The customer service was great. We had to return the shoes because the medium purchased was to tight. It was easy to return the shoes. Received the replacement pair and the fit was perfect. Beautiful shoes. I probably should have ordered 1/2 size larger, but they are loosening up as I wear them. I love the look, and the black/brown combo gives a lot of flexibility.

Worn once. Seems to be rubbing unusually on left heel. Will wear once more this coming week and see what happens.

Great shoes Toebox is slightly bigger than a Cole Haan, which is what I needed perfect fit wear a size 12 which are usually tight, but these are perfect. Order 12
