The construction of the shoe and overall feel was very cheap, not something I expected. The leather was very thin and hard and the sole/inside was similar to a K-mart pump.

I own these shoes in several colors and they are very consistent. They are comfortable all day at work and stylish with just a high enough heel. Great shoe!

These heels are the best! They're so cute and comfortable! I have really wide feet, and these shoes didn't squash my toes like all other heels seem to do. It has good heel height (without being too tall), and as an inexperienced heels-wearer, I can walk in them without feeling like I'm about to fall over. The taupe matches a lot of my wardrobe. I'm ordering another pair.

Pretty comfortable, I got the extra wide. I get many compliments and one of my friends is going to buy a pair!

I love these shoes. They are stylish and classy looking. No pinching on my difficult feet and toes. Aside from the black and off white color, they also have a touch of gray which then lends them to many a wardrobe. Fit is perfect. I plan on ordering another pair in a different color.

These are really beautiful shoes that will look great with a formal dress I'll be wearing for a family event. They're wide and comfortable, but definitely look elegant!

I have ordered 4 different colors of this shoe. The sable herring print fit perfectly and all others were way too tight. I love the modest heel height and the overall styling and would get this in every color if the fit was consistent.

These shoes are comfortable, feminine and elegant. I wear a size 10 wide and it is difficult to find shoes that are wide enough in the ball of the foot but narrow enough in the heel. These shoes work so well for me that I purchased them in a total of four colors.

A very simple, elegant dress shoe. It comes in a variety of colors and sizes. I have it in a 7 1/2 wide. I do not wear heels very much, so finding a relatively comfortable pair that looks nice was fabulous. I plan on wearing a pair in pewter to my daughter's wedding. I also have a pair in navy and black.

These are excellent shoes. They are very elegant and modern yet classy looking (I always get compliments). They go with pants, skirts, jumpsuits... anything. They are perfect for work where you have to look your best every day! However, their biggest selling point should be comfort! Let me tell you I work 10 hour days and I do not have any problems wearing them ALL 10 hours. My feet do not get tired, they do not hurt, my toes are comfortable! I must say that the first three 10 hour days were rough, but once your feet are used to them, you will feel as if you are wearing slippers! I strongly recommend these!

This shoe is a dream -- it looks expensive and is extremely comfortable, I ordered it in gold and after wearing it for 5 minutes, ordered the pewter. It is a classic!

The only thing skinny about me is my foot. It is very difficult to find a shoe that will hold my heel in place. Not only did this pump work fit-wise, it is stylish and comfortable.

Zappos was recommended to me by a friend, since buying dress shoes has been a challenge. I do not usually have good luck with pointy-toed heels because my feet are on the wide side, so I was especially skeptical about buying a pair online. However, these fit nearly perfectly and I was able to wear them comfortably on day one. They are a little roomy in the heel but the toe area is perfect. I will probably use the extra room to add a comfort gel insert as I do for all of my dress shoes. Also they are prettier shoes in person than they appeared online. These shoes are awesome!!! I have been on the hunt for the perfect black pump for a couple of years, and I have finally found them. These shoes are beautiful. The leather is good quality, and the pointed toe with wrap detail is very pretty and very flattering. They are also extremely comfortable. I was willing the spend 10x what these shoes cost to find the perfect pair, so I was shocked by how great these shoes were at such an affordable price. Get them. You won't be sorry.

What a pleasant surprise! This shoe fit perfectly. And pumps never fit me. It doesn't gap, it's comfortable and there is room in the toe. If all Bella Vita's are sized this way, I'll be ordering them forever. Yay!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I have a narrow foot and have struggled for a long time to find shoes that fit. I no longer have that problem. I love Zappos.

These shoes are so elegant in person. They are not a silvery as they appear but have a very soft mix of champagne and silver. The fabric has a beautiful hue to it. I bought them to wear to my son's wedding. They added the final touches to my champagne silk suit. My only complaint is that I felt they ran just a tad small. I tried the next size but they were too large. I kept the wad of tissue and the stretcher bar that came with them in the shoe and wore them around the house when I could. They stretched just enough to make them work. Thank you, Zappos, for such great service! Bring on the dancing!

Love these shoes because they are very comfortable and cute. I love the cross cut on the front. The heel is just high enough but not too high. They are my all around, go-to black pumps.

These heels are a lot nicer in person than in the picture. I have a pretty narrow foot and very narrow heels. Based on the pair of Bella Vita heels that I have in a 7AA (they are so so tight), I decided to order a 6.5M in this heel and it was perfect! These shoes run a little narrow so if you have a normal foot, you might want to order a half size up. These will go with a lot. Zappos ROCKS!
