Contrary to one of the other reviewers, I love these shoes. I'm a teacher and because of the platform and flexibility, plus high heel gel inserts, I can wear these heels all day on my concrete classroom floor. After a year of near-constant wear they are finally too stretched out but I'm definitely ordering more. They have been good with pants and dresses. Love 'em!

I usually wear low heeled shoes or flats so I was worried that I would have problems with these shoes. However, these turned out to be very comfortable, classy shoes.

These are my favorite heels. I wear 8 1/2 WW and am full figured. Would love to see Bella Vita do a similar shape in a shoe for all seasons.

I have a wide foot, and love to wear heels but hard to find cute shoes that come in wide width. These shoes are very comfortable and can wear for long periods of time. I will order more of this brand!

I just received these beautiful shoes and they are more comfortable than I imagined; like walking on a soft carpet. At 74 years old, I thought the heel was a little too high for me but with the small platform sole, I hardly notice the height. I can't wait to order my next pair.

I just bought the Wren in the Tribal Print - this is my first experience with Bella-Vita and I'm impressed. The shoes fit well, are very comfortable, and has been noted already, the platform makes the total heel height less than 2", even though they look much higher. The brown/orange/gold is shiny, but not obnoxiously so; it gives the shoes just a subtle bit of sparkle. The soles are "rubber", but it's a somewhat hard, plasticky material, so they are slippery on carpet. I expect this will diminish with outdoor wear.

Great shoe. Surprisingly comfortable for the heel height, at least for someone who prefers low heels. Excellent insole padding. Very stylish. Would order another pair.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable even with the high heel. I always get compliments when I wear them.

First time I ever brought this brand shoe. They fit true to size and with my bad knees they are a easy heel to walk in. Love them.

These are extremely comfortable shoes. I have worn these shoes for a few months and for hours at a time. Wearing these shoes around New York City while running from one area to another. I have very minimal pain from wearing these shoes. The one main complaint I have is that the strap on the back is a little loose especially as time goes on. It slips a little more often now then when I had previously gotten them.

Love these shoes. I have a wide foot & high instep. Hard to find shoes that are comfortable. Wore these all evening to a party, standing quite a lot, very comfortable.

These are such pretty shoes. Women walk differently when they wear heels. I tried on several outfits from jeans with tucked in silk blouse to black wrap dress and jewelry. They looked fantastic with everything. Wore them to work (retail) for four hours- a bit snug in the toe but they are brand new. Color is amazing! Good with everything.

I ordered the Bella Vita Wren after receiving the Softspots Suri, (which I also loved...style is just different), for an October wedding. Have a vintage-style dress that reminds me so much of my mother in the 50s, and wanted to try some peep-toe pumps to go with it. I was concerned about heel-height and platform sole. Also, I have a very narrow foot and didn't know whether to order an 8M or 8 1/2 N. After speaking to Dina in Customer Service, I decided on the 8 1/2 N. Love these shoes! Fit is perfect - width and length! The platform only serves to stabilize me, and I don't feel wobbly at all! I also get the appearance of a "high" heel when, actually, some of that height is relieved by the platform. These are my first Bella Vitas but I would buy them again in a heart-beat! Dina suggested I stay true to my size, which I did, and they really worked out well! Love 'em!

Fits large! Technically my feet measure 8.5 ww, but I usually end up wearing 9w or 9ww. After reading the other reviews I bought an 8.5 ww, and still had room to spare. Went down a notch on the sling back and they were perfect. Width was truly double, which is wider than other brands but was perfect for me. So my estimate on size & width is less that this shoe runs large/wide and more that other shoes are not the size/width they claim to be. Wore to a wedding and was very happy, got lots of compliments too. Went well with a navy summer dress and I expect to wear with many other colors in the future due to fabulous colors in the leather. They are heels, so after hours of walking & dancing I was happy to remove them, but they lasted significantly longer and with much less discomfort than to be expected with new heels. Absolutely recommend, especially to those of us with wide feet.

Great shoe...very comfortable with great support but it runs wide. I always wear a WW and in this show I was only a W.

Love 'em! Perfect fit. I wear a 9 1/2 wide and have trouble finding shoes with color or patterns. These are keepers.

I love these shoe They feel great. I have a AA width and neuropathy in my feet but these shoes are very comfortable and look beautiful with my working woman wardrobe! They have something on the ball of the shoe that keeps your foot from going forward.

True to size, absolutely the most comfortable high heel for a larger woman. Worth every penny.

It\'s often hard to find a perfect fit - especially when you wear a smaller size shoe - this shoe fits perfectly.

I love these little peep-toe shoes! They fit perfectly! I bought them for next fall\/winter and can\'t wait for fall to come! When you live in the South you don\'t have to worry about snow ruining your suede shoes, so I\'m sure I\'ll get a lot of wear from them. A truly great purchase.
