These run very big. I usually wear an 9-10, and mine are 9s and they are still big, so be sure to order down. Otherwise, very comfy and very stylish. I get lots of compliments! I would definitely get these again.

Beware! These boots run huge! I typically take a 6.5, unless I'm wearing open-toed shoes. I ordered the Classic Cardy in a ladies 6. I was swimming in them. The boot is just too cute to give up on, so I tried the childrens' size 4 and they fit much better! The childrens' style is smaller overall, with there being only 2 side buttons and the shaft seems shorter (probably will only wear them up). I agree with some of the other reviews that the heel is wide. Mine does slip out of it somewhat and they feel a little sloppy. I still love them and will be wearing mine this fall.

I generally hate the look of Uggs but needed slip on comfy dog walking shoes. These are pretty comfortable and look okay. I am usually an 8.5 or 9, but had to get a 7 in these and one still slips a bit, so order small!

Bought these for my daughter and she loves them. I had a pair last year, but returned them because one of the boots kept falling down.

I am so glad that I was able to try on this shoe in a Dillards before I ordered it online because I had been hearing so much about the difficulty in sizes. I wear a size 6 in the classic Uggs so I tried on a size 6 and I liked it until I tried to walk and the heels were flopping on the back so much! I do have a narrow foot, but I have never had a problem like this before. I decided to purchase the size 5 in the grey. I love it! It was a little tight, but after wearing it around one day it has already stretched out perfectly. Get this shoe one size down!

These shoes are so comfy and warm! They are really not the best long distance walking shoes (I kind of plod along in them, not very graceful), but they are awesome for casual mornings at the farmer's market, etc. I sometimes use them as slippers around the house, too. So warm. I wanted to be able to wear them "up" sometimes, but they are pretty loose and don't stay up, they really slouch down. So I only wear them down (flipped over). One of my shoes weirdly came without one of the button holes cut into it (it was sewn but not cut) so I took a sharp pair of scissors and made it myself. Also, the tags inside were located in such a place that when I wore them folded over, the tags flopped out like little white "surrender" flags on both my legs, so I had to cut those out too. "I surrender to comfort!" All these alterations had to be made before I wore them, which made me nervous. But I love them! Buy them! Surrender to them!

I ordered the Cardy's in a size 6 because the description says to order a half size down if between sizes. I ordered a 6 because Cardy's don't come in half sizes. Confusing and 7's are a tad big on me so I was thiking the 7's would be too roomy. The 6's came and were too small. My toe touch the front just like they would in any other size 6 shoe. Even though some reviews said they would strecth, these shoes definitely would not have been comfortable. My toe was REALLY touching the front of the shoe. I would say they run pretty true to size and you should order your usual size.

Definitely get a size down from your usual. I am a solid 10 in shoes, can't even cheat by 1/2 size, and 9 in these was perfect. Anything larger would be too roomy. (They stretch after just a couple wearings, too.) And nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that they are a bit roomier on the calf than I would like. You can definitely stuff some PJ bottoms down there, if you want.

Bought these for my girlfriend and she likes them for their comfort and versatility in look. They should fit snugly around your foot, so take that into consideration when choosing size. If you're a half size, I suggest going down. The shipping speed was as communicated, 4 business days. After this Zappos purchase, we actually found the shoes in a store for a little less. But with Zappos' service reputation, I felt fine about the difference.

Surprised by how much I like these boots. I never considered these until I tried a pair belonging to a friend. I thought they were too young looking for me (38). They’re great if you’re not into ballet flats and need something other than sandals for an outfit. Perfect with skirts and leggings. I have the cream and they make my legs look very tanned. Keep them clean and don’t wear socks. They’ll stretch out quick. Buy a size smaller than your usual shoe size... NOT your usual Ugg size.

These are very comfy, and I love the way they can be "styled" in several different ways according to what you are wearing, but I must say they came with a horrid smell that took months of airing to go away. Why didn’t I send them back? I kept thinking that "within a few days" the smell would go away. I stuffed them with Bounce and put them in the back of the storage room in the garage. After about nine months, the smell did go away and I could wear them. Sometimes when I pack them for traveling, and they are closed up in a suitcase, the smell comes back a bit… but they’re comfy.
