first I ordered size 9, wide but they were a little big in the toe. Re-ordered size 8-1/2 and fit great. My 2nd pair of these snf I love them!!

The J&M Aragon is a beautifully crafted loafer that has a style and look that is dressy and yet can be casual as well. The two tone leather upper creates it's own statement and the fit and feel is equally comfortable on your feet.

Purchase was extremely easy and hassle free. Selection was good and delivery time was very good as well.

These shoes are great, I have worn out several pairs over the years. They look nice and are a great go-to with jeans, golf attire, etc. Comfortable and great looking. This particular pair was narrower than the ones I have ordered in the past. I always wore an 11D in this shoe, but had to change to the 11EE this time. May be due to the fact that they only started offering widths in the last few years. The 11 EE fits great. I highly recommend this shoe!

Shoes fit exactly right right out of the box. This is the third time I have purchased these particular shoes. They are great for looks, comfort and style. Zappos did a great job of shipping.

These Johnson & Murphy loafers were a Christmas present for my son. Two years ago I bought him the same shoe style in a different color and he raves about how comfortable this deer leather shoe is. After two years of wear, those original shoes were looking a little worn, so this year I spiced it up a little and bought him the Aragon Kiltie Tassel shoes. When he opened the Christmas present, he was ecstatic! He tried them on right away and commented on how comfortable they are. Now he has the old pair for every-day use, and the new spiffy ones for special occasions! We are very happy with these Johnson & Murphy shoes :)

If you have never compared deerskin uppers to calf, you have to try these shoes. Johnston & Murphy does not make many with deerskin uppers but I own them all and these shoes are the nicest of the bunch. Little to no break-in period, great look, and unbeatable price. A guaranteed winner in my book.

I have size 13 wide feet and thick ankles. The shoes were a little tight when received which is normal for me. I stretched them with my hands and wore them for a week in Disneyland. I will be purchasing another pair soon. They were well broken in after 2 days. Very comfortable and get lots of compliments.

I was opposed to spending this kind of money on shoes, however, I am a believer in you get what you pay for. This is my second pair of Johnston and Murphy shoes and they are the most comfortable, long wearing shoes that I have ever worn. I am on my feet for hours every day and at the end of the day my feet no longer hurt wearing after wearing these shoes all day. Great brand, high quality, long lasting.

Outside leather was soft and pliable. Very comfortable fit. Almost like a moccasin. My husband is very pleased with this purchase

I ordered these shoes for my husband in a wide size. He has quite a wide foot (sometimes up to 4 E). He wasn’t looking forward to breaking these in but they were comfortable right from the start. The leather is soft and pliable. He wanted this style with two colors because he travels for work and only wants to pack one pair. We had figured that these shoes could possibly coordinate with everything. I have a feeling that I’ll be buying these shoes again, I hope they’ll still be available.

Snappy style and great fit. J&M knows how to design shoes. We will see if they hold up to the reputation - which apparently is a worthless commodity these days. For the price and looks I am hopeful to get more than six months wear out of them. The combination rubber/leather outsole is a troubling prospect based on other reviews, but I will try not to puddle jump them. I do like the style and fit. I hope the quality is not a let-down.

A very comfortable shoe right out of the box. Like my other J&M shoes they're great walking shoes with the comfort of an athletic shoe and the obvious good looks. The fit is good, though the height of the toe box could be a little more generous; but that's not a serious issue. It looks great and would definitely buy it again.

I love the design and i STILL want them, the problem is the width, I order double EE wide at least and they did not send that. I am under the impression that they just wanted to make a sale so they send me something even though it was wrong.

Very unhappy. Came with one heel missing and bottom of shoes were very worn. These were obviously a used pair.

The width of the shoes were too narrow. They seemed like medium width, not Wide (EE). Could not even get my feet into the shoes. Returning the Loafers for credit
