I work on my feet all day and have suffered some back problems. These shoes miraculously alleviated my back pains...and I get an extra work out while I wear them! This particular style is my favorite so far because they look the most like normal shoes. (The crazy sole isn't the most attractive...but they seem to look toned down in this style and color.)

MBT Chapa - This is my second pair of MBT’s and they look great and feel great, they just run a little smaller then the sport version. I had to order a 1/2 size bigger. Overall, they are awesome and look much nicer then my old pair. They have come a long way style wise!

MBT Comfort - The MBT shoes are very comfortable and look good too. I had surgery on my foot and was having a difficult time finding something comfortable but my MBT's feel very good on my feet. They feel good to walk in.

Rock Chapa - Great color, great fit (though I can't wear with thicker socks), very comfortable. This is my second pair of MBT's, and I think these are more comfortable and efficient than my first pair. MBT has increased wearability.

I LOVE these shoes! I heard about MBTs from a fellow teacher and decided to splurge on them hoping they would bring me some relief. I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder and have difficulty with my posture. I also spend the entire day on my feet as a teacher. I have to say, these are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They take a bit of time to get used to, as the unusual sole forces you to balance while standing still. I find they help my posture and they are the only shoes that I can wear all day with NO foot pain. They also help with knee pain. The toebox is roomy and they fit well. As for the muscle tone benefits, you do feel a definite workout in these shoes, especially when walking hills and stairs. I bought the blue pair and think they are definitely attractive as athletic shoes. I plan to buy the all black leather professional style to wear to work next September. One warning is that these shoes would not be suited for running or distance walking if you are a severe overpronator. The heel of the shoe does not stabilize your foot well and actually leads to more roll and overpronation and could lead to injury if worn on the wrong foot for running!

Best walking shoe - This is my 3rd pair of MBT's. I love these shoes for serious walking. Order the same size as you would for a running shoe.
