At first these kinda looked like weird orthopedic shoes but they grew on me. Wear them all the time the white hasn't even fun to look dingy at all. They are super awesome for wide feet with a comfy square tow box. Only issue is if you have sensitive Achilles in the back you may want to wear socks with tabs as they are on the stiff side. Also it takes about a week to wear them in but overall I love them.

I tried looking everywhere for these and only found them here ð???

These are the dopest Pumas! Something cool that you can always pull out of the box and be fresh. I am a collector and don't usually buy Pumas, but these are timeless.

The Puma GV Special sneakers are amazingly comfortable! I highly recommend them.

As an events planner, I'm on my feet for as long as 15 hrs/day. Always on the lookout for a comfortable, cute black shoe. Unfortunately, while comfortable, not cute or stylish. Best way to describe is orthopedic. Will be returning. Fit was perfect. Will not give an "overall" rating since my comments are subjective.

Love these! Line marshmallows under my feet! Old school tennis shoes for both casual and high level tennis!

Truly one of the best sneaker on the market. The Puma GV special is stylish and very comfortable. I have 9 or 10 pair. The only reason I don't have more is because I wear a size 15. Puma and Zappos don't carry a large selection for a size 15 in different colors. I would love to have more. One day Puma will care about their large foot customers. When they do I will buy more.

These shoes arrived within 4 days of my order. They work great as basketball shoes, though I did remove the flat laces which were included and replaced them with rounded laces which stay tighter after adjustment. The leather uppers are great. It's hard to find leather athletic shoes anymore. After a couple of months of use, these shoes still look new and fit great. I used Zappos measuring tips and found that my feet were, per the standard measurements, a size 10. That's what I ordered and they fit great.

I like these old school style. I tried them on and they ran a tad big. I'm a true 9 in women but when it's unisex, I order a half size down. They are a tiny tiny snug but I'm positive they will break in. I love all white sneakers. These are so cute. I don't like the holes in the front. I think it looks a little tacky but I will deal with it since its a cute shoe. Looks good with jeans or joggers.

Nice comfortable sneakers at the heel part but the top middle tongue felt slightly possibly because of wearing a thick sport sock. To have a better comfort on middle top of shoe wear a thinner sock. Overall it is a great comfortable shoe, great exterior color, stylish with jeans, khaki's, chinos.

I have posted here before about a year ago. I''m getting ready to purchase another pair soon since these are the only shoes I wear besides the shoes I feed my goats in. These are the most comfortable, sturdy, best fitting shoes I've ever owned. My next pair will be my third. I hope and pray Puma doesn't stop making them.

Super cute. Stiff at first, but I feel like it's just because you can't find leather tennis shoes anymore and I am not used to them. They feel great after a few wears. Love them.

I have a pinched nerve in the ball of my left foot; this shoe supports between the arch and the ball and really stabilizes my foot for minimum discomfort (I have 4 pairs in different colors!) while I have other shoes to kick around in, these are my go to work shoes.

I am definitely in the "runs narrow" club. I was all Puma kind of girl in my heavy tennis playing days, but in recent years had not been able to find them locally, so I was thrilled to see these. They look great (even my 22 year old daughter thought so), but I walked all over Athens in them, and they still are not much broken in after nearly two months. They also seem hot -- to the point that I logged on today to make sure they were leather uppers. I have never found leather shoes to be hot before, but have had trouble with synthetic materials. I have no doubt they will be long wearing, but unless and until they break in, I fear they will never be truly comfortable. I'm a standard 9.5 medium in women's sizes, and I notice that's the size they use to gauge whether they run narrow, so it's not variation across sizes that accounts for it.

I really do like these shoes. The first day they felt weird but suddenly the second day they were the most comfortable ever. I use them at work and then at tennis. They well ventilated. I use a 13.5 in Nike and 48 in SIDI. For Puma you should order 14 if you use a 13.5 Nike.

I enjoy zappos.com because they have what I can't find in a store. The puma gv specials are only in a couple stores here in town, so when I want a new pair I go online to zappos.com, order them, and they are at my house in just a few days. I have had no problems with the service and recommend zappos.com to everyone. Also, I have started to shop around for other items on the website. I bought these shoes within the last few months for the second time. They are really the best pair of sneakers, tennis shoes, etc., I have ever had. The sole is so sturdy which I believe isn't the case with many shoes made today. At the same time they are comfortable and make my body feel balanced, and almost feels like they were made from a mold of my foot. I think since the first time, they have made a couple of improvements. I am a woman and our feet spread a bit more where the toes join the foot. They either give more in this area than before, or Puma has widened them a bit. The first ones I had bought did seem too narrow and stiff especially in that area running horizontally across the toe joints, so they had been sitting in my closet. I pulled them out again and simply readjusted the laces so they spread more particularly in the area closest to the toes, and they are fine. My first pair are my dirtier knock around ones, and the new ones this year, I go everywhere in . . . Shopping, doctor's appointments, visiting. Nothing hurts when I wear these, and I'm 57 now and have arthritis issues in some areas. These are an extremely superior shoe, and if these are still a bit narrow for you, just readjust the laces to spread them more, but I do think these are improved over the model from 6 years ago or so. You can put them side by side and see that this year's model are wider in that area of the toes joints. I'm ordering my husband a pair right now and am excited that he will have the best shoes he's ever had. And if the first ones I get aren't exactly the right size, I will reorder another. I know if the size is right, these shoes are wonderful.

Take about two weeks to break in but after that this are very comfortable and nice looking. They look and feel durable also (I've had then for a month) so I will order another pair. My feet are not narrow but not so wide either, but if you do have very wide feet, I wouldn't recommend them. They run true to size.
