These loafers not only fit perfectly but also are great to wear with black, brown, green. & burgundy. Ordering was easy and they were delivered when promised.

Again very comfortable. BUT, i never received my 10% reduction for the first order of 2 pairs of shoes.

This is a comfortable, great looking shoe for goes with either jeans or a suit. I absolutely love them and am on my third pair. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars and why I am on my 3rd pair is the soles are not made to last. The insert pieces fall out and the heel wears too fast. However, having said that, I do wear them nearly every day, all day, so I am probably harder than most on them.

I like the style of the shoes in a casual business atmosphere. I have the same exact style that I bought a few years ago, one day a few months ago, the heel fell off. I tried reattaching it, using some specific glue and tapping it back into place. It lasted a little bit longer, but eventually fell off again. Thats when I decided just to buy a new pair because to go to a shoe shop and repair the shoe would cost more than buying the new ones.

This is a decent shoe but it's a far less attractive substitute for the wonderful Breland Kiltie Tassel (I have been buying them for over 30 years) that you have recently discontinued. These Aragons are the last shoes I will be purchasing from J&M since I will have to find someone else that provides a shoe closer to the dressy style of the Brelands.

This purchase was to replace a pair of the similar Johnston & Murphy shoe I had been wearing for 10 years! I love these shoes! Theyre comfortable, stylish, easy to maintain. I get a lot of compliments on them!

Liked the shoe just didnt fit

Really like the shoe, looks great and fits good - I need wide fits and this one is perfect. Ideally I prefer a solid leather sole, but otherwise this is a 10!

Great shoe , great look. Ive had a few pairs over the years. J&M used to carry a soft deerskin version of this shoe. Wish they would bring it back!

I really wanted to like this shoe since I love the look--mix of black and brown leathers and the tassel give it a refined, classy look. I had to downsize a couple shoes from my normal size to get one that actually would hug my feet enough to not slip off. But with that, the shoe is digging into my achilles. And there is NO padding or support whatsoever in the heel. You can't even remove the heel cushion to insert a pad for greater support. I also don't like the clicking sound made when walking with the shoe, and the bottom of the shoe has no traction to it--I've almost slipped several times on carpet surfaces. Not thrilled with this purchase especially given the price and not up to the caliber of Johnston & Murphy's other products.... the only reason I give more than one star is the shoe looks good.

Nice shoes, but run a little narrow - hope the leather loosen up a little.

I have several pairs of J&M shoes in my closet. The last they use for their shoes are pretty much perfect for my foot. And I have never had any quality issues with their shoes. Because of the change in styles (white soles on everything) I was glad to find the Kiltie Tassel.

Bought these for my husband for Fathers Day. They were a bit big, so we went to the Galatia in St. Louis to try on other sizes. The staff was so knowledgeable and friendly. I had bought 3 pairs, and exchanged all 3. 2 were in store, the 3rd was sent to us. Will definitely return! Also, he had had this same style years ago and loved them.

J&M has been my go to for quality mens foot wear, but not anymore. These are poorest quality shoes I had ever purchased. Felt like plastic dull finish and uncomfortable. A waste of my time and money!

I went to four local shoe stores. Very disappointing selection and quality. Mens casual dress shoes were non existent, and the few that were there were cheaply made. My shopping experience with J&M was well worth it in terms of price, quality, fit and comfort.

A great pair of shoes. Several years ago I purchased a similar type of shoes by Johnston & Murphy. I was able to have them repaired 5 times with new leather soles and rubber heels. This pair came in 1/2 sizes and several widths, providing me with a really good fit. A well made pair of shoes do not need to be "broken in." They should fit well from the very beginning. I was very pleased to see that Johnston & Murphy has retained its reputation for providing quality footwear.
