The shoe is very comfortable and I love the arch support and width on the shoe but the length is a full size too big. I will reorder in a small size.

I was not a fan of these shoes. They are really clunky and heavy. I was also not a fan of the tooled surface because the only color available in a 9W was the brown.

This is my second pair of Klogs. Similar to the first pair, they are a bit wide but fit nicely with thicker socks. I'm not sure why the medium width is considered a "C" width as I thought "B" was a medium width and would probably fit better. I wear a size a 11 and these are perfect in length. They also do not make me feet look "big". The Naples design coordinates well with black or blue jeans and probably other colors as well.

These clogs run have size lagrer. The width was great!!! The style on these made my feet look ducky, so not happy with that. My heel slipped up and down, this doesn't work for my unstable feet. Sadly they go back to Zappos ): Thank you Zappos for being here, you people are awesome!!!

Really wanted to like these shoes, but they didn't quite work for me! Very well-made, excellent brand, and the toe box is nice and wide, but they didn't have enough support at the metatarsal head area for my feet.

These are very comfortable—I walked all over Manhattan in them and frequently wear them for work. They look pretty good, can be casual or office appropriate. However I’m surprised no one mentions the squishy/suctiony sound when walking. My patients all notice and that is what keeps them from being the perfect professional shoe.

Klogs Naples - Black. I really like the style of these shoes. The quality was nice and the fit was true to size. I ordered the medium and the wide. I do not have wide feet, but like SmartWool socks in the winter so I thought I would try both medium and wide width. The wide was too wide so the medium, which I normally wear in shoes, was just fine, even with thicker socks. The reason I did not keep these shoes is because there are other shoes and brands that fit the bill better. But I really liked the style of these shoes and if I did not have two other clog brands I prefer over this brand, I probably would have kept them. Just a note, I ordered the Klog Mission style shoes and liked the Naples better as far as style and fit.

First, I have really wide feet. While I can wear most "wide" width shoes, sometimes I have to do the WW. These I got in W. For the most part, they are pretty comfortable, but occasionally they do pinch a smidge across the ball of the foot-but usually only on the foot that I have a bunion. I do have to wear thin socks with them, but that's ok, I prefer thin socks. I tend to supinate when walking, so I do have to think about that when wearing these shoes as the soles are quite thick. But the thick soles helps with heel pain in my opinion. Overall good shoes and I have enjoyed them.

I love these shoes, but I am unable to wear them. I bought them in a size 9 and they were quite a bit too large, so I ordered an 8.5 and they were too short. I do not think it is the fault of the shoe. I believe that as much as I would like to, I am not able to wear Klogs. Some brands just do not work well for me. And in this case I am very disappointed.

This is the first time I tried Klogs brand; typically I buy Dansko but Klogs have received great reviews from other Dansko-aficionados, so I thought I'd give them a try. I had wanted the Mission style but it was unavailable in my size and color preference so tried these. Very pretty, but the toes of my right foot were smack up against the toe of the shoe. Also, my heel slipped constantly, which was disconcerting. I don't think another size will help. Regarding the heel slippage, while that is normal for my Dansko clogs, the entire clog is loose-fitting so the heel bit is not all that noticeable and one gets used to it. On these, the foot part is close-fitting, like a shoe rather than a clog, so I found the heel slippage to be weird and not something that I think I would get used to over time. Back they go, but will still try the Mission style.

I'll be exchanging these for the next smaller half size and cross my fingers that they fit because I LOVE these shoes--great comfort, sturdiness, and style.

I have worn the Austin Klog for years and thought I would branch out. I love, love, love the midnight apache color. Grey/silver with a hint of shine and a blue tint. However, I felt that the 7, my normal size was a 1/2 size too big. I will try a 6.5 if they are able to restock that size. I thought they were dreamy comfortable out of the box.

I love my Klogs! They could be the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. But I need to replace a very well-worn pair (and honestly, I cannot remember what size these old ones are -- I've worn them almost daily for at least three years and can no longer read any size anywhere on them) and these new ones feel a whole size bigger than what I typically wear. I first bought a size 9 and exchanged them for an 8.5. I just sent back the 8.5 -- they were also too big. I haven't worn a size 8 in years!! -- and I buy lots of shoes. I guess I will order an 8, though it seems too unbelievable and makes me nervous to do so. Don't really know what's going on with these shoes ..... But I absolutely love my old Klogs and hope I can find a new pair that fit me as well and make my feet as happy :-).

