I have the Naples Klogs in black and was looking to replace them. I've found them to be so comfortable. Have been wearing them for 5+ years. Wear an 11. Old ones were a M width, but thought I'd try a M and a W to compare. Bought the Brown JW floral. Very cute. I love the tooled leather. Gives them a little extra pizzazz! The 11M felt short in the heel, like they didn't come up high enough on my heel and hit in a weird place on my heel Toe box fit was ok and no issues. The 11W felt better over all so I kept the wides. Didn't have that strange "hit me in a weird place on my heel" in the wides These are really cute. Very excited.

These shoes are cute and sturdy. They were even very comfortable for a little while, but unfortunately they really made my arches hurt after I stood in them for about 10 minutes. I am sad to have to return them.

I am writing this review almost a year after having these shoes. I work in the service industry and am on my feet the entire time I am at work, on average 6-7 hour shifts. When I first received the shoes, they were a God send because I was dealing with plantar fasciitis and had a lot of heel pain going on. A few months into owning them, I started to notice new pain toward the outside of my ankle. I started googling things about it and came across some forums that talked about how clogs like these can actually, in some circumstances, cause more long-term discomfort because they don't allow your foot and toes to completely move as they naturally would without the stiffness and structure of the clog (which is ironically what gives you all the ankle support and comfort!). So, I am not giving these a bad review because I don't think they are bad shoes, I just think that if you are on your feet all day, that you should do your research before investing in a pair to make sure they will accommodate your personal needs at work. I am moving and walking a ton while I am on my feet, so I think my next pair will not be clogs so I can have more movement with my toes and bones in my feet. If I were doing more standing than anything, these would be great.

Took me three tries to get the correct size. I usually wear a 9 in shoes 9 was way too big. Went with 8.5 and they were too narrow and hurt my toes. Finally got a 8.5 wide and they fit great. Only complaint is I have a very high arch and feel like there isn’t enough support in this area may need a new insert to go in the shoes.

The shoe was too long for a 7Wide, but it was so comfortable on the feet. The width was perfect for the 7 wide, but definitely to long. I had to return the pair I ordered. I am waiting for the 6.5 wide to come into stock and I'll be ordering 2 pair. The material is soft on the feet, especially if you have bunions. The foot bed is wide, so toes did not feel crunched.

The quality and support seemed very good on this shoe. However, I felt the shoe size ran a little long and the shoe was not as wide as I had expected given other reviews. If you wear a medium width, I would recommend this shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes! From the first moment I put them on my feet thanked me. I cannot wear Danskos, my instep is too high and if I get enough room to put them on, my feet slop around in them. The Klogz cushion my feet and support them perfectly. The heel height is just right. My only complaint is the tooling did not hold up well.

I use these shoes for work and they are very comfortable when you are on your feet all day.

Wear a size 8M, so that's what I ordered. The shoe is so big that when I put it on, I can get my index finger in between my heel and the shoe.

I am not really a clog person, but I bought these because I had foot surgery and needed the large toe box to accommodate the swelling. They work for that and are supportive, but they are very heavy shoes.

Comfy but a little big... This is a good work shoe, I don't think it's gonna last me years, but if I can wear it for 6-12 months as a server than I'm pretty happy. It was about a half size too large, though.

Great "cushy" shoe!! I love this shoe and am now hooked on the KLOGS brand. I work in a kitchen and always buy a half size bigger in work shoes, but not necessary with this style. Mine are too big, but I plan to buy another pair in my normal shoe size (8). The shoe gives a very cushy feel and the best part is that the insert is removable!! I will definitely order from Zappos again! No shipping cost either way, so what's not to lose!!!

Not perfect, but pretty good - The arch support is fantastic, which is good for my plantar fasciitis. The shoes don't have quite enough toe room for me, although the problem lies more in the shape of the shoe (too straight along the "big toe" side) than in the actual width. The biggest problem, though, is that I have a high instep, and even with the elastic insert, the fit over the top edge of the shoe is uncomfortably tight after several hours of wear. As far as fit goes, I wear a 7 1/2 XW in women's shoes and the 7W fit well in these, so the unisex size seems to be pretty close to women's sizes.

I’m a flight attendant on my feet 10-12 hours. I've been looking for that perfect shoe. The one where my feet are not killing me at the end of the day. This one is close but I'm still looking. It's the one shoe I kept while sending at least 7 pair back. It has excellent arch support but no room for my orthotics.

Comfortable shoe - These shoes were comfortable from the start, but I haven't yet worn them for long walking distances. They are a bit loose in the heel. Also, the arch is a bit higher than what I am used to. They are similar to Dansko clogs I have worn before, but I think the Danskos have a better fit.

Fit problems - This is a very well made shoe. Leather and stitching were flawless. A little heavier (weight-wise) than I expected. I ordered my usual size (9W) and it was a bit too long and a bit too wide with medium weight socks. The insole had a high arch that pressed against the bottom of my foot and made me feel like my foot was tilted to one side. I returned them but would consider buying another Klogs USA product based on the workmanship.

Hoping for the right size! This shoe has a wonderful cushioned insole, but the 8.5 (my usual size in running shoes) slipped in the heel and it seemed like it might just be too long - you can't tell where your toe is by pushing on the shoe because the tip of the shoe is pretty non-compressible. Before I took a step, this was the most comfortable shoe I'd ever had on - I hope the 8 doesn't slip! I'm not sure whether the shoe actually feels a half-size larger than marked since it may turn out that the 8.5 is the right length, but just too wide in the heel… but that's what I'm going to mark here.

These fit larger than the same-sized Klogs I bought 8 years ago.

Tried this shoe for work - on my feet all day in clinic, had good review for that use. However, if others have a narrow heel, this likely will not fit. For reference in Brooks running shoes a wear a 2A narrow and the Klogs completely slip off my heel. Wanted to like these! Great return service by Zappos as always though.

So disappointed as I love the shoe!!! I normally wear an 7-5 or 8 and the 7 is too big. I need a 6-5 but it is not available. :(

I fluctuate between a 6 and 6.5 so I chose the 6, but even these are too big. As I would walk my toes would slip forward and hit the toe box. While the shoe is cushiony and comfortable, and the inserts can be taken out and replaced with orthotics (a big plus), the roominess was just not conducive to walking. Wish they made these in a 5.5, especially since they make them so big. I was replacing my 10 year old Sanitas with this shoe but I might have to go back to them, even though they're heavier, just because they have a snugger fit.

Comfy but ugly & too big. I bought these to possibly take on vacation (with lots of walking) but they were way too big, even with thick socks they slip off the back of my heel when I walked around the house. I have pretty wide feet but these were way too wide. For the price, I shouldn't have to modify them with insoles, etc. so they're going back.

Klogs USA Naples - I like the look of this shoe, however it is not the most supportive shoe. The soles are "mushy" feeling like when wearing flip flops. For this heel height the sole should be firmer. I believe that I will go back to Dansko for work shoes. On the bright side, Zappos is a wonderful on-line shoe store. Fast delivery and great customer service.

After only wearing them for 7 months, the vinyl cracked and tore on the top where the toes bend. First time it’s ever happened. Hope it’s the last.
