I love these shoes but they do not seem to fit correctly. The heel seems to be lower than should be with the way the foot bed is shaped.

These shoes rub big in size. They are not comfortable and they had a number of factory defects. I will return them.

I keep trying to get a fit in this style, but it gets more narrow toward the toe, too much so. Sorry it just doesn't work for me. Thanks for easy return.

These shoes are okay. They're perfectly comfortable which is a priority for me, but the leather is quite muted -- the finish on the leather almost looks worn to me. They don't have much pizazz but they work for a low-heeled comfortable pump that goes with everything.

A beautiful shoe. I hated to return them, but they are one inch too long. I bought these shoes and ordered a size 10 because of the pointed toe. However, besides being too big in the heel, the extra one inch length in the shoes causes them to turn upwards. My feet looked like boats.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous. However, I think they are mis-sized. I ordered a 10 WW and tried on the right shoe, there was an inch of space in the heel from my foot.

Shoe is beautiful. However, one of the shoes was damaged on the side as if it had been rubbed against something. Shoe is a narrow fit and I ordered wide. It is beautiful.

I used to really love this pump (size 8), but it became unbearable to walk in due to the slipping heel. UGH! Why can't there be a better insert for slipping heels. I liked the look of the shoe. If it weren't for the slipping heel (which I was not able to fix with heel inserts), I would like these shoes. Also the lack of padding on the balls of my foot really did not help either.

Tried these in wide, even though I normally wear a medium. They were still too tight upon trying them on to risk keeping them. Had to send them back, even though they are very beautiful shoes.

Little too pointy in the toe. With a size 10 foot, I'm not looking for something to make it look bigger. Size was good and it was comfortable for the brief time I had it on. Just gave it 3 stars because I have it on for only a few minutes.

I think the shoe is very pretty, but it's definitely small. I almost always wear a 9.5 narrow, but this shoe feels very short. It's not even an option to consider keeping it. I'm surprised more people haven't commented on that because I find it unusually small.

Love this show but it is too tight in my usual 6.5W. Other colors have fit in past so the sizing is inconsistent. Great shoe but sorry to return.

The shoe was beautiful but the length was too short and it gaps slightly mid-foot. Also, I needed a heel pad to raise my foot and position it correctly. Too much work!

I really like this shoe and would have been perfect for an upcoming vacation...but when I got them and tried them on...too tight in the toe area. Now I realize its a pointy shoe, but if they are going to say they have wide or extra wide shoes...then I think they need to make sure that they fit those of us that have been blessed with caveman feet.

Nice color, but the shoe was way too tight in the toe area. I figured perhaps a wider width would do the trick, so we will see. I hope they work, because I ordered a size 10 and they only come in whole sizes beyond that (and an 11 would definitely be too big).

A little too boxy. They looked good in the photo but when I got them they were a bit matronly looking in person. Also felt a little hard (the leather).

While these are true to size, overall they felt too tight on my feet and uncomfortable in the heel area when I walked, so I am returning them.

I ordered the Bella-Vita Wow in a size 5. The shoes ran a bit too big for me - not unusual - I think I'm somewhere between a 4.5 and a 5. I am sending these back and will continue my quest for shoes that fit. I didn't love the style so not heart-broken.

I was unimpressed with these pumps. I love that the heel was short, an I love the color. I am a 10WW, and unfortunately, these were just a bit too narrow for my foot. I usually love Bella Vita because their round-toe heels are great for wide feet, but I guess that's not the case with their pointed-toe heels.

I ordered these in the light taupe kidskin and I did not think the color was accurately pictured. I would call this color a light dove grey. Not bad, but not as I expected. This shoe was just not a good fit. The 7W felt very long for a size 7 and had no arch support. Did appear to be a well made shoe but had to return.

Needed a dressy and comfortable shoe for a wedding. This is dressy but the color did not match the dress and had to return. Rated comfort as 1 star because I didn't wear shoe long enough to judge.

At least in gray, this shoe has a real old lady look and feel to it. Something about the not quite pointy toe and the crossover wrap on top. Felt comfortable on. Maybe it would work in another color or texture (other than plain kid leather).

Not bad! The toe box was (almost) wide enough in the wide size, and insole padding was okay (though there could always be more in my book). There is no arch support to speak of. (Why don't they shape pumps so that the outsole approximates the shape of an actual instep? Then a little extra padding in the insole would be sufficient to help with higher arches.) This is a stylish shoe, but it's not as pretty (or as comfortable for me) as the Nine West Austin.