I purchased and had to return three pairs of clogs.They were ill fitting. I could not find one that fit properly. Klog's clog fit nicely. I wanted the comfort of a clog with a little style of the patent leather. This is exactly what I got what I got in purchasing this leather shoe. Thank you!

I was on the fence about ordering my usual size, which is a ten, or ordering down a half size. Reviews were mixed on the fit. I decided to order my usual size. These ended up being too big, even with adding an insole. My heel could not stay in the shoe and the shoe slopped around on my foot. I liked the looks of the shoe. It is a nice looking, well made shoe. I had ordered the Castle FG color, which is a really dark gray. I ordered a half size down, in the same color and shoe. I was disappointed however. The length of the shoe was better, and my heel did not slip out of it. I did not need to try an insole with it. However, the outside of my right big toe hit the side of the shoe, and within a few minutes, of walking on the carpet my toe was quite sore. The heel of the right shoe also pinched the back of my heel, and was very uncomfortable. My right foot is slightly larger than my left foot. This is generally my problem foot to fit. Unfortunately, these Klogs did not work for me. I have back and knee issues, and the arch support was acceptable, and didn't bother either my back or knees.

This time I bought the blacked tooled leather Naples shoe. It is very comfortable, but for some reason it is a tiny bit wider than the brown floral pair I have. I also have to say that the leather seems a bit more like rubber--it is still very attractive. I spoke with the Klogs Footwear folks and am sorry to report that they do not ever make the fun colors in larger sizes. I wear a women's 11D and have a very high arch--this Naples shoe, with its elastic pieces, is perfect. I'll just live with having only brown and black.

Larger than the typical 9W. These shoes were definitely well-made, but they felt similar to Dansko clogs, which are a bit too hard for my feet. I sent them back and went with tried-and-true Keens instead.

I originally ordered a size 10 wide, because 10 is my usual size, but they ran really big. I exchanged for a 9.5 wide and still had extra room. I decided to keep them so I can wear with thicker socks, but I could've gone down to a size 9 and been fine. They are a little loose in the heal and do slide a little but it wasn't enough to bother me. Just be prepared to order down a 1/2 or whole size. I am on my feet all day and was pleasantly surprised to find how amazingly comfortable these are. My feet didn't hurt at all and after trying all different kinds of shoes and sneakers, these were fantastic and just what I needed. Great arch support and even though they're chunkier shoes, they didn't feel heavy. The style is a little clunky, but cute with a pair of bootcut jeans & sweater. Definitely are appropriate for work & look nicer than sneakers. I will probably buy another pair in black soon!

I’ve worn these shoes for years so I knew exactly what to expect. However, what was disturbing to me was the presentation in the packaged shoes. The inserts were in the wrong shoe (the left was in the right and the right in the left). The paper was torn in the box and the box was torn as if it was prepared in a rushed manner.

Very comfortable and fit well. I have a sparkly mauve pair that I really like so I thought I would try the tooled black but I just don’t like how they look on me.

I bought these in a size 9 because I have them in the spin wheel patent in a 9. These feel slightly larger than the patent but I decided to keep them anyway. I mostly wear them with jeans to run out to the store. I’d say if you’re getting the patent, order your regular size... if you’re ordering the leather go a half size down

I have essentially no arch and struggle with foot pain chronically. These shoes are heaven sent. They have good arch support and are super comfortable. I can wear them all day and miraculously no pain! Can’t recommend these shoes highly enough

Having worked in the medical field for 15 years, I’ve tried many shoes on hard hospital floors. I have settled in to Danskos for many years, but was looking for a change. The footbed of this shoe was very comfortable. However, I found the length just a little too snug. I’d recommend a half size larger. The sides and top of the shoe are more pliable than Dansko, which I personally didn’t like. If you’re looking for a cushioned shoe with the patent leather look of Dansko without the rigidity, these are a great option.

Klog Naples is my go to work shoe for 12 hrs of comfort standing on my feet..high arch. They do run slightly larger so I always order an 8 vs 8.5 I have owned at least 6 pairs which usually fit perfectly but for some reason this particular pair feels a bit longer, (heel slipping) I measured them and they appear to be same length as my others so I will keep and use a heel pad or insert at some point when they stretch out.. Just wish they would add more patterns as they are very limited especially in comparison to Dansko and Sanitas which I don't find comfortable.
