Macbeth's shoe - My son loved the look of the shoe and when he got them, he liked them even more. It offers more support that another “famous” brand name flat canvas sneaker.

Unreal fast shipping, nice sneaks and look great - I got these less than 24 hours after I ordered them, and I ordered them on New Years Day! I put them on and have been walking around the house for a while. They feel great, they seem more sturdy than Chuck Taylors and look 5% cooler. I really like them and as for the arch support comments, they seem to have some albeit small. All in all they seem very comfy.

Best shoes I've ever owned. I've had this shoe for about 2 shoes now and I love them to death. Contrary to the other reviews, mine barely started falling apart about 2 years after purchasing them. I have 3 other shoes that are newer than these yet I always wear these over everything else. It's the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. I've worn them all day multiple times yet they are still so comfortable. If these shoes completely fall apart, I would probably buy another pair.

Really cool shoe - not very durable. I love this shoe. This is my second pair and I will continue to buy them. They are really comfortable, and I get compliments on them all the time, but they only last about 4 months. Very little arch support.

Awesome - These are an awesome pair of shoes that are comfortable and vegan...can’t get any better than that!

Comfy and simple never sounded so good! Well I got my pair of shoes and just taking them out of the box was pretty exciting. Clean shoe all-round. The support on the inside of the shoe is so comfortable and lets you know that no animals were hurt in the making of this product. I think it's a perfect skate shoe also although I haven't skated em just yet. They have the simple look of a Chuck but a bit more upgraded on the comfort department. Awesome shoe to just go out in the town on. Won’t be disappointed but just remember order about a half size smaller than what you would normally wear. Kudos!

Cool Animal Friendly Shoe - My son loves this shoe, it is easy to wear and comfortable for him to run around in or skateboard or what ever his day brings him. It doesn't have a lot of flashy designs so it goes with a lot of his outfits and we love that they didn't use animal products in the making of it. Very cool.

New line Macbeth Eliot’s - What can I say? I have bought the first pair of the Eliot’s (the black/cement color, with the big "M" on the side of the shoe on both sides) and they were really nice and padded, and comfy at first, but after a period of a few months or so, when they start to wear out, they feel uncomfortable on your heels, at least they did for me, cuz they were so thin on the sides, and the tongue is thin as well. But now with the new line of Eliot’s coming out, I love them way better. The design, look, feel, and comfort. These shoes are hot. I noticed the sole is more padded toward the back of the heels, unlike the first generation Eliot’s, and here is what is really great; the tongue and sides are more thicker than the first generation Eliot’s. The tongue is so much softer, and fluffy. Very nice indeed. I love the shoes, if you liked Macbeths before, then you definitely will love these. And who better to order from than Zappos? Check this! I ordered my shoes at around 7:30pm Tuesday evening; and I got my shoes at around 12:30pm THE NEXT DAY, Wednesday!! Excellent excellent service!!! Zappos is definitely a keeper in my book

Macbeth Eliot - I have the cement color way and they are a way sick shoe! They're just like Converse. The size is about right, maybe a half size smaller than what you're wearing. But it's good! I think that there is a pretty good heel support! Just don't go for thick socks with them because then you might have some heel problems. Good for walks I believe. Overall a good shoe. However it does wear and tear in a few months but good. Very good!

My Shoe Review - OK, for starters this is an amazing shoe. In fact the best I have ever had. They’re super comfy; they look great and are overall great. The one flaw is that after about 4 or 5 months they begin to literally fall apart. But a little bit of super glue will fix your problem. If you’re looking into this shoe BUY IT!!!

The basic Eliot is a low profile and light weight shoe. There are so many colours to choose from which is nice, some crazy colours and some simple colours. The canvas outer is thin but durable, haven't had a rip like I have had in a pair of Converse. The rubber on the toe despite what some others say has not ripped or peeled for me so I think it's a good addition. I have two pairs of 9.5's in the black/cement model and the black/black nylon model. The black/cement feel about half a size small while the black/black nylon feel perfect, so size I feel the Eliot is a hit or miss, though most seem to agree with it. The width is a bit tight but that's the point on this style of shoe, however the light material allows for some give. Not much arch support so buy an insole if you have high arches The biggest issue I had with both was the inside heel cloth material ripping, uncovering the rough rubber and stitching not after too long of wearing them. So when taking the shoes on and off, be gentle to avoid this problem and these shoes will last a while.

Stylish vegan shoes at a fairly reasonable price. Sized rather large -- I usually take a size 12 and needed a size 10 in these shoes.

Awesome brand... So I bought these mainly because they are vegan. I also felt they were what I was looking for and I usually only wear Converse...after getting them...they were more comfy then my normal shoes...my only issue is after everyday wear, they are already falling apart in the back of the shoe. Maybe it’s the Chicago weather...but I do say a great buy never the less.

Cheap. I put my finger in the rear loop to help put the shoe on, and ripped the loop right off. The shoe's are so fragile and cheap. I am very displeased with the quality of this product. Will not buy again, unless there are changes to build quality.

Not so much - The form is good... like Chucks, just cooler. They're functionally not so hot. The main point being the heel cup is ultra shallow.

Cool and stylish sneakers reminiscent of of old-school bowling alley shoes. All-black top, sides and sole will always look sharp, and the nicely colored heel gives these sneaks some subtle character.

Zappos is the best place to buy shoes. Or clothes. Or anything else they sell. I placed an order Saturday afternoon and received the product Monday afternoon. Incredible. The site is perfect, the emails they send always put a smile on my face, and I will never buy shoes from anywhere else. This is what a company should be like. Bravo. The shoe is fantastic as well. Really comfortable, unique, and super fly.

My daughter and I picked out these shoes and when she got them the next day she was thrilled. They fit great and she loves the look and feel of them. Would recommend.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. The shoes arrived in a quick amount of time and I wear them all the time now! The price was great and I would tell a friend about them.

Had these for a little more than 1 year. Other than the heel loops (which tore almost immediately), the shoes lasted well and were pretty comfortable.

My shoes arrived much sooner than anticipated, and are extremely comfortable to wear because: 1) They are durable, and look cool. 2) Not made with animal products...completely vegan!

Very comfortable shoes! It took a day or two to break them in, but afterward they seem to fit very well for my foot shape. The Oxblood Red version's color is a little darker than pictured, something about the lighting in the photograph makes the red look a shade or two brighter, but in reality they are deeper and darker than that. All good though. Love the shoes. Oh, and I typically wear 13, 13W, or 14 depending on brand. These were 13 and fit perfectly.

I have had these for six months now and they are holding up incredibly well. They have been my everyday shoe, including work and commuting (which includes a lot of walking). The sole is getting a bit worn and has detached slightly on the right shoe, but they are still wearable and looking good for all the wear. I just bought a second pair that I hope will serve me just as well. Keep in mind, though, these are light on support just like most shoes in this style. Do not expect anything overly plush.

I love these shoes. I ordered a size smaller than my feet are and the shoes were a bit too small. I'd suggest buying half a size smaller. Overall though, it's a really nice, comfortable shoe.

I got the forest/white ones. I love the color. Also it's very comfortable. It is bigger so order one size down. But that wasn't a problem for me, since I will fill them in later on.
